最近趁著下午茶時段,第二次到訪中環The Pizza Project,期待再嚐他們的經典意式滋味。可惜,這次的體驗與第一次相比,水準略為下跌,讓我有點失望。 餐廳環境依然是其亮點,藍白紅格紋桌布配上芥末黃長椅,帶來濃濃的義大利風情。牆上色彩鮮艷的框畫和木質格狀天花板,搭配溫暖射燈,營造出輕鬆又時尚的氛圍,適合朋友聚會或悠閒小憩。吧台區有咖啡機和各式飲料瓶,增添幾分活力,復古紅色電話更是別具趣味。整體空間依然舒適,服務員態度親切,招呼周到,這點值得一讚。 這次點了經典的瑪格麗特薄餅和意式吞拿生魚片作為下午茶輕食。瑪格麗特薄餅外觀依然吸引,薄脆餅皮帶微焦金棕色邊緣,番茄醬鮮紅,搭配融化的莫札瑞拉起司和新鮮羅勒葉,賣相不錯。但入口後,餅皮略乾,少了上次品嚐時的香脆口感,起司也沒有預期的濃郁,整體味道偏淡,未能完全滿足期待。意式吞拿生魚片則表現稍好,魚片切得薄而均勻,粉紅色澤新鮮,配上紅洋蔥圈、櫻桃番茄和橄欖,淋上橄欖油和檸檬汁,清爽開胃。小份綠葉菜和酸豆點綴,增添層次感。 飲品方面點了一杯檸檬梳打,味道清新,但冰塊過多,喝到後面略為稀釋,影響口感。整體而言,食物質素與第一次到訪相比有明顯下滑,當時的披薩香濃且餅底鬆軟,留下深刻印象,這次卻顯得平平無奇,性價比不算高。 服務方面,店員依然熱情,送餐速度也快,但下午茶時段人流不多,環境略為冷清,少了點熱鬧氣氛。加上食物水準下跌,實在讓我有點失望。The Pizza Project的環境和概念依然吸引,但這次體驗未能達到預期,希望下次再訪能重拾水準。綜合環境、食物和服務,我給予75/100的評分,適合想在下午茶時段找個舒適地方輕鬆一聚的朋友,但對食物要求高的食客可能要調整期望。 總評:75/100

The 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲 was melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfect to eat with 🍞 on side. For the highlight of the meal—the 🍕 ! We went for their popular choice, 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗮, topped with quail 🍳, pancetta, fior di latte and 🥫sauce. It was so satisfying for chesse lovers like me, but it might get a little heavy 🤏🏻 when you had to many slices 😭😭 We also ordered another pizza — 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗮, topped with black truffle mascarpone, ham and fior di latte.
