標題有點誤導性那三八非指舉止輕浮做事魯莽、瘋瘋癲癲不夠莊重,其實乃指三位八月生日壽星的說法,而其中一位冰雪美人更是跟我同月同日生呢!所以我們仨決定選上The St. Regis Hong Kong內的The Drawing Room一同慶祝生辰。 這家全新的豪華酒店由著名建築師AndréFu設計,擁有華麗的裝潢令人驚嘆的建築和創意,而我們要到的The Drawing Room藏身於酒店二樓中,高聳的樓底感覺氣派非凡,而內裡更蘊藏氣氛相當不俗的St. Regis Bar,有機會要來嘆杯酒先得! 小書本內其實是下午茶的Menu來的小巧精緻感覺清新!而檯上已放滿自家製的數款果醬和蜜糖,真是很期待鬆餅的來臨。 下午茶收費$388/位、$688/兩位已包茶飲一杯,另每天5:30更有以刀開香檳瓶的表演,令下午茶來得更有睇頭!! 上星期還酷熱非常凍飲真的少不了!點來清爽的凍檸檬茶不加糖水下還算健康,沒辦法戒到甜但始終戒不了凍飲!! 這兒的下午茶以鹹、甜點心車呈現於客人面前,而且選擇十分有彈性鹹、甜點各供應8款選擇,客人可根據自己的喜好選出8款心水的鹹、甜點比例,喜歡吃鹹點的我自然更覺稱心如意吧! 先介紹是日鹹點的選擇!由左起是A French Affair、Veggie Delight、Gondola in Mekong 、Oishi! 下層是Club Sandwich Roll、Brit Chic、 Parisian Gourmet、New York in Hong Kong。  鹹點款色多樣化而且很合我口胃呢!最喜歡以皇帝蟹肉牛油果製成的Brit Chic鮮味滿滿的,而迷你漢堡New York in Hong Kong用上雞肉來炮製,令不吃牛的我也可享用漢堡包太好了。 品嚐過鹹點以後侍應才端來新鮮熱暖的Freshly-Baked Scones,我們可擁原味及提子味各一件,配上三款不同口味的自家製果醬、clotted cream、whipped butter,這裡的鬆餅超級好味道乾濕度控制得恰到好處,酥香得來不油膩太迷人了! 最後是甜點時間同樣地有8款選擇,我們當然全掃甜品車的內容啦哈哈哈! 8款甜點也擁有討人喜歡的賣相,而且味道亦頗有驚喜,最重要是全都不太過甜! 甜點順序為賣相最精美的Cherry Pistachio 、充斥桃香的Prosecco Tart、日式風味的Matcha Passion、粉嫩嬌美的Lychee Rose Verrine、幽香迷人的Fraisier、滑溜的Bergamot、花茶香氣濃郁的OolongTea and Elderflower Verrine及果香滿滿我至愛的Pineapple Tart。 到達5:30的時候更有專員以刀開香檳瓶作表演,熟練精彩的一刻真叫人嘆為觀止,而開後的香檳更會分予在場的客人享用,令這個下午茶更加快活完滿! 最後當然祝我們三八都生日快樂,祝大家也身體健康、生活平安!! 繼續閱讀

This restaurant is located in St. Regis Hong Kong, with an elegant and cozy experience, providing customers with an indulgent afternoon tea and a la carte all-day dining of international fare. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and showed us to our table, offering us a choice of sitting at the sofa or the chairs which we opted for the latter. Seated comfortably and breathing in the nice fragrance, while the view might not be particularly interesting, we got a nice impression to begin our dinner.After ordering a cocktail to start, we decided to go for a couple of appetizers to share. The first is Lobster Summer Roll ($218), with the rice paper wrapping Boston lobster tail, avocado, cucumber, carrot, palm heart and vermicelli. There are also a mango chili and Nuoc Cham sauce to accompany. A nice starter in this hot weather, the flavors are delicate and light, and when adding the appetizing sauces the overall complexity is increased manifold. A nice dish. The second starter is Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken ($218). The salad has Romaine lettuce, crispy bread, avocado, Parmesan flakes and grilled chicken. The homemade Caesar dressing is provided on the side to allow us to add by ourselves. The lettuce is crunchy and fresh, and the chicken nicely seasoned with black pepper. Instead of the usual croutons the restaurant used a thin crispy bread slice. Another dish of great taste.For the main dish I had Penne with Scallops, Prawns and Tomato Sauce ($288). Both the scallops and prawns are flavorful, apparently of good quality and freshness, and even though it looks simple, the penne had a wonderful balance of acidity from the tomato sauce. The texture of the penne is also very good with a nice bite.The other main dish unfortunately was disappointing. The Hainan Chicken Rice ($298) is a dish offered by many restaurants, and while we believed it should be a safe bet, it turns out otherwise. The yellow rice is nice, and they come with the dark soy sauce, ginger and chili sauce which is also meeting the standard. But I found the texture of the meat too soft, to an extent I would wonder the freshness of the chicken itself. The taste was a bit weird too. Going for dessert I have the Iced Mille Feuille ($108), which is a frozen vanilla parfait with seasonal fruit compote and caramelized puff. Decent in taste, the puff is crunchy and flaky, with the parfait of the right sweetness to make it fulfilling but not cloying, and the apricot pieces on top are a good complement.The other dessert is Green Tea-ramisu ($118), made from mascarpone cream, matcha sponge, matcha brulee and black sugar ice-cream.  The appearance might not be particularly appealing, and the taste also are surprisingly lacking as well. A bit of the let-down unfortunately.The service was really good, as expected from the renown St. Regis hotels all over the world. ☆附上當日影片手機版(有可能)看不到, 如要睇片可坐定定在大電腦前收看☆「貪新鮮」凡人好多時都會有這個念頭自己亦不例外,瑞吉酒店開業一段日子終有時間約會朋友前去試試。。。由於身旁「蝦子餅」未為吃午飯所以決意在堂先吃上一個午餐,繼而等待下午茶的時間~由於約了朋友繼續我們的女生下午茶,蝦子餅亦好在午飯後暫且告別。。。在未上沙律之前侍應員隨隨送上一個溫暖外脆內軟心的法式麵包,好吃~當日之午餐分別為「兩道菜或三道菜之形式」,頭盤我們揀了風乾火腿配沙律、看上色澤大約是24個月之風乾火腿鹹度不會過強,沙律菜方面伴上新鮮生果內有哈密瓜| 紅菜頭| 西瓜等入口清爽~主角是豚肉,五層肉入口肥瘦均勻肉質不會過老、烹煮時間恰好配上用勁多牛油之薯蓉,雖則美味但十分邪惡~餐飲之內蝦子餅選擇了凍咖啡濃郁而簡單直接,看一看重點原來還有支長長的飲管不屬於紙張、而屬於竹型質感蠻特別~下午茶準時為2:30開始迎接客人,由於我們早已入座所以亦沒有換枱的需要、職員禮貌週週地跟我們修拾枱上的餐具換上餐枱布後繼續我們的下一場我們的下午茶。。。用餐車呈現奉上二人共餐分別可以揀相八款咸八款甜,貼心地推車侍應亦為每一款的小點加以描述,(雖則在下午茶餐牌之內以作詳列。。。)不作一一詳盡介紹,請用自己肉眼探測分辨可觀性,不過最為要檢討的可以算是(卷型三文治)因為在冷卻三文治的麵包質感比較乾靭,個人就覺得較為失色~《至於跟手上枱子(鬆餅)個人就覺得値大推,比上(半x與及文x)個人就更加咁喜愛這份質感,》不會過於鬆散亦不會太於大件、配以奉上之果醬與/ 牛油及Clotted cream一併來吃感覺非常好~至於我還是很喜歡自己手上的熱咖啡,香醇而帶點微酸性~雖則侍應亦有推介當日之(茶品),女朋友還是鍾情他心儀的(伯爵茶)這一杯自己就沒有事所以不予置評~吃了多時服務員亦提議會否將其餘八份甜點繼續奉上,在朋友和我你推我讓之間終於上了餘下之八份甜點,最為好吃的當然莫過於用玫瑰花香氣做的甜點(Lychee rose verrine)至於最為令我們驚訝的反而是抹茶小蛋糕(Matcha passion )吃於口中完全是感覺猶如分子料理一般,意思是抹茶小蛋糕內的抹茶味道完全被蛋糕內其餘的成份所掩蓋~據我所知餐廳還會在每晚5:30左右會有一個開香檳的儀式是源於酒店多事,據說像是一個慶祝黃昏日落而舉辦、客人除後亦奉上一杯小小的香檳作為一個下午茶完好的終結~由中午一時多差不多吃至完場帶着愉快的心情離開這間酒店~小記:補充一句(貼身位)還在於當日我和《蝦子餅》只選了一份午餐,初頭侍應人員還只是收下我的一份刀叉、(用意男士用餐女士則收下的理由)看上我每每又要搶着用叉子一同吃,在上主菜同時職員便再一次遞上已經收去刀叉,實令我有點兒尷尬不着~整體來說個人覺得食物尚可以個人評分覺得下午茶點可以再要求高一點,但論於(舒適度| 服務度)完全是百分百做得到、臨走職員還親身送我們離開,這份貼心實在周全~這一篇文章相片不會太多,文字上亦不會太於詳細敬請原諒!附上短片一條細意欣賞。 繼續閱讀

今日約咗舊同學食lunch,補祝佢生日 🎂本來book咗灣仔另外一間西餐廳,點知架車經過我先至發現原來st regis嘅確實位置同佢公司好近!!!因為早到咗,佢又未放工,所以入st. regis行個圈一入到酒店樓底好高,裏面三間餐廳:二樓就係中餐廳同埋the drawing room/ 3樓就係高價法國餐廳。不過可能星期五一早畀人book到full曬。。。只有drawing room有位, 所以即刻衝咗入去! 佢個lunch menu三個course$3xx好合理。兩款apoetizer,兩款main course, 兩款Dessert我哋全部都叫曬~~~一坐低有自家製麵包正常水準,熱熱地Good我就飲個湯幾滑容易入口唔錯!好朋友嗰個我覺得出色好多!好多蝦 🦐🦐去到main course 反而差咗小小朋友叫Chicken一嚟到我以為係炸魚 而且有啲硬 我叫個 🐠Dover Sole 諗住一嚟到係一條,但係佢係切開幾嚿,上面有好多唔同的什菇同埋sauce,根本睇唔出係魚。。。presentation非常麻麻地,味道一:最後嘅dessert就兩個都幾有驚喜。我一坐低就同個staff講話係慶祝生日,佢哋就即刻喺個desert上面加個生日牌同埋支蠟燭 🍰🕯️ 呢樣都做得唔錯,新開酒店去朝聖一次點都要嘅! 最後提一提我反映咗畀餐廳經理,佢態度好好,希望下次有進: 繼續閱讀

20191006🌦️Sunday🌹St. Regis Hong Kong(香港瑞吉) 於2019年4月11日正式開幕,屬於為萬豪集團。Afternoon Tea位於酒店2樓於The Drawing Room, 下午茶時段:14:30>17:30,收費$388=1位,$688=2位,17:30分表演馬刀開香檳環節🍸象徵每天由日轉夜嘅時候。踏入酒店大堂,樓底頗高,氣派不凡,Waitress 好有禮貌帶我地入座,AfternoonTea 用Serve 形式,(1)Savoury Trolley =FINGER SANDWICHES AND SAVOURIES, 選擇4款鹹點,(2)Pastry Trolley=HOMEMADE PASTRIES 選擇4款甜點,(3) FRESHLY-BAKED SCONES=JAM, clotted cream and whipped butter,鹹點我真的食不出用心製作感覺,因為味道不突出,甜點稍為不錯,味道不算太甜,本人較為喜歡Lychee Rose Verrine & Oolong Tea and Elderflower Verrine, Scones 比較凍,總括來說份量可以大一點,Presentation 要注意🙏🙏所以暫時無一間超越The Butterfly Room 😋😋😋 繼續閱讀
