Terrible Baby 呈獻全新雞尾酒酒單 十二款特色雞尾酒登場

位於Eaton HK 的天台酒吧 Terrible Baby 呈獻全新雞尾酒酒單，由首席調酒師 Axel Gonzalez 精心設計十二款嶄新雞尾酒，以多變的材料調製成不同風格的雞尾酒，帶領客人探索全新雞尾酒之旅。
全新酒單由莓味濃郁的 Boo Hoo（港幣$95）展開，以蘇格蘭威士忌、黑莓利口酒和洛神花利口酒作基調，配以黑莓、薄荷和柑橘，入口散發陣陣果香，清爽怡人。
Thyme for Buko（港幣$95）是經典雞尾酒 Negroni 的變奏，以百里香氈酒、加入椰子釀製的意大利苦艾酒 Campari 及甜苦艾酒調製，入口帶淡淡香草清新香氣，層次豐富。富熱帶風情的 Pineapple Express（港幣$105），以倫敦乾氈酒及安喬雷耶斯智利利口酒為基調，配搭清新的柑橘、菠蘿羅勒梳打及番石榴泡沫作平衡，更突顯水果香氣。
Lonely Apple（港幣$95）以濃郁的波本威士忌、紫蘇葉利口酒和青蘋果利口酒調製而成，配搭蘋果汁和柚子汁，酸甜味道平衡恰到好處，絕對是清新之選。
結合花香元素的 Osmanthus Blossom（港幣$95），以伏特加和櫻花苦艾酒為基調，配搭桂花茶、洋甘菊糖漿及柑橘，加上桂花作點綴，輕淡花香中夾雜柑橘香氣。
充滿浪漫氣息的 Love Potion（港幣$95），以自製薰衣草氈酒作基調，揉合草莓、蜂蜜和柑橘，頂部蓋上火龍果泡沫，綿密氣泡中瀰漫濃郁果香和花香，讓您沉浸於甜蜜氛圍中。
Terrible Baby 由2020年起與全球首間閉環烈酒科技公司 ecoSPIRITS 合作，旨在透過閉環烈酒技術去除一次性玻璃瓶的包裝浪費，以降低碳排放量。在提供優質的雞尾酒同時，我們亦希望為保護大自然和地球出一分力。

Very delighted to meet an old friend as she delayed her return to Hong Kong for severalyears. She recommended a cosy place inside hotel for a short stay during afternoon time.Scanned a QR code and downloaded the menu for today.We ordered two drinks and two snacks. Fries were the first to arrive, accompanied by ketchup and white truffle sauce. The highlight, of course, was the white truffle sauce, tasted good and with a strong truffle scent. The fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.The next snack was fried octopus, with an attractive appearance and some seasoning on top. Although listed on the menu is fried octopus, we felt they were grilled as well. Not very crunchy on the outside and quite chewy, a good snack with the right amount of portion,and accompanied with a mixed salad dressing.As we hoped to have a cosy time, drinks, of course, would be a great stimulant here. Pomme Fashioned Cocktail (on the right hand side of photo)A strong sense of bitterness with minimal apple taste, however, overall taste not welcomed.Highball I Like Cocktail (on the left hand side of photo), decreased sugar content and increased bitter notes while adding Peppermint tea created an uplifting scent.Restaurant has indoor and outdoor areas with good natural sunlight and comfortable couch, spacious enough for us to find the right spot.$68 cocktail choices during afternoon time is a reasonable price while adding a good portion ofsnacks plus an excellent cosy environment did provide us a wonderful dining experience.

This is a super healthy dinner!!! Full of deep fried food!!! All are so hot and fresh!!! Crispy and yummy!!! The minced beef of hamburger tastes juicy and well for the flavour!!! The fillet fish finger and chicken leg are meaty!!! I like the deep fried cube of cheese and macaroni so much!!! Crispy and cheesy!!! So devil!!! 😈😈😈The deep fried squid ring is nice and fresh!!! Tender squid!!!I try two drinks. I like the one in red much more!!! So refreshing!!! 😋😋😋Good place to chit chat. The only criticism is a bit noisy with background music!!!

位於逸東酒店4樓的酒吧🤓之前同朋友去逸東酒店staycation，順便同朋友落嚟chill一chill(雖然我地唔中意飲酒😆😆😆)呢度環境唔錯，幾靜，坐得都舒服，幾啱同朋友黎吹水👍🏻🍊Orange Juice $50正常的橙汁🍎Apple Juice $50正常的蘋果汁🍹Cool Story Bro $65呢杯mocktail加左百香果、番石榴、菠蘿、檸檬汁同Hazelnut Cordial，味道幾得意🤔但都係蘋果汁好飲啲😆🍟Double Truffle Fries $95薯條即叫即炸，超香脆。份量都幾多幾大桶，配有黑松露蛋黃醬同茄汁，好味道！
