今日突然想食雪糕，諗起Apm有Venchi~ 所以就想去買杯雪糕，咁我問店員試左開心果及榴槤覺得幾好食，就打算再試埋朱古力味，點知店員勁無禮貌問我要幾多款雪糕，要杯定雪糕筒，咁我一時未意會，我話未試好，未考慮到要多少口味，咁佢另一位店員就話，買左先可以慢慢試到岩為止，咁我付款後，再試朱古力味時，佢重要同我講，試食個匙羹可以留返，成件事感到十分無禮貌，我直情感到很難形容既感受，本人對貴店嘅試食安排感到非常失望。今日前往貴店打算試食幾款雪糕口味，店員卻要求必須先付款先可以試食。試食本身就係為咗讓顧客了解產品味道同質素，再決定是否購買。貴店如此安排，完全失去咗試食嘅意義，亦令顧客感到不被信任。如果未試過味道就要先俾錢，試問點樣作出合適選擇？此等做法不但影響顧客體驗，更會令人對貴店嘅經營方式產生質疑。希望貴店能重新檢視試食政策，以免趕客

The one I went to is located in APM where they have a small cafe that can sit down to enjoy their ice cream or tea/coffee. This Italian brand Venchi is famous for their chocolates and now they have Gelato provided which is very good to serve in summer time. Different flavors are available for their gelato. Mango, Pistachio, Chocolates, etc etc… you name it! I noticed they have one special flavor that I would like to try, that is one of the chinese tea 鐵觀音 Tie-Guan-Yin. It‘s very delicious and rich in flavor. The other one I tried is the rich chocolate which is their signature. No surprise at all. It’s very smooth and rich in chocolate flavor. Their gelato in general, the quality is very good. One improvement is their cone. The cone is crispy but the taste is not as good as I expected. I would say other brands are much better. Next time maybe I will ask for a cup instead of using a cone for my gelato. The price is relatively high for gelato. The Mini 2-flavors gelato charge HK$63. Regular 3-flavours charge HK$73 while Large 4-flavours charge HK$83. The other improvement is the air conditioning. The cafe area is supposed to sit down enjoying the dessert or the drink but it‘s freezing cold sitting there. This shop is easy to access by taking bus, minibus or MTR. Just get off at Kwun Tong MTR station, take 3min walk from Exit B3. If you drive, there is parking area in the mall and it’s free parking within spending limit. There is lift going up & down to different levels, so wheelchair is ok. There is no restroom inside the cafe and have to use the one in APM mall. It‘s clean but usually have to line up. Service in this shop is excellent and they are helpful & friendly.

🤤🍦🍨必食意大利雪糕Gelato - Venchi 香港應該無人唔識呢間 佢d雪糕口味款式多 每一種口味一食落口果下 都感受到佢地嘅誠意☺️通常我都係揀Mini size $63 ，即係兩球雪糕🍨因為好足料，兩個雪糕波食完已經好飽😆加個有焦糖碎碎嘅雪糕筒🍦+$15第一個波🍦上面果個委內瑞拉朱古力🍫呢個朱古力好有驚喜 好香朱古力味 超濃郁但又唔會有苦澀味🤎🤎第二個波🍦下面果個開心果💚口感軟滑紮實好creamy 同朋友都超中意呢個味每次經過都必食🤗不過下次要記得叫雪糕姐姐幫我將開心過喺上面，朱古力味擺下面食完個頭清新口味再食濃味。 朱古力應該會再愉快啲😝

行過Venchi，總係被佢閃閃發亮嘅店面吸引，今日就不如嚟場味蕾嘅派對啦🎉！心思思揀咗Tiramisu同榴槤兩款口味，一嚐究竟點解會咁受歡迎。Tiramisu，嚟個一啖，咖啡同酒味掂到冇得頂，濃郁得嚟，再帶啲微微嘅甜，真係正！轉個彎試個榴槤味👅，我話你知，嗰濃烈，嗰香郁，絲毫唔做作，有隻榴槤痴身咁解，開心到漏－正！嗰時心血嚟潮，又喊咗個「開心果三重奏」嚟試吓。喂，真係豐富得滯，光係啲開心果雪糕已經夠晒味，仲有咁脆口嘅開心果碎，個組合完爆！🍨 所謂三重奏，一啖落咀，真係開心到合唔埋嘴。最正嘅係，個味又唔會甜得過火，啱晒啲唔鍾意太甜嘅朋友。最後，仲有個人情味甜品，見到小朋友啲雪糕跌咗地下，員工即刻換新嘅給佢，呢個溫馨真係加分喎！Venchi嘅服務同味道，確實係忘唔到嘅美好，下次仲要試埋其他味！👍🌟✨

走過Venchi次次見到個雪糕牆deco🍦，令人都想買返一杯gelato吃🤤今次揀咗𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐞 ($66) 就有兩個味😽🔸𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞甜而不膩的松露朱古力味🍫，口感滑膩絲滑的口感，朱古力的濃郁和松露的香氣𝐦𝐢𝐱，加上淡淡堅果味完美融合。🔸𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐮唔會有太重酒味☕️，內裏有一片片的咖啡味朱古力，口感豐滿而醇厚。個𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐮融化在𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐞的威化餅上面，令威化𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐞有淡淡的咖啡味，變到有cappuccino 嘅感覺😹不過個gelato一邊食一邊溶得好多，大家如果都揀𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐞嘅就食得小心啦‼️🏰Venchi@VenchiHK📍觀塘道418號創紀之城五期(apm)大堂C-16號舖
