The thin crust is crispy on the edges yet soft and chewy in the center, providing an excellent foundation for the toppings. The tomato sauce has j ust the right amount of acidity to cut through the richness of the cheese and meats. The spicy salami brought a bold kick of heat that pairs beautifully with the melted mozzarella and black olives.🍝 chicken Florentine orecchiette The orecchiette pasta is perfectly al dente, its cup-like shape capturing the creamy sauce in every bite. Fresh spinach adds a burst of color and a slight bitterness. The tender chicken pieces are generously portioned. Juicy cherry tomatoes provide a refreshing pop of sweetness, while the shaved parmesan on top adds a salty, nutty finish that ties the dish together.🍗fried chicken strips Each strip boasts a golden-brown, crunchy coating that delivers a satisfying crackle with every bite. 餐廳位於荔枝角係D2 place 內,而且裝修好靚,有格調,氣氛都幾chill。服務方面,店員都好friendly,上菜速度都算快👍🏻。記得訂枱因為真係好full叫咗個蒜辣白酒煮蜆。蜆肉飽滿鮮甜,白酒汁帶少少辣,好惹味,用嚟點麵包一流!然後,我哋叫咗個Cabonara。意粉煮得al dente,creamy嘅醬汁包裹住每條意粉,加上煙肉🥓同黑椒碎,好香濃!不過份量可以再多啲啲。主菜方面,叫咗慢煮醬燒牛肋骨(必叫!)配烤薯同菠菜。牛肋骨炆得好腍,一切就骨肉分離,醬汁濃郁,好入味!烤薯外脆內軟,菠菜就清新爽口,同牛肋骨好夾!下次gathering一定再嚟! 繼續閱讀
