難得同女朋友行到將軍澳，經過 Popcorn 商場見到 Venchi，加上天氣焗焗地，忍唔住就入去食 Gelato 解解暑。今次我哋揀咗焙茶味同巴馬臣芝士味，組合聽落已經幾特別。焙茶味入口茶香超濃郁，帶住陣陣煙韻香，不過偏甜咗少少，如果一個人食可能會有啲膩。好彩配埋巴馬臣芝士味，佢嘅鹹香味即刻平衡返焙茶嘅甜，兩者交錯之下竟然意外地合拍，有種「甜中帶鹹，鹹中帶甜」嘅層次感。至於 Gelato 嘅口感，係軟滑綿密嗰種，唔似普通雪糕咁易溶化，慢慢歎都唔怕變水。細細杯分量啱啱好，食完唔會太飽，但又有滿足感。唯一小小嘅遺憾就係—$68 一杯，價錢偏高，可能唔會成日食，但偶爾獎勵下自己就啱晒。

將軍澳店 Popcorn 裝修要4月才重開，好彩在裝修之前買了新出無糖朱古力醬...😜😜今日買到靚麵包...😄😄把之前買開心果醬再加減糖朱古力醬配柚子啤酒正呀...😋😋 因為這是無糖朱古力醬食多些都冇罪疚感對糖尿病患者超爽...😜😜

Pretty sure all of you would have heard of Venchi😍 the greatest gelato shop in town 🍨🥳 They have lots of different flavours, with some classic flavours like hazelnut, dark chocolate, etc🤣 They all look super tempting so I decided to get 3 scoops 😆 Would highly recommend their pistachio flavour, very creamy and definitely craving for more! Also the guy who serve me is very nice, he was giving me free tasting, and give many details or backgrounds about different flavour☺️ good for me cuz I got 選擇困難症😂 look forward to shop here again and again😂

I’m quite disappointed by the poor customer service at this shop. Customer service is crucial for maintaining customer loyalty. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff in this shop did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Venchi. The staff is quite impatient and impolite, or even rude. Considering the amount of money I spent at this shop, I believe that the poor service provided does not justify this expense.I hope that the management will consider retraining your staff to keep the business sustainable.

開個第一日帶乖仔食雪糕獎勵佢😂😂😂😂，食左2杯迷你，我自己就揀咗開心果同榛果，兩隻味十分夾，尤其開心果味十分香濃，個仔就揀左芒果同士多啤梨，偷左個仔幾啖覺得好freah😋😋😋。2名靚仔店員哥哥好熱情介紹我地買雪糕卷，10送2，計返都係大約$50蚊杯，個衰仔又猛咁話鍾意，冇佢孚😂😂，不過我諗半年期都食得晒，最後仲俾店員哥哥sell買多幾粒朱古力，聽講平時買要$25-$30粒，而家買雪糕$18加購😂，多謝靚仔哥哥，今朝一訓醒個仔仲抖計唔想返學，仲諗緊放左學點樣氹個仔🥵，果然有一手，really made my day🎉🎉🤗
