Decided to check out Passion by Gerard Dubois after work. Was very disappointed, not with the food or the service but because it was jammed packed with people. My disappointment was I couldn't get a seat as it was so popular that a lot of people wanted to try out the new Passion in TST.With no seats available this didn't deter me from trying Passion. With no seats available this didn't deter me from trying Passion. I decided to buy a large salad to takeaway. Wow so many choices of salads and they are not your typical choices you get elsewhere. The selection was so extensive I have difficulty deciding what to choose. Luckily with the large salad you get to choose a maximum of 4 choices. In the end I chose couscous, mushrooms, creamy chicken salad and beetroot.
After an hour bus ride I was starving and was really looking forward to getting home and devour my salad. Result.... absolutely yummy, the salad was still very fresh, tasty and cool considering the time it took me to get home.
I look forward to going back again hopefully next time I'll get a seat so I can try the desserts there.
