The lamb racks were so juicy and tender, covered in a crispy breading that added to the textures. The coffee aroma brought out the sweetness of the meat, which went perfectly with the rosemary jus.

The homemade fondant cake was soft and moist, filled with a sizzling hojicha sauce. It created a nice contrast of flavours and temperature when coupled with the Caramel Biscuit & Cream Speculoos ice cream.
