翠華餐廳一向都是以高檔次，高品質的連鎖茶餐廳而聞名。今次它便因應成立50週年，推出多款50週年50元特別食品。有燒春雞，白汁海鮮飯等等。我便嘗試了白汁雞皇飯。雖然份量略嫌不足，但味道，質素不錯。Tsui Wah restaurant Group is renowned for its high quality service. To celebrate its 50th anniversary, it has launched many 50 special food products. I ordered a spaghetti with Chicken in white sauce (Béchamel sauce). Although the size is quite small, it tastes good.
