今日同學生一齊去食晏,佢哋揀咗呢間小台南台式餐廳,話夠平夠抵食。在場仲有好多其他學生幫襯,好彩行得快好世界🤪各款午市套餐價錢都非常之超值,大約$50-$70左右,仲包埋飲品,經濟好選擇👍🏼各款套餐嘅水準都好唔錯,特別係炸豬扒同鹽酥雞扒,香脆Juice肉味香濃👍🏼,唯獨是特色小菜套餐配嘅飯唔係珍珠米係絲苗米,有一點點可惜,因為我唔鍾意食絲苗米🤪。午市優惠套餐任意配搭湯麵套餐脆炸豬扒湯麵(寬麵、麻辣湯)$55特色乾拌麵套餐大東鹽酥雞扒拌麵$58特色小菜套餐(跟絲苗白飯一碗)老壇酸菜魚$75麻辣水煮牛肉$68冬瓜茶+6洛神花茶+6 繼續閱讀

Through one of my friend's recommendation, I decided to go to 小台南 for dinner tonight. It was located at Nga Tsin Wai Road, few minutes walk from Sung Wong Toi Station at Kowloon City. They offered a wide range of Tainanese cuisine such as appetizers, snacks, handmade noodles, dry noodles, bento, soup and drinks etc.Cold taro milk latte with tapioca pearl - It was smooth and milky, sweet in taste with cream foam at the top. It has strong taro taste and the pearls were very chewy and smooth. Jelly head with scallion and sesame oil sauce - It was served as cold dish, and the jelly head was very chewy and crunchy, appetizing in taste. Cucumber slices were juicy and crunchy too. Dadong crispy chicken fillet - It was fried till the skin was very crispy and yet the chicken meat inside was still juicy and chewy, with seasoning powder enhancing the taste. Beef tendon, stomach and beef shank in beef bone soup - The soup was very rich in taste, absorbing the essence of the beef broth. 屯馬線🚇開通後來宋王臺站📍嘅九龍城搵嘢食比以前方便咗好多,呢間🤤台灣菜館由得獎🏅名廚主理,而且價錢好大眾化!一入門口就見到🤩大廚拎到嘅各式🏅獎牌同名人嘅合照。塔香🌿椒鹽鮮蚵仔🦪粒粒分明🔥炸得好酥脆,蚵仔🦪飽滿鮮味,同埋炸九層塔😍其實係我至愛😂,一齊食好香口😋!三杯雞🍗味道濃郁,🐓雞件鮮嫩帶🤏少少酒香🍶及少少🤏九層塔🌿香,十分開胃🤤。鹽酥雞扒🐓肉燥乾畔麵🍜好惹味🤤,鹽酥雞扒好大塊香脆肉嫩,配少少🤏青瓜絲🥒一齊食無咁油膩,麵🍜可以揀粗或幼,我哋揀咗幼麵拌埋肉燥同花生🥜碎食好有層次感😋。砂鍋雲吞雞🍲可以揀一人份量或者一鍋,我哋揀咗一鍋🤤,上枱嘅時候仲滾緊🤩好激烈,湯🥣清味濃好鮮甜,🍗雞件嫩滑好食,雲吞都幾大粒😋同幾有肉香👍。 繼續閱讀

🥢雞絲粉皮 $38除咗有麻醬嘅香甜,仲有少少麻油嘅香味。粉皮香滑得嚟又Q彈。🥢塔香椒鹽鮮蚵仔 $42蚵仔份量好多,而且仲厚肉多汁。鹽酥調味料味道鹹香,配上辣椒醬更惹味。🥢唐揚炸魷魚 $42鮮魷魚彈牙又鮮甜,炸粉薄薄一層香脆唔油膩。🥢古早味牛肉麵 $58可選番茄/牛骨/麻辣湯底。今次試咗番茄湯🍅,酸甜清新,味道天然。牛肋條煮得軟腍入味。🥢香茜魚蓉羹 $30魚羹魚多粉少,食到啖啖魚肉甜味。芫茜份量唔算多,但湯頭茜味比想像中濃。🧋抹茶珍珠奶蓋 $30奶蓋口感豐盈,抹茶味好香又唔澀。珍珠夠Q彈。 繼續閱讀

環境舒適,座位多,佈置用心,門口位置與台灣夜市的路邊攤一樣,很有風情。 去骨鹽水雞(1/4加2種配料)  $54鹽水雞的醬汁由店主自家秘製,加入蝦醬在內,味道鮮味微辣,雞肉香滑,配料小黃瓜十分配合,是台灣街頭小食的味道。 半腩半筋湯麵 $60可以選蕃茄湯,牛骨湯或麻辣湯,最後選了牛骨湯,牛味重而不會太鹹或牛羶味,牛筋牛腩的肥瘦剛好,特別湯底清甜。 肉燥鹽酥雞扒飯 $62雞扒炸得香脆,炸粉少而肉質嫩滑,意外地好吃,而且份量很大,肉燥飯也調味適中不油膩。 路邊攤蚵仔煎 $70地道台南味道,煎得厚身而香口脆邊,蚵仔的份量多,混入蛋漿味道再加上蔥油,口感豐富滿足。 凍珍珠奶茶 $24🧋甜度剛好,珍珠的份量也很多,奶味重,配合重味的香口小食一流。 繼續閱讀
