位於灣仔的RAKU樂 ，是由嚐‧高美集團推出全新居酒屋品牌。餐廳設在商業區，每逢中午時段，都會有大量上班族光顧，客人可預先訂座，以免沒位子哦。裝修走日式居酒屋設計，用木材裝潢，同時加插外國風的酒吧吧台，播放輕快音樂，形造時髦新穎的餐廳。中午時份光顧，只提供午時套餐，並無散叫菜式，價格由 $128 至 $168 不等，有熟食丶有魚生丶有麵食丶有飯類等等，全部包涵: 味噌湯丶沙律和甜品。今天很想吃咖喱豬扒飯，呈上時已聞到濃烈的咖喱香氣。咖喱濃稠濃郁，辣味和甜味適中，相信大部份客人通接受。吉列豬扒被咖喱醬包裹，外層和肉質同樣鬆軟鬆化，白飯雖不夠甘香，但圓潤彈牙，整體質素不俗哦。除了熟食丼外，海鮮丼的賣相也不錯。圓潤的三文魚子跟拖羅蓉合配，三文魚子色鮮橙亮，拖羅蓉剁至綿密濕潤，但個人認為熟食較好吃。時日甜品是芝士柚子蛋糕，芝士幼軟幼滑，不膩又好吃。

淨係睇裝潢 都睇得出佢係一間新舊結合嘅餐廳所有傢俬擺設都好日式 但就加插左個bar 新舊同中西結合除此之外 佢嘅座位有啲傳統塌塌米feel但牆上就用啲好modern風嘅畫去襯托當日黎食Lunch 叫左日式擔擔拉麵仲有沙律同卷物而個麵係擔擔麵+拉麵嘅完美結合擔擔麵濃濃香辣湯底+軟腍豬肉配煙韌拉麵配搭特別之餘 我特別欣賞佢夠辣唔係得個辣字 係好香嘅然後所有材料都幾唔錯冇試過佢其他野 但就呢碗拉麵黎計食物質素應該唔錯 可以搵機會再試下其他

here for dinner came with;tako wasabi,chopped octopus raw and marinated with wasabi sauce, served in a wooden cube, lets go along with beersesame chicken wings,crispy chicken wings of 2pcs, sesame topped crumbs in deep fried, tastyfried soft shell crab,served with them sauce with grated white carrots, not too badnabe udon,tempura prawn of 1pc served a side,soup base just too sweetgrill skewers;pork belly, with 2orders, that remained juicy beef tongue,with 1order, even thin sliced but abit chewy sushi pizza,based of deep fried & crumbed rice, toppings of mashed fish paste & some flour crumbs, mayo & fish roes, very oily after tasted.please help yourself with pouring the tea while servers are not even busy, overall portions are small, servers not friendly..

Seafood is not fresh and rather gamey - even the salad doesn’t taste exactly ok (octopus is definitely avoid).The skewers are precooked and they bring out a grill for you to reheat.. Overall it’s not great and not worth it, even with the app deal. Would recommend avoid for food - drink atmosphere is pretty good - deco is nice.Waitress was also quite aggressive in asking for our app booking Id..

好有誠意嘅日本串燒 火喉好好賣相也不俗. 餐廳可能初試業, 等候食物嘅時間較長, 所以一坐低就要order咗先. 但係出嚟嘅效果好好, 芥末八爪魚新鮮度爆, 炸蓮藕可以reorder. 雞肉棒同串燒牛柳亦都一絕。
