3-course brunch in a cozy environment and the breath-taking sea view of the Victoria Harbour. First of all, the choice of food is limited and with a big price tag which the quality of food was no where near worth it. I went for lunch here for the first time and trust me it will be the last time. After seeing the promotion poster around the K11 Musea of the 叉燒飯 at the Chamber, I decided to order this as it looked appealing. However, in person this was far from reality, With a $208 price tag on a 叉燒飯, I was expecting big things given the ingredients on the menu says it was 西班牙黑豚肉. If anyone have any knowledge of 叉燒, they would know黑豚肉 is usually quite fatty with a great taste however this 叉燒 taste more like rubber and has the texture of rubber than it is 黑豚肉. I reflected this situation back to the staff and they explained that this rice was made from a supplier and wasn’t made in their kitchen. To be honest given how bad this rice was, I was really expecting him to at least offer me a dessert or something given how bad the rice was but no they didn’t even offer a sincere apology. To be honest, I think they should apologise more to the name 叉燒飯. Also to add, this so called “叉燒飯” brings shame to 叉燒飯, no soy sauce on the rice and 叉燒 tasting like rubber with not even a little bit of fat which costs $208 + 10% service charge. I warn you people, do not come to this restaurant if you want nice food. …查看更多
