One of the worst catering services in Hong Kong for many years! The service attitude is extremely bad. A short and slim older male waiter came up to us while we were cooking the veggies and turned off the fire with an emotional slap, saying that they were going to close and let us pack up the cooked food and leave!

The reason why we didn’t finish eating so late is that they welcomed us to go in at 9 o’clock, and it was already 9:30 after the food was served, and we were asked to go to the front desk to check out in advance when we just started to cook the food. There were various technical obstacles when I tried to use the 300 coupon from Harbor City, and it took almost half an hour. During this period, I asked if I could leave the card to them so that I can eat while paying! But I was dragged to swipe my card anyway and when I finally went back to eat, the seasoning was cold and agglomerated!

After the checkout, the female cashier was sitting next to our table with her bag and a mask, urging us like a factory supervisor. She also said that we looked like mainland tourists eating so "leisurely" (my friend is actually a Hong Konger who speaks Mandarin to me). She finally stopped debating with us about why we had to leave after I said we are not tourists and we work nearby.

The soup base of the spicy pot is terribly salty. You can eat it only after adding a lot of water and taking out the seasoning; Two people spent more than 2,000 HKD, which is extremely overpriced.

Out of no where we were labeled as mainland tourists (why would she mention if it was not invisible discrimination of different treatment), the staff were not apologetic at all and kept nagging us.

As customers we understand: If they are in a hurry to get off work, they can stop taking new orders, they can find a way to speed up the service, they can refund the money so that we don't waste food, they can apologize... But they chose to turn off the fire to kick us out, saying that we are tourists, so that we were not able to eat the food we paid for.
After that, there was no compensation for the poor quality dishes (the cashier blamed me for not telling her earlier, I didn’t even have time to eat before paying the bill).

This is a record of a horrible dining experience, and we will tell everyone we know there is no need to spend money to buy mistreatment and being discriminated.
