📍 Sour Dough______終於等到一個天朗氣清的週末，被巨大淡綠招牌和半露天座位所吸引，旦和好友決定一探灣仔新開的Sour Dough. 先點了三文治兩款，煙三文魚三和燻牛肉酸菜，旁邊五彩繽紛的沙律很是吸引，便再來兩份吧。飢腸轆轆之際看到有清淡暖胃的雜菜湯，當然不容錯過，最後怎少得一杯醒神咖啡。 食物飲品味道清新舒適且份量頗大，眼闊肚窄的我們只好帶回家作明日早餐。雖然如此，Canele 可麗露和千層蛋撻也是不能錯過的，特別推介伯爵茶Canele . 沒有甜品，怎叫完整的一餐呢？How should we enjoy a Saturday morning? How should we enjoy a Saturday morning? We decided to visit Sour Dough in Wan Chai. It’s a newly opened café with freshly sandwiches, salads, pastries baked in European style.
We ordered the Nordic Smoked Salmon sandwich, Pastrami sandwich, daily salad plates, vegan soup and also iced coffee! Healthy and refreshing assorted salad and soup in the morning raised our vibe. Pastrami sandwich - Smoky beef with sauerkraut and smoked salmon sandwich are great combination to share with friends. By the way, please be aware of their big portions of food, we brought half sandwich home for the breakfast next day lol
Earl Grey Canelé and egg tart are my personal favorite items though I forgot to take pictures for them. You shouldn’t miss these two out!
Slow down in concrete jungle, that’s how Saturday supposed to be like, isn’t it?
