食完麵包 緊接嘅係新鮮度十足嘅蔬菜沙律

呢個pasta真係令我再三回味！上菜嘅時候 侍應手上仲帶住一罐滿滿嘅芝士 想加幾多就幾多！
將芝士同白汁仲有蘑菇撈勻 香滑嘅白汁配埋彈牙嘅手工意粉 al Dante我覺得做得唔錯 但我個人偏愛緊咬勁多少少嘅意粉～
不過 依然每一啖都好邪惡 每一啖都好好味
Tagliatelle with Porcini mushroom in creamy Parmesan sauce is my all time favorite. Top up with unlimited fresh sliced cheese was totally evil!
grilled rib-eye
本身係羊扒同埋牛扒之間出現咗選擇困難症但係知侍應嘅介紹之下 我哋揀咗佢地嘅grilled rib-eye
冇令我哋失望 睇吓佢哋嘅網紋燒得幾靚
Medium稍為過熟咗少少 切落都有少少筋 不過勝在塊扒牛味好夠 呢個價錢算係幾抵食
This beautiful steak with the grilled over charcoal made us dripping a lot. The steak shine without too much flavoring. Big and beefy taste it has, could be cooking in less few mins to bring its tenderness more.
LIMONISU
超級有意大利風味嘅飯後甜品
呢個咁可愛嘅名其實就係來自limoncello + tiramisu 用咗提拉米蘇嘅方法但係加上意大利風味嘅檸檬酒 上面嘅cream同埋limoncello嘅配搭非常之適合 甜酸之間取得一個平衡彷彿帶我返去意大利旅行咁
To end this lovely meal with the signature LIMONISU. The sweetness of the cream on top together with the slightly bitter limoncello in the bottom, gave us a strong vibe of a very traditional and local home made dessert in Italy village. Nommmmm
食下食下摸吓酒杯底 其實都坐咗兩三個鐘頭
整體來講餐廳嘅氣氛十分之舒服 同三五知己嚟飲番杯 食下飯 都係一個幾好嘅選擇
