📍The Coffeeology (銅鑼灣)🔍銅鑼灣耀華街12號地舖-----今日想同大家介紹下我2021嘅第一間Coffee shop。之前路過,見到呢間個名感覺非常有深度嘅coffee shop門口有一條長長人龍,就已經好想食,所以2021嘅第二日,我就做個早起的鳥兒,11點半就空住個肚仔黎朝聖。🍴細膩嘅水泥工業風,型格中又帶點摩登,令人一入門口,已經開始有自拍打卡🤳嘅衝動(Sor港女格改唔到😛)。"Charcoal Sesame / Matcha cheese cake"「竹炭黑芝麻/抹茶芝士蛋糕 」($50)兩塊厚厚實實嘅蛋糕,紋理細密,前者呈深沉嘅黑灰色,後者則是清新嘅抹茶綠,一上檯就謀殺了我電話不少空間。抹茶甜度平衡得剛剛好,沒有苦澀感,亦不會過甜。以為抹茶已經好濃郁,點知好戲在後頭,黑芝麻簡直係濃到好似跌入了黑芝麻旋風當中咁,加上微流心嘅質地,簡直令黑芝麻控不能自拔。(留意番:蛋糕非常足料,落重Cream cheese,非常飽肚,建議同朋友Share黎食)🍰“Pumpkin Meatball“「辣南瓜豬肉丸長通粉」($95)扎實彈牙嘅豬肉丸,整體嚼勁不錯,配搭香香辣辣嘅獨特調味,令本來平凡嘅南瓜汁🎃變得令人驚喜非常。🍝“Salmon Sourdough”「三文魚酸種麵包」($102)黃澄澄嘅誘人炒蛋目測大概呈八分熟,咬落蛋汁豐腴,加上有煙三文魚嘅天然鹹味點綴,味道簡單自然,唔會過於複雜。而底層嘅酸種麵包則充滿個性,外皮厚實,但內裡卻輕軟有彈性,整體味道不錯。🥖“Honeycomb Capp“「蜂巢脆脆咖啡」($55)一粒粒幾何不規則嘅蜂巢糖,除咗令咖啡顯得氣場十足之外,亦係成杯野嘅靈魂所在。飲咖啡之前首先攞咗兩粒蜂巢糖試下味道,輕盈酥脆嘅質感,不粘牙,且帶淡淡蜂蜜與焦糖交加嘅香氣。咖啡係蜂巢糖嘅加持下,啡味變得甚有層次,香甜誘人嘅同時,又不失啡味,正到不得了,可惜係季節限定,強烈建議店主加佢落永久Menu😻。”Matcha Latte“「抹茶牛奶」(凍-$60)綿綿密密又白皚皚嘅一層奶泡,令整體貌相霸氣非常,有如被白雪覆蓋嘅富士山⛰️。入口係極致濃郁嘅抹茶味,高質但B仔個人更愛上述非常有特色嘅“Honeycomb Capp“。🍵-----👶🏻B仔整體評價:8/10個👍🏻👶🏻B仔抵食程度:7.5/10個👍🏻👶🏻B仔環境評分:8/10個👍🏻 👶🏻B仔味道評分:8.5/10個👍🏻👶🏻B仔回頭機會:8.5/10個👍🏻-----#swallowhongkong☺️快D跟住B仔一齊吞食香港啦!🤤#swallowcwb 繼續閱讀

終於可以逃離忙碌嘅工作,今日放假梗係周圍行下啦,行行下黎到呢間餐廳,感覺好chill. 仲有兩隻自家烘焙嘅咖啡豆。-〄【∞ 𝕊𝕒𝕝𝕞𝕠𝕟 𝕤𝕔𝕣𝕒𝕞𝕓𝕝𝕖𝕕 ∞】✓➥✎上枱時d 炒蛋仲係熱辣辣仲冒緊煙㗎!上面灑上少少胡椒粉,炒蛋下面係法包,外層脆內裏軟綿綿,連唔鍾意食包嘅我都好鍾意食。就咁連炒蛋食又得,加埋煙三文魚食更好味。煙三文魚上仲灑左啲叼草消除煙三文魚嘅油膩感。火箭菜同羅馬生菜淋上黑醋,好味又營養均衡。☃〄【∞ ℙ𝕦𝕞𝕡𝕜𝕚𝕟 𝕞𝕖𝕒𝕥𝕓𝕒𝕝𝕝 𝕣𝕚𝕘𝕒𝕥𝕠𝕟𝕚 ∞】✓➥✎南瓜肉丸通心粉面層灑上芝士碎就咁望落已經好吸引。南瓜綿密嘅口感,柔軟順滑,應該花左唔少功夫先蒸熟南瓜再將佢磨成茸。通心粉方面聽老闆講係自家制所以食落特別煙韌,豬肉丸咬落彈牙,一瞬間成碟已經食晒。☃〄【∞ ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕔𝕠𝕒𝕝 𝕤𝕖𝕒𝕤𝕒𝕞𝕖 𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕖𝕤𝕖𝕔𝕒𝕜𝕖 ∞】✓➥✎竹炭黑芝麻cheesecake係我嘅最愛。估唔到芝麻味同芝士味都可以咁夾。越食落底黑芝麻味就越重。而且仲食得出黑芝麻磨成嘅粒粒,口感好正。竹炭黑芝麻cheesecake 仲係期間限定,想食就要快d 去啦。☃〄【∞ 𝕄𝕒𝕥𝕔𝕙𝕒 𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕖𝕤𝕖𝕔𝕒𝕜𝕖 ∞】✓➥✎睇得出店舖有花心思,適逢聖誕節蛋糕面層灑上綠色紅色白色嘅糖粒增添聖誕氣氛。蛋糕分兩層,奶油色部分芝士味較濃而且甜啲,綠色部分帶有濃郁嘅抹茶味,綠茶嘅苦澀味控制得好好,係好成功嘅matcha cheesecake.☃〄【∞ 𝕄𝕒𝕥𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕝𝕒𝕥𝕥𝕖 ∞】✓➥✎Matcha latte 係呢度嘅signature梗係要叫返杯啦!拉花拉得好靚呀!飲落抹茶味好重,鍾意飲抹茶嘅呢個值得一試。☃〄【∞ ℍ𝕠𝕟𝕖𝕪𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕓 𝕔𝕒𝕡𝕡 ∞】✓➥✎Cappuccino 面層放左好多蜂巢睇落好靚,岩晒鍾意打卡嘅人。而且佢唔係淨係得個樣,Honeycomb嘅甜味中和左咖啡嘅甘苦味。 繼續閱讀

The Coffeeology is one of many coffee shops that have opened during the pandemic. Oddly during this time when many restaurants are struggling, cafes are opening every where. And they all seem to be busy. But on this day, I found there was no queue so I decided to go in for a coffee and cake.It wasn't very big. It had a gray cement decor.Menu is in English only. There is no 10% service charge. They have a variety of coffee styles and only two types of cake.However, they do serve sandwiches and other cafe food itemsI decided to get a charcoal sesame cheesecake ($50) as the matcha one was sold out. It was huge. HUGE! They gave me two forks but I was by myself. Am I supposed to share this? Understandable as the size was enough for 3-4 people. It was just too much. There wasn't much sesame flavor. It was way too rich and started to feel like eating a block of cream cheese. I rarely suffer while eating cake so this was a rare moment for me. I regretted ordering this.As with first time coffee finds, I tried their latte ($42).  You get a choice of nutty or fruity. I decided on nutty. The latte art looked nice but that was about it. First sip the temperature was way too hot. The milk had a burnt taste to it. The coffee lacked any nutty flavor and was overpowered by the burnt milk.Definitely not worth the hype. 在耀華街的內有唔少吉鋪,走到不遠處,發現一間別緻Cafe。雖然店子小小,但客源不絕。已經是下午茶時間,仍然有好幾人等待。店子以素白和水泥裝飾,帶一點無印樸實的現代氣息。店外是窗戶,兩旁放著綠色植物,透視著室內景緻,感覺寫意。Nutty flat white$42咖啡有兩款咖啡豆的blend可以選擇,分別是fruity 和nutty. 這flat white 的拉花很美,平均的把燕麥奶混進咖啡當中。咖啡入口甘醇沉厚,而且有著roast 的味道,帶一點點溫和的bitterness, 及後還有唔少的aftertaste. Iced Uji hojicha latte$55這焙茶 latte打咭一流!一如小型富士山一樣的可愛!這latte 入口冰涼,表面是白色奶泡有如山上的雪,下面是漸層的棕色,很吸引!latte是成年人口味,透著焙茶的獨有茶香,奶泡幼滑,而且茶感順滑。雖然是無糖風味,反而突出茶香,味道清爽。Citron cheesecake$50這自家製柚子芝士餅真可口!芝士餅口感軟滑creamy, 有著超濃new York cheesecake 風味!而且有著微酸的柚子清香,令芝士餅甜而不膩,加上芝士餠口感濕潤,口𥚃黏黏的,十分滑溜,好味道!估唔到在偶意間發現清新小cafe, 正好在繁忙鬧市中透一透氣。 繼續閱讀

一早去銅鑼灣做眉毛補色,補完都未夠12點,食飯前先搵個地方飲杯咖啡。正好我都 bookmark 左幾間未試的銅鑼灣新Cafe,正好揀其中一間坐下。可能我入座時間揀得好,所以到達的時候店內只有兩人,仲唔小心包左場一陣,仲以為這間咖啡店經常滿坐添。入面基本上同我之前睇相差唔多,面積唔大的咖啡店,亮點是咖啡吧檯下面的水泥磚,餐牌都寫在牆上。長型那邊有兩張四人檯,比較適合食正餐。我自己就鍾意窗邊位,感覺較開揚,而且有自然光,靠住個牆角滑手機都幾舒服。飲品除了咖啡之外,也有朱古力和焙茶。我後來才發現佢地的日本茶都幾出名,之前係抹茶,現在換了焙茶。我去咖啡店通常都飲返咖啡。食物原來都幾多喎,我覺得早餐combo幾吸引,不過11點過後就無得食啦。全日供應的是酸種多士、意粉和沙律,還有貌似都幾受歡迎的不同口味芝士蛋糕。我覺得這個位好Zen好靚。 Latte HK$42咖啡有兩種風味的豆子可以揀,Fruity 或者 Nutty,我通常都係揀 Nutty,喝起來幾深焙的感覺,係 Nut 到有點盡頭的風味,想輕巧點可能要揀另一款。 繼續閱讀
