得知大食會重開,表哥個食家女朋友巴姐又有好介紹,今次係一家意日匯聚嘅「Trattoria Queen Hollywood」。門面不甚突出嘅小店原來開業已有八年之多,由日藉片平琢磨師傅主理。店名及其皇冠標誌彷彿正在幽默地回應蔣志光同羅大佑咁:「皇后大道西上其實有荷李活皇后」。黑板上道出大廚理念係要善用食材創出節令美食。西餐廳樓底極高,左方為水吧,架上擺放著日、洋酒品及掛出玻璃酒杯,入面仲見到部三得利生啤機,似乎黎襯嘅都係酒客。水吧連接住唔係咁顯眼嘅廚房,玻璃窗剛好被百頁簾遮住,唔通廚師們怕羞?!用餐區域僅有十二個位,包括門口兩張四人枱及內側兩張二人枱,均為合併式。木造餐桌上有自用嘅日式及西式餐具。紙造飲品牌共有三頁之多。早到嘅女仕們應推介點咗枝節令日本清酒「阿部勘純米吟釀」($480/枝)。訂座時得知開瓶費為$150/樽,XO仔就帶咗樽香檳同靚靚媽咪嘆。每天不同嘅手寫餐牌擺放於收銀處一角,由掌舵人Keith哥哥續一介紹。雖則一個人負責哂訂座、落單、傳菜、換碟、水吧等工作忙個透,不過佢有效率得黎仍能保持專業誠懇之態度,面對住問題多多嘅蕃薯uncle更顯得友善且有耐性,實在難得!Tomato、新玉ねぎ、Treviso Stracciatella($258):第一道上場嘅蕃茄洋蔥芝士頭盤彩艷鮮亮,唔打得都絕對好睇得!單看三款主材其實都有啲擔心菜式會好重口味,但以鮮紅嘅神石榴點綴嘅水牛芝士豐滿厚滑,香濃而不俗,連同清新爽脆嘅生洋蔥及汁多爽潤嘅蕃茄粒粒一齊食落口意外地唔覺酸,此味紅白組口為味蕾帶來前所未有嘅新驚喜,直令平時唔係好食芝士嘅XO仔都誠意推介!Avocado、皮蛋、Kale Salada($148):羽衣甘藍沙律嘅外表翠綠有光澤,要挖開先睇到內藏淺綠色嘅牛油果及又圓又黑嘅皮蛋。羽衣甘藍就咁食會有啲苦苦地,巧妙地混入柔滑嘅牛油果同超級濃潤嘅皮蛋就易入口得多,當中嘅苦澀頓變成鮮香惹味,魔幻神奇得很!鯖Marinated炙りPotato Gratin($358):鯖魚壽司必先預訂,細佬怕骨冇試,只係影咗幅相俾大家參考。Pineapple Gazpacho、Burrata、Citrus($228):奶黃色嘅凍湯份量都幾勁,建議可四人分一客,留返啲位試多幾味。混入水牛芝士嘅凍湯軟滑厚濃,酸酸甜甜嘅菠蘿味清新滋味,哥哥形容得非常貼切,無論係外貌定味道都好有楊枝金露嘅影子。螢Squid、ひゆ菜、Anchovy Butter、Sourdough($198):節令嘅螢火魷魚淨食時真係覺得佢有啲腥,聽隱世廚神契妹教路,唧入檸檬汁後加埋莧菜同墊底嘅酸麵包,一口咬落竟可見証螢火魷魚腥味盡除嘅化學反應,果然有料到!Og豚Polpetini Conte、尖椒、溫菜($168):意大利式豬肉丸一客有四粒,碟上並無配上任何汁液,肉丸面只刨上芝士碎、溫菜絲及椒絲。豬肉丸嘅炸皮乾巧香脆,餡心亦軟嫩鬆爽,黏上芝士碎及椒絲已能增添芬芳。Sea Urchin Pasta($598):全晚較為失望嘅反而係另一必先預訂嘅海膽意粉!意粉麵條雖則煙韌彈牙,無奈橙亮軟嫩嘅海膽過咸且帶微微腥,只能講句細佬對$598嘅期望高好多囉!海の幸ご飯 - 桜鱒、しらす、Cuttlefish、Clam、螢Squid、菜乾、臘腸($498):雜錦海鮮飯即叫即煮,並原煲呈上。另配香脆惹味嘅漬物。深怕熱煲會燙傷長輩,Keith哥哥打開煲蓋俾大家影哂相相後就攞咗出去分。新鮮熱辣辣嘅足料海鮮飯鮮濃無比,米飯粒粒晶瑩潤澤,相當暖胃。Og Pork Collar、Truffle Sauce($398):又一必先預訂嘅豬上肩肉極之爽彈,而且肉汁豐盛,毫不乾嚡,伴碟鮮綠嘅西蘭花苗亦清脆幼嫩,個人只係略嫌唔係好食得出個汁有松露香。Homemade Pudding($98):甜品自己分,契妹尤其欣賞精美嘅小碟同櫻花羮仔。如絲般滑溜嘅自家製布丁軟彈輕盈,簡單淋上焦糖漿足以為甜品添上香甜。溫馨小店「Trattoria Queen Hollywood」靜靜地隱藏於上環皇后大道西上,環境簡潔樸實,體貼嘅Keith哥哥招呼十分周到。低調嘅片平師傅重新將日本料理與意大利菜嘅廚藝精髓配搭出新穎且色香味俱全嘅美食,價格雖略為偏高,嘻嘻,但相信挑剔嘅文森佐都一定會認可。 繼續閱讀

We ordered a total of three pastas from the menu and two starters. The starters were sake steamed clams, pretty average, and a more interesting plate of century egg with spring onions and lettuce. That was an interesting combination, but pastas shone through even more.The best of all three is the cod roe pasta, the third pic, second best was the firefly squid pasta and third best was the carbonara.Firefly squids were super fresh and flavourful, does anyone else do the weird thing where I would ration my squid to make sure I get some squidness with every bite? Cod roe was a nice creamy mix that brings out the savory side of the roe. Carbonara looked the best but it paled in comparison. I remembered having rather strong opinions about it but I FORGOT HAHAHAHHA maybe despite the strong yellow colour of the sauce it wasn't actually that thick 繼續閱讀

Bday marathon dinner - this time with my bff. Always heard about this place where 🛣it’s in between queens road west and Hollywood road (therefore the name). Of course we had to try the famous uni 🍝pasta. If I have to choose, I may still go for dough kitchen’s one just because it’s cheaper and I like their pasta more. But uni wise I do like it here. Great sourcing of 😋ingredients and service! Surprisingly they served their dishes pretty quickly (maybe so I can return the table ASAP lol). HKD 398 for pasta.. 繼續閱讀

It’s my friend’s birthday so we decided to go to this Japanese fusion restaurant near sheung wan. She has been wanting to try their uni pasta so we ordered the uni pasta and the angus beef steak. the uni pasta was filled with uni and the sauce is super creamy and rich. the steak on the other hand was huge and juicy! Cooked mid-rare which was great and delicious. overall, the quality was up to the standard. However, for the price itself, there are much better option around the area for lunch to be honest... 繼續閱讀

1️⃣Spaghetti, Vongole “SAKE” Bianco $250 (6/10)D蜆好細隻而且有沙,又唔夠新鮮彈牙,意粉軟硬度適中,sake味都幾重。2️⃣Carbonara $—意粉味道都幾rich,不過無乜芝士鹹香,反而有d死鹹感覺!3️⃣Grilled Japanese Octopus $188個人認為個Octopus有少少overcook,不過我就幾中意個mayonnaise sauce!4️⃣Green Tea Tiramisu $88Green Tea Tiramisu茶味甘香,口感都算幼滑,但味道沒有很驚艷。📝order左2杯可樂,唔夠凍都算,仲要無氣,重點係佢地唔係用汽水機,係罐裝倒出黎,我同我朋友極度懷疑佢個可樂係開左同放左超耐🕵🏻‍♀️🧐!好彩店裏職員態度都十分好又有禮貌,換過杯比我地!總括其實服務態度好好,不過食物就有待改進! 繼續閱讀
