星期六和4 個 朋友去吃飯鋸扒, 我們點了前菜, 最地道的阿根廷肉腸 chorizo, 好似餃子empanadas , 好開胃 。也點了2支酒A Lisa and Patagonia(餐廳名). 聽說Patagonia 這個地方在世界的最南端, 很近南極 ,所以d 水養出嚟的酒特別好味和純.主菜我們點了T bone牛扒 和 ribeye肉眼扒, 肉質都幾特別, 入口食完一啖就好想吃第二啖. 廚師是阿根廷人所以調味也很到位 , 他們上了幾個阿根廷扒的sauce, 本人覺得綠色那一個sauce (忘記了什麼名)最好味配肉眼扒, 最具阿根廷風味. 另外其他配菜點了薯蓉, nothing special, only 因為我朋友喜歡. then 我們叫甜品 vino de pear (can't remember the exact name), 廚師話在阿根廷他們吃完甜品都會有一隻酒幫助消化, 我們便點, 感覺酸酸地, 非常特別, 就真係幾好幫助消化. 好可惜我同朋友都 一把年紀,唔係相機吃先的人, 沒有相片。不過餐廳嘅唔好地方係比較難星期五六 book到位,因為都比較 滿,我哋本來是在前一個星期book慶祝朋友生日 前,但係又滿咗。 繼續閱讀

I went there attracted by the $98 take away option. Cheeseburger, fries and a drink.  The burger was perfectly cooked medium-rare, flavorful and beefy. The burger patty was pretty thick and had the right mix of fat and meat to make it very juicy and the cheese on top felt like good quality aged cheese imparting a strong flavor in a very good way. There was a lettuce, tomato and a slaw type layer on a toasted bun.  The fries were garlicky and piping hot. I ate at the square next to the square and the fries were still hot and the burger felt delicious. I would rate this a very high quality burger, probably just as good as butchers club burger. With the meal deal, this is certainly one of the best lunch deals in central. Sorry, I didn't take any pictures. I'll do it on my next visit there, which looks like it will happen soon. 繼續閱讀

約了朋友一行四人在中環找個地方晚飯。Patagonia 想去了很久,我是說在南美那個Patagonia. 但是在香港看到一家餐廳改這個名字,其他扒房吃得不少,人總是喜歡新鮮感,抱著新奇又刺激的感覺早數天打電話訂枱。服務員亦在同一天訂枱時間前一小時確認我們會到,因為他說比較多訂枱所以要先確認。晚上七時到達餐廳,空無一人...... 已暗叫一聲(又中伏?)!店內坐位不多,樓上小店,還傳來陣陣旁邊的咖哩店傳來的香味,其實店面大小沒所謂,服務員亦很熱情招呼,點了兩個前菜,一個主菜(斧頭扒),和兩個side dish. 開了一枝紅酒,但也沒有細心看什麼年份什麼萄葡朋友們談得正高興。癈話少說了,上菜速度還好,但前菜一般,主菜一般,伴碟蘑菇是全晚精華。其餘的不談,可能是口味人人不同。賣點是阿根庭牛,但斧頭扒真的低於水準。牛無牛味,我認係我唔知原來阿根庭牛並不是什麼好味的牛種,但肉味可以淡如水還不去怪那頭牛。廚師唔落調味還是來得奇怪...... 同枱四人接近同時間問:「點解咁淡...... 鹽味也沒有。」。熱情的服務員說,是這樣的,由客人來後加鹽來調味吧。朋友聚餐還是不要掃興,結帳每位無記錯大約450, 價錢還算合理,始終位置在上環。最後要讚的,是主菜斧頭扒雖然無味,但係入口,肉質軟滑,口感方面是90分。 繼續閱讀

厚切西冷牛扒、烤三文魚出色!!!可惜,環境實在不理想,廚房開放式,油煙厲害,眼睛受罪了一整晚。餐廳很小、很擠迫,有如連鎖快餐店,前後左右絕對聽得清楚你在聊什麼…… 繼續閱讀

I arrived at 6pm and I was greeted by a smile in a small and cozy shop. I ordered a ribeye (rare) and a glass of Argentinian Malbec. The ribeye arrived at the perfect temperature. The meat is succulent and fresh. It was a bit less bloody than I thought and it tasted excellent. With a rare steak, any less than fresh steak will be immediately noticeable - and I can confirm that the steak was very fresh. The steak was accompanied by 3 sauces - chimichurri sauce, Argentina salsa and a red sauce. The sauces gave the steak a distinct taste and elevated the charred taste of the meat. It also gave it a dash of spiciness which is just so perfect.The paring with the Malbec was good, but I personally like Merlot a bit better. I will come again with a glass of Merlot next time. 繼續閱讀
