去咗哩間餐廳食飯,主打韓食,有年糕湯同埋紫菜包飯。年糕湯有唔同人數嘅套餐,可以因應住人數再叫。試咗個4人套餐的,年糕湯叫咗有芝士,烤肉同埋海鮮,配料就叫咗炸餃子同埋魚餅,麵揀咗烏冬同埋韓式粉絲(極推介的) 。味道非常好,雖然有D辣,但可能係因為有芝士,所中和咗個辣味。之後重有個炒飯,芝士同紫菜照夾~而服務員態度都好好,可以幫我地keep住個生日蛋糕。另外,見倒餐廳都有唔少韓國員工,超有韓國feel~環境睇落亦都頗衛生的。 繼續閱讀

上open rice search到呢間,滿心歡喜有得食韓國紫菜包飯,睇啲相好似都相當吸引,於是過嚟呢度一試!估唔到~間野叫紫菜包飯,但晚市唔俾人落紫菜包飯,只可以叫鍋,都嚟到,唯有食喇😓 繼續閱讀

正宗韓國三清洞摩西既紫菜包飯專門店終於係銅鑼灣登錄喇! 除左紫菜包飯, 呢度仲有部隊鍋食tim~ 紫菜包飯款式多達17種, 我就揀左人氣NO.1既呢款食下: 【炭燒豬肉紫菜包飯】HK$58 呢度既紫菜包飯材料份量十足, D餡仲多過D飯ga!飯質比較黏口, 包邊既紫菜唔韌, 容易咬開~ 入面既材料包括炭燒豬肉+蛋+蟹柳+黃瓜+青瓜+韓國粉絲+蘿蔔絲, 成舊放入口食, 唔會咁易散, 咁就食到唔同既配菜mix埋既味道係幾咁MATCH啦!【2人套餐】HK$210 (跟炒飯) 檯上會有個GAS爐, 店員將預先併好既套餐放上一個鐵盤上, 再煮左約8成熟先再拎出黎係我地個爐上稍為再滾一下年糕X2人份量 (FIX): 年糕我地就揀左芝士同海鮮做配菜湯底係平時食開既韓式辣湯底, 芝士溶化後, 湯底比之前杰左少少, 而海鮮既有魷魚同青口可以先行選擇拉麵/粉絲/烏冬/細麵我地就揀左拉麵, 個拉麵索左湯底, 非常入味, 食到呢個鍋既精華味道另外仲揀左紫菜卷做配菜, 比預期中更香口 炒飯預早平佈係另一隻既平底穫上熱辣辣上檯, 有少少辣, 又有大量既紫菜絲, 成個飯比較油同濕潤, 亦冇飯焦既形成~呢度唔會有水供應,飲品有罐裝韓國飲品/汽水,都係每罐HK$10不過本人對呢度既侍應服務態度有所保留, 表面上有禮, 但侍應互相間毫不避諱講客既不是...令進食心情大減!!! 望餐廳可以改善, 用心去招待每位客人~ 繼續閱讀

I love gimpab. To be honest, I just love sushi rolls and this is just the Korean version of it. When I saw that this place served gimpab of every shape and form, I decided to give it a try.When  I arrived, I realized this shop was once the location for Mukshidonna (a place I tried a while back when it first opened). This place served Korean army stew that you then finish off with rice. So, I thought to myself .. ok. It closed and is now Charles Sootbul Gimpab.Um...no.Mukshidonna didn't close. In fact, Mukshidonna and Charles Sootbul share the same restaurant space. For when I  sat down there was  portable propane stove in front of me and the waitress gave me the Mukshidonna menu and said "this army stew is for two people and your by yourself." Umm...yeah. I know that and I wasn't here for army stew. I was here for gimpab. Which at that point, the waitress pulled out another menu for Chares Sootbul menu.The menu in Korean, Chinese and English, had photos of all the food. Along with gimpab, you can also order noodles, rice cake and rice. During lunch hour, drinks are $6 or $8 for Korean drinks.Gimpab with Charcoal Grilled Pork ($68). Decided to try this one. It was fairly long quite filling for one person. It was ok. the grilled pork was a bit dry and tasted like jerky. It wasn't too memorable and I think I get better gimpab at Hungry Korean.Came with a basic Korean soup that tasted like water with some spring onions floating on top. What was the point of this? I generally don't like Korean soups but this was ridiculous.It wasn't too good but not bad. Definitely not memorable. I don't think I'd return. I think I'll stick to Hungry Korean. 繼續閱讀

如果要係韓國料理入面揀我最喜愛既食物紫菜飯捲一定會係其中一樣所以當我知道韓國一間好出名既飯捲店黎左香港既時候真係急不及待想去試一試上到去先知,原來飯捲店 - 炭火紫菜包飯係同三清洞摩西連住一齊睇黎係三清洞摩西將佢引入黎香港既睇睇Menu,包飯都有好多種味道選擇而且亦都有提供其他食物,例如拉麵,年糕炭燒豬肉紫菜包飯 $68黎得呢到,當然係要試佢既signature啦雖然大家都話佢係韓國top5既飯捲店但我個人真係唔太喜歡佢呢到既飯捲第一,佢地既飯捲無咩麻油味而我覺得呢樣野先係飯捲既靈魂第二,炭燒豬肉既味道太重食落去成個口都只有炭燒味蓋過哂其他材料既味道雖然份量真係好多,而且價錢唔貴但味道真係好一般,都幾失望醃牛肉炒飯 $78相比起個飯捲,我地覺得呢個炒飯更好食佢唔同香港式既炒飯好乾身反而係有少少濕濕地,感覺有d似risotto而醃牛肉醬好香,加埋d紫菜雖然簡單,但又香又好食可能係期望太大所以食完真係忍唔住有d失望應該都唔會再幫襯第2次 繼續閱讀
