We were planning to go to another cafeteria nearby, sadly closed; randomly went into this cafeteria for a sit and nibble. It was a bit awkward walking in. Reception staff was focusing on a customer only purchasing their coffee beans while leaving us waiting without arrangements. Not until a waiter interrupted to arrange seats and greeting us, the receptionist still didn't even look or aware of us. Anyhow, it was another QR code ordering system cafeteria. Menu showed variety of coffee options. Different bitterness chocolate drinks were also offered which seem attempting. Sadly, many savoury dishes and almost all dessert options were sold out, we ended up getting fish and chips and burrata salad. For drinks, we got the ice americano with less water and iced mocha in oat milk. Burrata salad was yummy and definitely appetising. Love the fact that they used both red and yellow tomatoes. Apart from giving a vibrant colours, yellow tomatoes offered a milder sweetness which gave levels of sweetness in the salad. Pesto seems homemade which was herby and has a pungent basil flavour. Love that. Good quality of virgin olive oil was used for the pesto which provided richness to the salad. Burrata cheese was extremely milky and soft. It almost melted in your mouth. By wrapping the spinach or arugula with the burrata bites, it was indulgent. Hint of earthiness merged with the milky light flavour. Whole salad was refreshing and uplifting. Fish and chips was visually appealing. Could tell it was freshly made. Fish was well coated with a crispy batter. Batter was seasoned well. Salty and crunchy. Nonetheless, the fish itself was very wet, not that the meat itself was moist but watery. So much moisture leaked out once cut. It was odd but still alright. Meanwhile, chips were long and crispy. Salty and in golden colour. Unfortunately, the moisture leaked from the the fish became sticky after dried which caused the last few chips sticky and soggy that was uneatable. It was okay just a bit bizarre. Ice americano was served in rock style. Smartly preventing coffee to be diluted by the melted ice. As requesting less water, americano was full, nutty and aromatic. Nicely gave a strong after taste. No wonder they also sell their own beans, a quality coffee indeed.Ice mocha was being forgotten that kept us waited for almost half an hour. It was also served in rock style. High quality cocoa powder was used which gave a rich chocolate flavour. Even requested decaf, coffee side still lavish. With the light oaty sweetness from the oat milk, it was a hearty drink. I believe will come back for their mains and sweetnesses which hopefully they will be available next time. 平日晚上放工嚟到銅鑼灣,想搵間靜小小嘅咖啡室,同朋友食個晚飯兼傾吓偈。最後揀咗呢間近Fashion Walk、位於京士柏街嘅咖啡室。裝潢有古典味道,加埋昏暗嘅燈光,格外有工業風。門面採用開放式玻璃設計,見到入邊環境都唔錯。甘筍湯 (⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)首先點個湯,係南瓜甘筍湯,香濃同埋唔會好稀,叫咗一份兩個人share,因為唔想太飽。辣肉腸炒魷魚 (⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)辣肉腸炒魷魚呢個組合比較新鮮,出邊未食過。辣肉腸唔算太辣,就算唔食辣嘅我都接受到。魷魚都幾多塊,煙韌度啱啱好,味道相對清淡。鰻魚飯配蛋 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)主菜係鰻魚飯配蛋。鰻魚都幾大份,配埋蛋,口感層次豐富,不過最正都係個鰻魚汁,值得一試。如果再多啲汁就更加好。明太子意粉 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)明太子意粉都係我喜歡嘅餸菜。意粉嘅分量,剛剛好兩個人分享。意粉賣相都幾靚。法式焦糖班戟 、酒精飲品 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)最後重點係法式焦糖班戟,有三層咁多。雖然平時唔係好食甜品,但係見到隔籬枱好似好吸引,於是跟住點,總算冇做錯決定。總括而言,這間餐廳環境唔錯,而且價錢不算太貴。下次有機會也會再來品嚐。 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Urban Coffee Roaster (Fashion Walk) (3594 6569) 銅鑼灣京士頓街9號Fashion Walk地下D號舖推介菜色: 明太子意粉、法式焦糖班戟👍🏻地方舒適 👍🏻適合傾偈 👍🏻價錢合理 繼續閱讀

最近很喜歡的咖啡店「Urban Coffee Roaster」食物方面唔錯,拿鐵也很好喝,店內環境寬敞舒適,可以休息、聊天一個下午的好地方,是值得收藏的咖啡店 ☕️🔹FLAT WHITE$45🔹UJI MATCHA LATTE$50🔹新鮮青口配蒜香白酒牛油汁$118🔹手打安格斯牛肉漢堡配薯條$138🔹松葉蟹肉軟殼蟹飯$148私心很喜歡這種奶香濃郁的「咖啡拿鐵」,喝起來很順口,淡淡的咖啡香也很迷人😍;「抹茶拿鐵」底層抹茶回甘味濃,牛奶拉花香滑。洋蔥白酒煮歐芹汁、大蒜牛油白酒汁,再配上烘烤麵包蘸汁享用,超惹味;手打安格斯牛肉漢堡🍔肉很多汁搭配bacons 焦糖洋蔥蕃茄好美味;另外意大利飯口感硬度適中,伴以鮮甜松葉蟹肉、蟹籽、洋蔥煮成,頂層放上一隻鬆脆的軟殼蟹及溫泉蛋,配搭少少蛋黃醬一齊食都好夾。 繼續閱讀
