👨🏻父親節諗好去食咩未?推介大家去食一間burger店,父親節當日可以同老竇大啖大啖咬burger🍔🤘🏻。佢哋亦喺香港首間乾式熟成牛肉專門店,提供米芝蓮推介嘅乾式熟成牛肉漢堡⭐️。未食過?咁就睇吓我哋介紹啦😚。.📍 招牌雙層乾式熟成牛肉漢堡扒配雙層煙肉漢堡“Double Happiness” Burger 帶爸爸食返個雙層漢堡等佢有雙重開心❤️🤩呢個漢堡份量真係唔嘢少,十足層層疊咁好有睇頭,而且份量絕對係大滿足呀🤩Burger有2塊厚身牛肉,切開見到肉質粉嫩🔪雖然牛肉唔喺好嫰滑嗰種,但用咗熟成牛肉所以牛肉味特別香濃🐃味道就好似食緊牛扒咁🥩!另外仲有2兩層極為惹味嘅蜜糖煙肉🍯🥓再配上芝士🧀、芥末醬、酸瓜同蕃茄🍅真心好好食😋👍🏻不得不提漢堡包外層塗上牛油🧈再香煎增添香脆口感,麵包中間又放入芝士去提升味道唔單止分量多,味道都好出色🤟🏻.📍Goose IPA 嚟自芝加哥嘅店內經典手工啤酒🍻,啱晒鍾意飲酒嘅朋友,可以同爸爸係父親節慶祝一番。.📍Duck Duck Goose à Goose Island 呢款得獎手工啤酒係香港出嘅新口味,酒精濃度同苦度都較低,相對嚟講較易入口。 繼續閱讀

I am a burger lover since as long as I can remember. So, I would love to try as many as possible. This one is famous for its dry aged beef patty. The burger is not on the cheaper end of the spectrum but decided to give it a try anywaysFrom The first bite, the flavour explodes in my mouth. Very juicy, very cheesy, very beefy. Pure evil. The duck fat fries are also great if you prefer thicker than usual fries.Not cheap for a burger but worth visiting.Can’t go often though unless you want to get fat. 平時叫開最平果個“瘦”漢堡包(八折之後$48超值),今日心情唔多好,氹吓自己買多左個蒜香蜜糖雞翼試吓(今日望返foodpanda發現而家menu唔知點解冇左雞翼)。雞翼原價$36,折左之後$28.8,一盒有兩隻全翼,所以我覺得算合理價。哩個雞翼夠入味,有脆,份量足唔係瘦雞翼,仲有個醬俾你點(雖然唔點都好味)。所以係絕對會返兜!漢堡包係呢間店既主打,佢又係多年米芝蓮推介店,絕對係有信心好食。就算係哩個最平既包,佢片肉其實都唔薄架,食得我好飽。 繼續閱讀

Sunday night, walked in with my girlfriend for a burger meal, on the menu, there is the new dish which is the lobster roll. We ordered one Classic Burger(HKD120) and one lobster roll (HKD 120) with some side dishes. The burger was as good as always, but the lobster roll was a disaster. The lobster bun is not large enough to hold all the stuffing, the lobster meat is tiny and not seasoned, the sauce doesn't match the lobster roll at all, and the worse is way too many veggies in it. Had a lunch there on Monday - the Impossible Classic burger 120 HKD + extras . Staff was helpful and nice . However : The bun was a few days old - dryish and crumbly (looked very very sad) Patty was all good - no surprise there but when I asked for a pepper mill - they said they don’t have one ! (In other words: top end dine-in bbq/burger place without a pepper mill) At the end, the very moment I’ve put the last bite in my mouth, a guy came and pulled out the plate and only then asked me if I’m done (I was still chewing that last bite at that moment). It is a lovely decorated place with a good vibe - and having a pint or two there could be fun but I’ll not be going there again for a meal for sure.
