Walked pass Cossi several times but it was always full and we forgot out trying it. Came by Tsuen Wan today and the bright big logo of Cossi attracted our eyes again. A portobello mushroom is on top of the pork rack. The mushroom is layer with cheese and bacon on top, it is very juicy. The pork rack is crispy on the outside with charcoal savored and the meat is tender and juicy. The apple puree brings out the pork flavor. Sweet potato fries replaced the original french fries. Mixture of purple and yellow sweet potato. It was crispy with a tint of sweetness.
