好多時放工要等埋其他朋友先食飯，唔知去邊度Hea，有朋友介紹話Macallan 開咗一間靜靜地嘅酒吧可以一試！咁啱上星期五約咗朋友食飯又放得早，一於自己一條友膽粗粗上咗去飲杯嘢由皇后大道中恒生轉上去士丹利街一轉角就係，地下就係大堂坐𨋢上2樓，上到去一開門就係買威士忌，啱嘅可以即時買走，有人帶我去吧枱坐低，因為嗰日嚟得早，所以啲位我可以揀Bar枱定係普通枱，我又揀坐Bar枱諗住坐得chill啲🤣跟住問咗Bartender仔仔推介，佢介紹女仔飲Apricot Sour! 用Macallan威士忌做base，味道酸酸甜甜，但係又唔會好似其他Whisky sour 咁酸! So far出邊未見過有得飲, 我下次可以同其他女仔friend一齊嚟試吓！ 好好笑容好得意嘅Bartender仔仔呢個Apricot Sour好好飲！其他平時少飲酒嘅女仔一定飲到！

前排見到The Macallan搞左個whisky tasting event (HKD 388) 平時wine tasting就試得多今次反而幾有驚喜有六款吾同既Whisky同小食個配搭好特別鍾意飲Whisky既朋友可以留意下不過個event 好似係不定期舉行二樓仲有個bar area 可以order cocktail 🍸 同有個area放左好多吾同年份同吾同collection既酒最後忍唔住買左支whisky俾屋企人😌😎🤓

近日去咗位於中環、全球最大 The Macallan 概念零售旗艦店! 而呢個𣄃艦店由世界頂尖建築師 Jamie Fobert 設計，三層嘅旗艦店設有五個獨特區域，俾你可以透過五個感官去沉浸式體驗，令你好似置身喺蘇格蘭 The Macallan 莊園，探索威士忌嘅釀造藝術及大自然之美。其中二樓嘅 The Macallan House 酒吧，俾你可以坐低品嚐不同年份嘅威士忌，及以威士忌特調嘅雞尾酒我就鍾意呢杯 Apricot Sour，用上 12 年嘅威士忌，飲落味道酸甜清新仲帶點辛口另一杯女士們都會鍾意嘅，就係 Hibiscus Rob Boy，味道較甜、清新可口而男士們就推介呢杯用上 15 年威士忌嘅 Seasoned & Fashioned，酒味更香醇濃郁
