今天是個下雨天，大約兩時入座，不用等候便有位子了。一進入這家上海小店，沒有豪華的裝修，卻有一位婆婆的禮貌招待。這次是第一次到訪滄浪亭，與朋友點了大排麵和上海湯年糕。上海麵十分彈牙，而豬扒也很脆身和香口。而上海年糕則配以冬菇和菜，冬菇的味道使湯的味道更濃香，但稍嫌湯底有點兒太油膩。整體上食物質素不錯，下次再有機會光臨，會試試其他招牌菜！Today is a rainy day. This is the first time to try this restaurant. We ordered Noodle in Soup with Pork Chops & Glutinous Rice Cake in Soup in Shanghaiese Style. The noodles are very chewy and the pork chops are crispy enough. The glutinous rice cake is accompanied with shiitake mushrooms and vegetables. The shiitake mushrooms enrich the flavour of the soup a lot. However, the soup is a little bit oily. The overall food quality was quite good. Hope to try more signature dishes next time.
