LCX又多了間韓式食品嗎,怎麼我不知道。冷麵看來甚多工具,又出煙又配料又汁冷麵的賣相相當精緻,幾球麵條、蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、泡菜,以及幾片肉,端來的時候還有一縷輕煙。素的冷麵,有一碗冰,再加汁,再加點配料以及素豬肉或是牛肉,再加胡麻醬或紫菜等等一起吃。這件水晶素豬肉,外貌看起來上來好像中式肴肉,實在口感也有點兒類似,只不過沒有牛肉那麼結實,吃落也有點肉的感覺。但沒有吃開素🥦🥬🥒的我們,還是覺得牛肉比較好吃,牛肉不會太老太熟太銀,有點肉汁,味道相當不錯。但我還是比較喜歡的辣年糕,可能有些人會覺得起上來比較硬一點,但我卻覺得它非常果敢,因為煮得這麼硬,不是人人喜歡,但偏偏就撞中我這個愛吃硬年糕的人,味道辣中帶少許甜,相當不錯。年糕底下還剪有少許魚糕片,吸點年糕的辣汁,味道更加好。魚糕湯,帶點麻油味的湯底,味道亦都有點甜,內裏有兩三串魚糕,不算太乾、彈牙煙韌,但味道也不錯。這兒看出去還可以看到維港的美麗景色,風光明媚,剛好八時又有幻彩詠香江,但這一陣子香港似乎挺為動盪。店子又設Green Monday 星一素食放題,而且餐牌上的飲料類別豐富,很多意想不到的飲料 繼續閱讀

It's a nice place for group gathering. Hmm... but I think it's better to focus on chitchats instead of food quality in here. 😅 Sorry to say that. To be fair, there were a few yummy dishes too though. Like this Vegan Seaweed Bibimbap. It's got so much seaweed in it and it smelled so so good!! Very tasty too. Moist rice stuck with lots of tasty seaweed, delicious. 👍🏻 The scent really got out attention, and I forgot to take a photo of the real dish; and we kept eating it till it's all gone. Lol.... 🤣Okay, I'm gonna start with all the good ones! And here's my second favourite, D.I.Y. Grill Fresh American Eel. I did not know it's served raw and I had to cook it myself coz it did not say on the menu. Though when I looked at the name of it after it's served, I knew... 😅 luckily they had good service. 👍🏻 I asked if they could cook it for us, and they said yes. The eel was good!! 😋 I might give this dish no star if it's done by me. Lol..! 😂Mixed Sauce Fried Chicken was another one I liked. The reason I liked it was coz of all those different sauces. 😂 I love dipping sauces! Haha..... but the chicken was a bit dry, and that made me ate a lot more sauces... 😅Spicy Tteokbokki was good actually, but just a bit spicy to me. Every single one of it were well wrapped in sauce and got this chewy sticky texture of it. 😋 Very nice rice cake (so far I tried in HK). 👍🏻I'd tried this Cheese Dipping Cube and Seaweed before and it was good, but didn't know why it didn't taste the same last night. 🤔 I love cheese coz of its thick and rich taste. That cheese dipping cube was rather tasteless last night. The thick layer on top was nice though. To be fair, if we dipped the food and wrapped it in seaweed sheet, it's okay.We had some expectation to this Grilled Vegan Omnipork Patty Vegetable Wrap. Hmm... we couldn't say it's bad. It just tasted different. It had a bit sour taste to the meat, which was weird to us. I liked that it's got melting cheese in the middle though. 😅 It's served cooked, but we were just supposed to heat it up a bit before eating it. I wrapped it with veggie and spicy sauce added, and still tasted a little sour.🤔Hmm... I personally didn't really like this French Fries with Cheese Powder. It's just like McDonald's fries with cheese powder, like their shake shake fries. 😅 Nothing special, and not enough powder.As for drinks, we had Raspberry Fruit Vinegar Iced Tea, Mak-Geol-Li (Strawberry), and Yuzu and Cocoa Slush. Iced Tea only tasted like normal iced tea, only with flavor of raspberry and it's a bit too sweet. My friends had Mak-Geol-Li and  Yuzu and Cocoa Slush, commented Mak-Geol-Li was almost tasteless. 第一次食Joomak, 已深深被佢既炸雞吸引, 當時仲有仙氣水冷麵, 打卡一流夠晒Gimmick, 亦係新派韓食店中我最有印象的一間. 事隔一年多重來, 正值炎夏, 熱得胃口欠佳, 吹炸雞太油膩, 看到Joomak有新menu, 以素菜為主打, 走清新健康路線, 二話不說入內試試.​寛敞舒適的環境依舊, 不變的當然還有催燦的維港景緻, 在最近動盪的政治紛圍下, 這個港灣依然動人, 感謝大家的共同捍衛!  ​​在夏日Menu 中, 加入多款素菜美食, 包括3款素炸雞! 芥末素炸雞,韓式辣味素炸雞h和牛油果開心果炸雞醬. 雖然很想吃辣的素炸雞, 但為了遷就女兒的口味, 最後選了開心果牛油果炸雞醬. 素炸雞的賣相跟真炸雞幾可亂真, 金黃素炸雞加上綠色牛油果開心果醬和乾檸檬片, 已令人有很夏日的感覺.  ​如果不告訴你這是一件炸雞, 你可能會問為何炸雞有點硬; 素炸雞外層是豆卜, 內裡是麵筋饀料, 口感與真炸雞又有幾份相似, 但勝在口味清淡, 不油膩, 加上開心果牛油果醬香濃, 檸檬汁微酸, 很開胃很岩夏天食.  ​除了炸雞, 還有純素鰻魚系列. 純素燒鳗魚炒飯鋪上原塊素鰻魚, 灸烤後的口感與真鰻魚無異, 掃上鰻魚汁相當香濃惹味! 飯面架上紫菜絲, 女兒很喜歡, 在素菜上又一啟發, 原來食素一點都唔單調.  ​ ​板燒未來豬肉漢堡扒生菜包  完全吃素家中食肉獸受不了, 那就加少少真肉氣. 2塊漢堡扒, 還有生菜, 紫蘇葉和韓式醬汁.  ​漢堡扒好玩之處在於要自己動手煎, 餐桌上的煮飯仔, 阿女最喜歡! 但其實漢堡扒本身也是熟的, 只要稍稍煎幾分鐘就可以了! ​ 漢堡扒內裡是芝心, 所以要自己加熱, 令芝士溶化. 芝味香濃, 加生菜和紫蘇葉食, 口感更豐富. 未來豬彈牙有嚼勁, 漢堡扒不鬆散, 保留肉汁. 吃肉同時吃蔬菜, 也健康一點.   ​松子紅莓原味煎餅  又是很特別的一款煎餅, 煎餅是鹹薄撐的做法, 口感份外彈牙. 鋪上紅莓, 松子仁, 火箭菜, 蛋黃醬, 紅莓甜甜地, 加上脆口的松子仁, 微甘的火煎菜, 味道卻是出奇配合, 值得一試.  ​紅棗草莓雪沙 色澤已十分搶眼, 紅棗是女性恩物, 補血養顏, 加上草莓鮮甜, 是一款美顏的夏日凍飲. 冰Storm梳打 冰藍飲料眼晴也感到沁心涼意, 刨冰下是菠蘿味梳打, 鮮渴冰涼, 炎炎夏日一飲涼透心.  ​土耳其蘋果茶  因為仲有點咳, 不宜凍飲, 於是我點了土耳其蘋果茶, 加入蜜糖一起飲用, 香甜温喉.  ​夾好時間, 可看到幻彩詠香江, 有美食有靚景, 價錢相宜, 可以Bookmark再來. 繼續閱讀

得知 Joomak的現代素食做得很出色,而且逢星期一會供應素食自助餐,每位只需$208 。特意約了幾位到志同道合的好友,齊齊去體驗一下。環境舒適,海景怡人。幾乎每枱都有小爐火,郤沒有油煙的瀰漫。外望醉人的維多利亞港全海景,靚得無話可說 😍😍麻醬雪耳沙律,選材相對冷門,用了冰菜、松子、子、雪耳、沙葛、沙律菜芝麻醬。雪耳爽口軟熟兼而有之;冰菜、沙葛則清甜爽口。牛油果開心果素炸雞,醬汁帶酸味,跟預計味道有點出入,炸雞口感跟雞肉也有幾分相似 😁😁純素燒鰻魚,真鰻魚吃過不少,烤素鰻還是頭一趟。素鰻質感鬆化,加上海水味的縐紫菜,彷冒魚皮成功 😂😂,真的有幾分像鰻魚,配上鰻魚汁,幾可亂真。黑糖麻藥粟米,近期愛上了刨粟米,都忍不住點了這個。外層的黑糖麻藥,在清甜的粟米外,多出另一種濃郁的甜味,雙重味覺享受。板燒未來豬肉漢堡扒生菜包,簡簡單單的生菜包,加上韓式甜辣醬,韓風即時圈起來 😁😁素豬肉內是芝心饀,雖然是素,但味道尚算不錯。用上羅馬生菜,有心思,整體感覺就變得特別起來。菠蘿馬格利及藍莓馬格利,味道得好,欣賞它冰沙蓋在瓶外,溶掉也不會溝淡味道。兩杯味道各有千秋,自己則比較喜歡藍莓味道。原來素食都可以花樣多多,味道好好的,又長見識了。 繼續閱讀

唔知幾時開始出現咗GREEN MONDAY呢個風氣,所以好多時星期一都想食清啲。而咁啱身邊又有由細食素到大嘅朋友,耳濡目染之下都食得健康咗。今晚同佢一齊報完工聯嘅興趣班,就過咗黎食飯。適逄星期一呢度又有個素食自助餐推出,二話不說就坐咗入黎,哈哈。餐牌選擇當然唔係話十分之多,但絕對樣樣都有啲,實有啱口味嘅食物。因為落雨關係有啲寒冷,所以先點咗個部隊鍋驅一驅冷意。鍋子細細大概係1.5人份量,所以食完都唔會太滯。材料都有即食麵/泡菜/豆腐及年糕等,味道甜酸辣均衡,幾唔錯。當然常見嘅午餐肉/香腸都轉晒做素製品,但味道差不多唔會唔夾。食完熱野當就轉食多啲飽肚嘅食物,紫菜手抓飯一定必點,香口紫菜配上芝麻油及暖暖地嘅飯,好好食,中間再沾上一啲韓式辣醬,滋味再上一層。麻醬雪耳沙律。入面有少食嘅冰菜/雪耳/韓國水梨等,爽脆口感之餘味道酸酸地,好開胃。麻醬配上柚子醋大大將部隊鍋嘅油膩帶走。燒素鰻魚。味道真係幾可亂真。豆腐皮配上厚身紫菜做成鰻魚嘅質感,入口結實混和醬汁真係以為自己食緊照燒鰻魚。芥未素炸雞。一次有三粒唔會令人食完太漏。素雞肉香口之餘,配上芝士粉及芥未十分惹味。雖然係炸物但唔太覺油膩。幾唔錯。素漢堡扒真係好厚身,一定要切開幾份再放上烤盤上再加熱。入面芝士呈現流心拉絲狀態就可以用生菜包住黎食。味道配上甜辣醬真係無得彈。一餐落黎,呢啲點一啲,嗰啲又點一啲。不經不覺差不多食均全部食物,再加少少錢仲仲可以任飲餐飲。呢個價錢都算抵食。下次又有新聚腳點啦。哈哈。 繼續閱讀
