今日心血來潮，揀咗間新開張嘅店一試，發現佢地嘅雞蛋仔真係做得出色喎！😋 一踏入店鋪，就已經聞到濃郁嘅蛋香四溢，令人無法抗拒。第一款「抹茶紅豆麻糬」真係幾正🍵，抹茶苦中帶甜，與紅豆完美咁融合喺一起。啲麻糬煙韌得嚟又唔膩，質感一流。 跟住試咗「朱古力心太軟」，外皮微脆，朱古力流心岩晒朱古力控嘅心，口口都係幸福嘅味道🍫。另外啲「爆醬吉士」仲要提一提，吉士味甜咗啲，但一啖落去，滑溜溜嘅口感同濃稠嘅吉士味，感覺好滿足！ 最後，個人特別鐘意「酥香脆邊」，彷彿每一啖都可以嘗到嬸嬸地嘅雞蛋味。整體來講，這些雞蛋仔都做得啱啱好，外脆內軟，每一款都有佢地獨特嘅風味，真心推介大家去試吓！👍🤤 小店無論係創意定係味道都做得好出色，喺這個價錢得到這樣嘅享受，真係物超所值！下次如果再經過，一定會再落單！👌

咁啱嚟到ssp大埔道嗰邊，就嚟咗try try食個tea(///▽///)✨2粒自家制芋泥麻糬口味諗起food expo嗰啲雞蛋仔波波，雞蛋仔部分多過啲餡。而呢款正正相反 勁爆餡😍😍外層偏薄身。麻糬幾有咬感，拉到少少絲。芋泥唔會完全係creamy嘅芋泥，我食到有啲芋頭喺度。啲餡係少甜？幾好😋同埋覺得如果雞蛋仔部分多返少少就好喇，佢真係幾香💛✨2粒朱古力心太軟口味好似食緊波狀嘅心太軟🙈😂外層好似固體朱古力蛋糕咁 裏面有少少流心🤎朱古力味好香濃，亦都唔會話好甜～可能真係太濃朱古力味，遮曬雞蛋仔嗰種香～下次有機會都會試下呢間嘅彩虹車輪餅‼️🌈

最近搞怪表情雞蛋仔都相當出名， 無論喺澳門定係青衣戲棚品都有攤位店舖係出售依款嘅雞蛋仔。之前一直都冇機會試今次去開深水埗見到依間主打買雞蛋仔嘅店舖終於都可以試吓同打卡啦店舖除咗買雞蛋仔仲有埋車輪餅、飯同小食。 但係個人認為其實都幾貴。 例如雞蛋仔波波，雖說係特色嘅打卡食品， 4粒都$40 ，平均一粒都$10。 作為一間主打雞蛋仔波波嘅店舖當然要買雞蛋仔波波同埋車輪餅試吓。 口味都相當多，真係好難揀到落手😂😂 最後分別揀咗「自家製芋泥麻薯雞蛋仔波波」同埋「四季彩虹拉絲芝士車輪餅」。因為係即叫即整關係，預返等待嘅時間都會比較長。「自家製芋泥麻薯雞蛋仔波波」（$40）， size大小都唔會話大細， 外表被印上搞怪表情，岩哂打卡。 食落去有芋泥麻薯口感， 食左2粒已經飽。 但係個人認為價錢偏貴，如果咁啱唔係選擇啲飽肚嘅餡料，例如抹茶吉士味， 應該相對冇咁飽肚。如果為打卡都值得一試但如果係為咗飽肚就真係唔建議選擇依款「四色彩虹拉絲芝士車輪餅」（$45） ，外表望落普通嘅車輪餅樣，食落去竟然係彩虹嘅顏色餡料，雖然明知係色素，但係如果打卡來講都幾特別同幾靚。芝士味幾重， 食落都真係好飽既。 但個人都係認為價錢比較貴😅

The Grilled Pork with Cheese Rice was a savory delight, with succulent pork and melted cheese perfectly complementing each other. Both dishes showcased the kitchen's expertise in creating satisfying meals with a touch of creativity.4. Stir-Fried Udon with Pork: To round off my culinary adventure, I indulged in the dynamic flavors of the Stir-Fried Udon with Pork. 環境: 鋪頭喺深水埗同太子中間，為食豬喺太子A出口行過去大概8分鐘，天氣咁熱都幾攞命🥵，鋪頭空間細，多人嘅時候可能冇得坐喺入面食😢食物: 抹茶紅豆麻糬雞蛋仔波波，$40💸，拎嘅時候仲好熱🥰，啲雞蛋仔波波喺度奸笑，打卡一流📸食落外脆內軟，麻糬好煙韌，抹茶味好夠，加埋紅豆好夾🫘🐷為食豬好在有提早whatsapp鋪頭留定一份，去到發現原來係全店最後一份☝🏻，所以大家一定一定要提前whatsapp❗️
