I have always been a fan of creamy and milky ice cream, with iCREAMERiA as one of my favourites, however, I can say with confidence now that Tokachi is becoming my top favourite in Hong Kong. The texture of the ice cream is silky, without any icy feeling to it. It melts in your mouth very quickly as the temperature of ice cream is maintained to prevent ice formation. We could literally only take a few snaps of the ice cream before it starts dripping off the cone.🍦 The taste of milk is also very prominent, 🥛as if you are drinking a carton of good quality Japanese milk! The addition of toasted macadamia bits also give a nice crunchy texture and a slight caramel flavour to cut off some of the fattiness from the milk. For the cone, it was alright, not much notable comment. The star of the show is definitely the ice cream. As we devour through the ice cream cone, we realised the ice cream were piped purposefully with a hollow centre. Although it is quite pricey for a cone, it’s a good indulgent treat once in a while!⭐️ One thing to note is that the store is also relatively small, with limited counter to stand by. During peak hours, expect crowded space and likely have to get away from the store to find a place to enjoy it.

中環又多一間甜品店插旗🚩今日介紹的就是來自北海道的過江龍甜品店「Tokachi-Milky」品牌在北海道十勝地區設有自家牧場最有特色就是他們以澤西乳牛原乳為原材料天然乳脂與鈣質比一般牛奶高,且味道香醇濃郁,奶色因略呈淡金黄色,在當地被譽為「黃金牛乳」!! 店內裝修以淺木色系為主體廚房區域更採用落地玻璃食客可以近距離欣賞甜點製作過程💕‣ 抹茶Dip ($48)這款是包裹著抹茶脆皮的十勝牛乳雪糕牛乳雪糕真的與別不同欸~表面灑有一些夏威夷果仁碎味道幼滑香醇,口感也比平時的雪糕更厚身一點雪糕筒也很好吃 夠酥脆🫶🏻‣ 抹茶泡芙 ($36)‣ 宇治金時泡芙 ($42)泡芙外層脆脆的 中間餡料很多很飽滿前者就抹茶味重一點 甜度較低後者因為加了紅豆🫘 會稍微甜一點 但口感和味道也會因而豐富點‣ 抹茶鮮奶 ($38)龍貓拉花實在是太可愛啦😍抹茶是新鮮開出來的,再加入明治鮮奶喝起來香濃的抹茶味🍵 高質!💭 C͟o͟n͟c͟l͟u͟s͟i͟o͟n͟整體而言抹茶產品和雪糕都很出色推薦喜歡日式雪糕和抹茶的去試試!💰Total: $164📍Tokachi-Milky|@tokachimilky中環鴨巴甸街17號地舖北海道十勝牛乳雪糕

無寫過食評,但真心覺得以北海道牛乳做賣點嘅店舖嚟講係有啲失敗。。。希望之後有改善首先抱住好大期望去食,因為見到啲食評幾乎全部好評。。。同埋佢社交媒體網站啲宣傳整到好靚好特別咁,加上又係網路名人開,自然就對佢好高期望,但我同另一個frd食第一啖到最後一啖都比曬問號❓❓❓,仲以為自己個味覺有問題🤨對唔對得住牛乳愛好者?😅仲要寫到100% Hokkaido 雪糕係滑身,但味道完全得1成係食DD牛乳味,食過真正嘅北海道牛乳味雪糕真係想講差好遠,仲要呢個價錢🫥因為網路名人嘅效應先知間鋪,點知真係太失望🙏🏻

這間最近也成為中環的新寵兒!他們使用日本十勝牛乳來製作甜點,剛好想吃甜點就來試試看~店面不大,但很乾淨,而且有很多打卡點。 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🍨 原味杯裝 – 42第一口吃下去真的超濃郁!口感非常厚實,牛奶味很純正。用料很實在,真的會很有飽足感😂😂 搭配一些堅果增加口感還不錯,但如果不喜歡堅果,記得先跟店家說!這次的限定口味是士多啤梨,不知道之後會不會推出更多口味呢?像是抹茶、焙茶之類的!
