Had dinner at their Sheung Wan branch a couple times before and really enjoyed it! So we decided to try their lunch omakase at the Soho branch - love the variety especially the thick cut. Every bite is heavenly 😇 繼續閱讀

Took my friend here for lunch to try Yakiniku Great's new branch in Soho area. Their new store had a different concept from their original Sheung wan store, and only served Omakase Sets of Japanese Wagyu. No need to cook the meat yourself.There were 3 courses in total for selection ranging from HK$590 p.p. (for 5 cuts) to HK$890 p.p. (for 7 cuts and included Uni Chateau Briand). We ordered the Matsu Course (HK$ 690 p.p.) 🥩which also had 7 cuts but with Kimura Yaki (Egg sauce with Beef) since I was craving particularly for this egg dish 🥚. Every course would include Wagyu Appetizer, Salad, Vegetable, Rice and One Drink.After our server thoroughly explained the section of the different cuts to us and how it would be served, she meticulously grilled each course of premium wagyu.   Some of the outstanding cuts were :  Shakushi with wasabi , Misuji and Kuri with Dashi Soup. Then of course there was the Kimura Yaki (Egg sauce with beef). It was a very large piece of wagyu. 🥩 However, I found the meat to be too fatty. But I loved the egg sauce! Almost finished the whole bowl of rice with it! Lunch for 2 people was : HK$ 1551Definitely worth it to try their omakase experience, especially if you love wagyu beef like me! 繼續閱讀

平時omakase都係壽司居多 和牛omakase都真係未試過 襯👦🏻生日就去試下佢每燒一款牛之前都會介紹番泥個係牛既咩部位 甘就唔怕唔知自己食緊咩😊今次叫左Omakase Great,有8款唔同部位~當中最印象深刻就係....🥢和牛他他 - 啲肉入口即溶 配上淡淡既芝士碎 👍🏻🥢Shasushi - 配泡沫醬油加wasabi 💯💯🥢Musuji - 牛既拜拜肉 脂肪分布好平均❗️❗️入口即溶🥢和牛漢堡 - 加埋個蛋汁同醬油👍🏻🥢Uni Chateau Briand - 師傳會將燒過既和牛用錫紙焗一 陣 然後再擺上海膽 加埋醬汁 真係好好好好味😋😋😋整體泥講真係好高質 服務都好好 呢間超值得推介! 繼續閱讀

除咗打邊爐之外,燒肉係我嘅第二最愛😁 日式燒肉/韓式燒烤,我都好鍾意❤️上次同朋友嚟過Yakiniku Great Soho, 十分滿意,所以今次帶埋老公同阿仔嚟試吓!我哋order咗兩個Omakase 極 $890 同一個普通Omakase $590. Omakase 極-有7款牛肉同海膽牛肉飯(Uni Chateau Briand)普通Omakase 就有5款牛肉同1款牛肉飯(Miso Yaki)牛肉質素非常之高,又滑又嫩,唔使多作介紹,因為真係好好食,唔會令人失望。海膽牛肉飯真係必食!海膽好新鮮,唔會有一浸「噏」味。服務方面,侍應會詳細講解每一款牛肉嘅部位,跟住專業地幫我哋燒,令我哋可以舒舒服服咁享用美食。抽氣亦做得好好,唔會食完之後D衫同頭髮都成陣燒烤味。 繼續閱讀

今日再黎已經黎過幾次嘅餐廳通常有“重要”朋友生日都會過黎 因為e到比較有品質保證同埋可以預先定位今次只係早一星期訂位所以無table,只有bar檯但如果兩個人的話係無所謂嘅e間餐廳以前唔做lunch,應該係covid開始現有我照舊都係要omakase嘅餐有5款或者7款肉會有人幫你燒每碟上嘅時候都會有人介紹前菜有沙拉 野飲都係包埋嘅等我黎個簡單個總結啦雖然店員每次都會拿住個圖同我地講解每件係咩部位但其實,我聽完已經馬上唔記得啦!總之 真係好好味啦!唯一記得 ,又想形容就係e個sukiyaki飯距對碗飯嘅分量都好有要求,係會用磅黎make sure D飯無多無少蛋王係非常有蛋王味道,撈埋d肉同醬油,簡直係人間極品!另外,今次係朋友生日,預先同餐廳講,距地會預備係雪糕上寫名,再會有人唱生日歌 繼續閱讀
