今次朋友帶咗我嚟尖沙咀一間落地玻璃,並且睇到維港景色的餐廳 🌆。一入到去,我就被呢個景色震撼到哇咗一聲 😍。我哋好彩訂到位,仲要係窗邊嘅位,可以一邊食飯,一邊欣賞靚景 🌊。等到晚上8點,《幻彩詠香江》嘅燈光秀開始,成個維港變成咗光影嘅海洋,真係令人嘆為觀止 ✨。同朋友傾下計,實為人生一大樂事 ❤️。今次我同朋友就揀咗每人食3 courses的套餐,侍應同我哋講呢個係全新餐牌。2 Courses HK$528 | 3 Courses HK$618 | 4 Courses HK$738| COMPLIMENTARY BREAD |Grissini 麵包脆條🥖Sourdough 酸種麵包Focaccia意大利香草麵包(配橄欖油黑醋)| PASTA E RISOTTO |🥘 海鮮意大利飯海鮮好新鮮,用了大蝦、青口、蛤蜊同埋墨魚。而意大利飯煮得恰到好處,吸收了海鮮的精華,令人回味無窮。🦞 龍蝦青檸意大利扁麵 +$88每一啖都能嚐到龍蝦的鮮美,搭配清新的青檸,味道層次豐富,麵條口感Q彈。| MAIN COURSE |🥩 300g 澳洲肉眼牛扒伴紅酒汁+$188牛扒煎至金黃,肉質鮮嫩多汁,加上紅酒汁為牛扒增添了一份獨特的風味。🐗 油封乳豬配杏桃果泥及千層紅薯伴椰菜花及燒肉汁乳豬皮脆肉嫩,油封的烹調方法將乳豬的鮮味完全鎖住。搭配杏桃果泥,甜中帶酸,為乳豬增添了一份清新的風味。千層紅薯和椰菜花及燒肉汁的搭配更是讓人眼前一亮,整道菜層次分明,味道豐富。| DESSERT |🍰 意大利芝士蛋糕(開心果)+$38這道Tiramisu是開心果迷的天堂,侍應用車仔把每樣食材推出來,然後在我們面前把每樣材料加進去,之後食落都特別滋味。芝士蛋糕底好細膩,鋪了一層開心果醬在上面,再加上可可粉和開心果碎,食落有淡淡的酒香和豐厚的開心果味,是我吃過最好味的Tiramisu之一。🥠 西西里芝士開心果捲心脆餅外層酥脆,內裡芝士香濃得如同熔岩一般流動,開心果碎的點綴增添了一份香脆的口感,令人幸福感油然而生。| DRINKS |🍊 Rosettio - Ketel One Vodka, Ratafia Rossi & Orange $138🫚 Tuscon Fizz - Lyre’s Italian Spritz, Sage, Vanilla, Ginger Beer $98

嗌咗 $ 700多嗰個tasting menh,包一個頭盤,意粉,主菜同甜品~⬇ ️頭盤:海鮮湯同紅蝦海鮮湯料比較多,湯少咗啲。湯味偏龍蝦同蕃茄味。非常濃厚但口感好爽,唔會容易飽。紅蝦有一種淡甜嘅回味~同湯一樣,味道濃厚但絕對唔會飽意粉/飯:龍蝦粉同海鮮飯龍蝦粉入面加咗酸橙所以口感好清爽而且回味有啲酸澀。好推介呢個龍蝦粉,食完唔會覺得撐反而想食多啲海鮮飯同龍蝦粉比唔到。味道比較普通,芝士味有啲太重,蓋過咗海鮮味。一般般,冇乜特別,覺得喺另一間餐廳都食到。食完已經飽曬主菜:烤雞同乳豬豬好好食!外脆內軟,肉好耐嚼。豬味香,根本唔想點醬。好推介呢個~雞比較乾爽,食幾口就要飲口水。味道唔錯,雞味十足嘅同時帶上咗木炭味。甜品:朱古力泡同榛子提拉米蘇提拉米蘇好大一碗!同我塊面一樣咁大。Hazelnut 味十足^_^好像返去再食一碗…朱古力泡芙麻麻地,唔建議。

🥢Bookmark 咗好耐終於嚟咗食,話哂都10週年呀嘛,望住無敵維港真係勁正 (隔離啲人都係慶祝生日多),咁啱出咗全新4 courses a-la-carte($738 pp),個人覺得都對得住個價🥢⭐️Starter: 薄切紅蝦vs Table side 即製牛肉他他兩樣都好impressed , 食材本就新鮮,無諗蒜蓉蛋黃醬、醃洋蔥醬、辛辣開心果竟然令個紅蝦鮮味更突出;嫩滑生牛肉混洋蔥脆後清新怡人,好適合配脆片食⭐️Pasta: 自製和牛面頰雲吞 vs 龍蝦linguineRavioli 好味到癡線!牛肝菌x燒肉汁炮製嘅醬勁creamy 、和牛入口即化、芝士脆脆畫龍點睛;龍蝦爆多蟹膏、肉質新鮮,linguine 意外地掛汁 ,用鮮茄入饌勁開胃⭐️烤比目魚vs 牛扒 鯷魚蕃茄醬及西西里燉菜完美為比目魚增添咗南意風情,個魚外脆內軟;牛扒五成熟真係keep到啲肉好tender ,微微以鹽調味已經好夠⭐️hazelnut tiramisu vs 芝麻雪糕 完全係酒店級嘅手作準,tiramisu 仲要係table side 即製,mascarpone 滑到一個點,食到停叿到;芝麻雪糕同樣出色,⭐️餐酒以glass 嚟講價錢都好合理,最鍾意我嗰杯Sparkling Riesling,配白肉一流~🥢VISTA(尖沙咀北京道1號29-30樓)==============================
