招牌甜品 - Ruby peach 主體係 fondant ruby peach mousse 桃味慕絲蛋糕，蛋糕中間(果核部份)係酸酸甜甜桃味的流心。蛋糕旁邊仲放咗peach liqueur jelly, 和mint & rye crumble裝飾，令成個擺盤更加美觀。Berry's同Ruby Peach不同，Berry外表是士多啤梨，但實際是white cheese mousse，反而裝飾的 balsamic strawberry和wild strawberry granite才是由士多啤梨。餐廳有落地大玻璃，食住甜品睇日落，好正。Dessert Menu
