今日同屋企人去食個簡單午餐,四個人散叫,唔貴,不過覺得出品求其...小籠包:今日既小籠包無乜肉汁,咬落結實兼唔夠香,好似以前整得好d。排骨菜飯:飯太"諗"且唔夠味;排骨即豬扒,實在太薄,只食到一啖啖炸粉,真係攪乜鬼,實在失望。另點了雪菜肉絲、蝦仁及粗湯麵,無乜特別。最慘係等左好耐....最後一碗麵係等左差不多45分鐘先黎,好彩唔駛趕返工!有時真係期望越大,失望越大... 繼續閱讀

After having a meal at Shanghai Po Po MeiFoo shop, I have decided to write and share my unpresent experience with you, so think twice before you go... First of all, when we arrived around 8:30pm tonight, a group of two were waiting in front of us, we were the second group of four. While we waited, two more groups of two arrived. They were all arranged seats before us. Despite coming with my grandmom walking with a cane, the waitress did not make arrangement for us until I spoke up. At the end, we were sent to sit a the end of the restaurant where the table was tiny and chairs were arranged back to back. My husband had to sit uncomfortably at the end of the table rather than sitting face to face with us because of the limited space.Secondly, we ordered 12 dishes which one table was not big enough to hold up all of them. Even the waiters/waitresses saw the situation, they ignored it and kept rushing all the dishes to our table. At the end, most of the dishes became cold and we had to ask the waiter to heat them up for us. Because of the above two incidents, I had decided to ask for the manager and talked to him. He made me angry rather than just being disturbed. Without listening to my whole story, manager Tang argued each and every sentence I said. 又走過這店舖門前,比次機會再試一次。上海婆婆擔擔麵 : 一般,可能是特別在於一般;上海粗炒 : 吃不到此菜式的特色,而且十分甜,如矇住雙眼進食便不知道此為上海粗炒;雞絲粉皮 : 份量很少,漿很多,雞冇雞味;香蕉高力豆沙 : 還可以,不會太甜;手切牛肉生煎包 : 等了很久,四眼經理解說生煎包需要蒸,我未能理解,味道OK;如果你想吃一頓開心的午餐,請選擇其他食市。 繼續閱讀

味道真係好一般上海婆婆粒粒炒飯, 唔熱小籠包, 一般水煮牛肉,唔得每碟食物都好小份量又唔係話特別好食~~又唔係平~~實在唔係好值呢個價......失望......下次唔會再黎食 繼續閱讀

Dinner with relatives. The meal consisted of 小籠包, 賽螃蟹, 雞絲粉皮, 擔擔麵, 青菜煨麵, 回鍋肉 and 生煎包.小籠包 - The best dish of the evening, with the little buns steamed to perfection and a nice hot sip of soup inside the bun. 賽螃蟹 - I know people are scared of using raw egg yolk, but the dish just doesn't taste good if the egg yolk is absent. 雞絲粉皮 - Not bad. Pity about the serving size, so small... I do like it how they put sugar into the peanut-like sauce, the taste is a bit strange for some, but I like it. 擔擔麵 - Didn't try, so no comment. 青菜煨麵 - As bland and simple as it can be. The noodles go well with the densely flavoured Shanghai cuisine, a nice rest for the tongue. 回鍋肉 - Didn't try either. The appearance doesn't look appealing at all. 生煎包 - The appearance is typical of 生煎包, but the stuffing wasn't 100% cooked. It has to be 100% cooked (because it is pork), but then the balance between cooking the stuffing and not burning the 生煎包 is what makes the buns so hard to cook to perfection. The dishes came out exceptionally fast - we finished our dinner in less than an hour. Coupled with the relatively cheap price per head, it's almost like eating at a fast food restaurant. 繼續閱讀
