Especially liked the [ squid ink risotto with seared scallops ]. We also had a dessert with Earl Grey ice cream and Jasmine panna cotta in it. Feel free to request your dessert to be decorated with wordings, as staff here is used to doing it! As it was Chinese Valentine's Day, we had our plate written with "Happy Valentine's Day"!

《ATUM Restaurant》開業至今一直人氣很高
他們打卡度滿滿的即席甜品製作最為人熟悉,可惜提供「甜品畫」的銅鑼灣分店已結業
但位於K11 Art Mall的這家店,同樣提供藝術感滿滿的菜式
來這裡慶祝特別節日很適合,因為可以安排在碟子上用巧克力寫上祝福語~

晚餐時段提供的餐點跟一般西餐廳的類似,但每項的配搭都十分特別,賣相也很美
最重要的是味道也很好!
本來以為這種餐廳的餐點都會是「貴夾唔飽」,但份量出乎意料的不小呢
值得一提的是店員們的服務態度都很好、很友善~
由帶位的店員開始,已令我們為這家餐廳打上很高分了~

麵包有兩款,一款為原味吐司,一款為核桃葡萄乾吐司
兩款都烤得暖呼呼,口感香脆
牛油香味重,塗上麵包上一起吃,蠻開胃的

三文魚以紅菜頭醃製,為三文魚加點不一樣的味道,顏色也帶鮮豔的紅色
配上酸酸甜甜的香橙肉,特別清新
以火箭菜作沙律,其苦苦的味道可能不是很多人能接受,但我還好哈哈🤣

帶子煎得剛剛好,表面帶焦香。肉厚,入口非常嫩滑,沒有過老
飯粒質感剛好,硬中帶軟、帶嚼勁
以香濃的墨魚汁烹調,鹹鮮味太好吃~
配上紫薑跟醃漬蔬菜,酸酸的味道很解膩,非常加分!
最後加上薄米紙的點綴,加點香脆口感
太喜歡了~~

兩件鱸魚煎至外皮金黃、微脆,入味、肉質蠻滑嫩
下面配上creamy的「意大利飯」,口感較圓潤爽彈,原來是以洋薏米弄成的「飯」!
感覺跟在吃飯沒有兩樣,但卻輕盈多了。加上因為跟檸檬同煮,更感清新🍋

這裡的甜點全都很特別,我們按店員推薦,點了這道〔伯爵茶雪糕配茉莉花奶凍〕
適逢七夕,我們還要求師傅寫上祝福字句呢🤣
要寫上祝福語的話,盤子會比較大。上菜時嚇到我們了🤣,盤子這麼大,甜點只佔五份一位置🤣
伯爵茶雪糕跟茉莉花奶凍各自的茶香味都十分突出;而雪糕可能剛從冰箱取出,所以質感較硬
我個人特別喜歡伴碟的士多啤梨~🍓
