.米芝蓮一星餐廳 One Michelin-starred Restaurant ⭐️ .久違了既下午茶🥰Amelia signature afternoon tea set for 2.最愛既scones做得好好，食物份量唔算多但係都好精緻最後食完都係要再叫多啲野食🙈.Had to order more food as the tea set portion wasn’t big but the quality was great and we really enjoyed it 🥰My favourite beef tartare and it wasn’t an ordinary one as they added oysters in it 🤩 and some prickled mustard seeds.呢度既牛肉他他幾特別，加入左切碎左既生蠔同埋腌芥末籽，而且牛肉比較一粒粒切得分明啲.The deep fried chicken with chilli paste and shichimi spice was highly recommended by my friend

朋友極推呢個辣椒醬七味粉炸雞，又真係好好食
調味好好微微辣👍🏻

Didn’t take a picture of the gem lettuce salad as I’m not a fan of it, but surprisingly the lettuce was so fresh and I really like the romesco sauce
對於喺出面食野極少叫沙律既我，連相都冇影到佢😂
但係啲蒿菜又真係好新鮮爽脆，加埋個西班牙紅椒堅果醬真係好好味
