Poor Service.I didn't try their coffee but I had tried other Illy branches in HK so this is why I would like to walk in and give it a try. BUT, no one is there to serve (even thou I know it is self serve) but the waitress were standing there without paying attention to customers at all.I stood there for few minutes trying to find a seat and it was really packed that day.I asked the waitress if she could help to find me a seat, she gave me a 'i dont care your business' look and said ' you have to

I stood there for few minutes trying to find a seat and it was really packed that day.
I asked the waitress if she could help to find me a seat, she gave me a 'i dont care your business' look and said ' you have to share the table' and just walk away like a ghost.
I walked out.
I will never come to this branch again.
I do not come to beg for coffee. I am sure there are much better quality coffee out there.
