第1次食valrhona,所以買左grands crus試下(6款產地:Tainori(64%),Manjari(64%),Abinao(85%),Caraibe(66%),Alpaco(66%),Guanaja(70%) )~Guanaja(70%)…正~一入口,amazing~可能係因為第1塊既valrhona既關係啦…同之前既所有朱古力都好唔同,同amedei係2種風格! Amedei係慢慢滲出黎,再有其他味道散發出黎,慢慢演變…呢隻一入口味道已好明顯幾隻味,微酸、微苦、微甜…Tainori(64%)…一入口…微酸~但冇manjari咁酸…有少少苦味,但唔係好苦…一酸一苦,梅花間竹~入口都溶~但同amedei比就真係有點鞋口…後期酸為主,aftertaste都係酸酸地。有可可味…整體而言唔錯~~~Manjari(64%)…由頭到尾都好酸下…有點接受唔到…因為個人唔太喜歡食酸野...但印象中好似唔少人喜歡呢隻...Abinao(85%)幾香,但唔算特別出色…層次感唔算好豐富,夠苦,同時又有少少甜,唔錯…但又未去到好好…aftertaste唔錯…但絕對唔係6隻入面既首選…Caraibe(66%)…微苦~微酸…但層次唔算豐富…但都唔錯~~~Alpaco(66%)…一入口,有花香味好清,但又有少少甜...有少少少少苦...再有少少酸~味道幾豐富!!!可惜都係有點鞋...中間又轉左苦為主,最後酸為主,真係有點酸…aftertaste都係酸酸的…唔錯!!!總結:個人較偏好GUANAJA、ALPACO、TAINORI~聽日去掃貨先另外,sales姐姐幾好,熱心介紹,仲好好人咁請左塊40%我試...雖然我唔好milk chocolate~ 但至少佢唔係好似harbour city間patchi咁完全無視我,係去到俾錢先有反應

Today 係suki 生日~我又唔記得準備禮物wor (晨咁早10點幾係邊度揾禮物...我又要趕返工...)....咁啱路過sogo, suki又鍾意食朱古力, 咁諗住買盒好嘢送比佢la, 本身我諗住買Godiva, 因為出名ma~要送禮梗係送d貴嘢la~點知個sales掛住理d大陸有$客, 完全唔理我...攪到我等左勁耐...真係把鬼火!.....咁見到佢附近都有間係賣手造朱古力嘅counter, 咁咪過去睇下low~個counter 都幾細間....叫 valrhona, 我記得聽朋友講過呢個牌子d朱古力攞黎做蛋糕好好味, 但我真係唔知佢原來有專門店~我一行埋去個sales就好有禮貌咁問我想搵咩朱古力?? 我話想送比朋友,要搵d黑朱古力, 佢就介紹左d 鐡盒裝比我, 一盒$115....我話咁細盒但係都幾貴wor...貴過Godiva...佢話呢個牌子嘅朱古力係法國手造ga~係外國好出名, 但因為無咩點宣傳所以香港無咩人識, 但佢保證一定好好食....跟住佢仲請我食左粒白蘭地酒心朱古力~~~~~真係好正~~~~~跟住佢再請我食多粒黑朱古力~個sales真係好好人~d朱古力又好味~~~so我最後buy左2盒18片裝嘅黑朱古力 (70% and 80%)到左夜晚終於送左2盒朱古力比suki~佢一收到即刻開黎食~仲讚我識買~原來佢以前係外國讀書時都有食過valrhona d 朱古力~佢話好好好鍾意食~佢都唔知香港原來有得買~所以超開心~哈哈哈~咁下年佢生日我唔使諗送咩low~再送返朱古力比佢就唔使煩la~~~
