Tell Camellia 其實係一間飲cocktail 嘅地方,佢嘅cocktails 比較日式少少,雖然係咁但我唔識欣賞!因為味道較重,有一杯就好苦,一杯煙燻味好重…. 但係佢個momo 尼泊爾餃子就好好食啦!環境都幾靚,地方唔大同有啲難搵! 繼續閱讀

遲了3天的TGIF!! 🥳這次白熊小編要帶大家去這一間位於中環的隱世酒吧~ 說的隱世指的是位置而已 人家可是榮獲Asia’s 50 Best Bar第23位的酒吧🥇他們的bartenders也是獲獎無數😆星期五大家如果沒有booking的話真的不要妄想可以walk-in這些超級人氣的酒吧~我們到了都是吃了三次閉門羹才到了這間(閉門羹不好吃)Tell Cameillia在一條窄窄的小巷裡 好像連結到另一個國度好神秘~ 店員哥哥告訴我們可能要等一下 然後友人就說這樣的質素的酒吧屈就一下也值得!於是我們就先站在門口的位置邊看餐牌邊等位置這裡主打茶底cocktails 身為tea person的白熊小編真的很期待 店員有問我們是不是第一次來 有很細心的解釋酒吧的靈感(原來山茶花是mother of all tea~長知識了)和做重點推薦(店員很帥)飲品來了之後很快就有客人離開 給了我們很舒適的包廂🥰-🌟-Tea Time $120這杯是白熊小編的最愛😝 以白牡丹茶作茶底 配上覆盆子 冷壓檸檬汁 蜜糖和伏特加 酸酸甜甜 好像喝果汁一樣 女生一定喜歡👧🏻Scent of Jazz $120以茉莉花茶作茶底 配上乳酪 芒果汁和龍舌蘭酒 還有紅胡椒粒和 入口是和先喝到杯子邊邊的鹽巴 然後是辣味跟酸酸的乳酪 個人覺得酒味挺重的 Australia $120以昆士蘭州北部荒野地區種植的茶葉 Yalangi Rain Tea 作茶底 配上tim tam🍫藍芝士 士多啤梨汁和威士忌🥃 我們都說友人超大膽 竟然敢點有藍芝士的飲料😨但其實並沒有想像中可怕 比起威士忌 我和友人都覺得比較像蘭姆酒-🌟-最後我跟女生朋友喝到肚子有點餓想點個洋蔥圈吃🤣卻賣光了 便點了另一個小吃 薯餅粒粒就普普還好 整體來說環境有一點擁擠 較為嘈吵 情侶談心的話就不太推薦了(雖然我們一直看到坐在bar table的情侶調情覺得眼睛被炸到😎令我們一直說男友人擋住我們的桃花運🤪)飲品的話大推tea time 容易入口之餘 打卡也非常美✨價錢當然有點少貴 但大家有機會一定要試試 絕對不會後悔! 繼續閱讀

There are many bars in Central but Tell Camellia is like no other. Located in the chic and trendy H Code, they serve tea-focused drinks, with a series of cocktails named after different countries and a few "tea and tonics". I had three different drinks, "Australia", "Kenya" and a "Teapresso" (International Tea Day special). The Australia is like an Old-Fashioned with a twist, with yalangi raintea, clarified strawberry, Tim Tam and blue cheese. Despite the Tim Tam it wasn't sweet and it didn't have the pungent taste of blue cheese, but was just interestingly complex yet harmonious. My other favourite was Kenya, which was based on aged rum and had marinyn tea, banana wine sweet potato, egg white and honey. Although the server warned me that it would be quite filling, I didn't find it to be that way at all. It was a mix of sweet and sour and kind of rich-tasting, and I especially liked the sweet potato flavour which one rarely finds in a cocktail. Finally, the Teapresso was basically an espresso martini but with tea and malted cocoa instead of coffee. It was slightly bitter but aromatic, and I really appreciated the foam with pistachio dust on top. As is usual at bars, service was friendly, and the place/ambience was casual yet refined. Each drink (other than the special of the day) costs $110, which is really quite reasonable in the heart of Central. Would recommend this place to everyone who enjoys a post-work sip or casual night out with friends. 繼續閱讀

Wonderful experience in this lovely and cozy spot away from the buzz of the city. Visited the spot on Wednesday night and it was the best way to spend the Mid-week-day ever! Highly recommend for small groups of people! Bring along your bestie and enjoy! The drink I had is called SriLanka and is a perfect fusion between the tea (yes, you’ve heard it right) and dry gin with a mix of coconut milk and some other magical substance!The bartender was so friendly and nice and patient . He has explained all the process of the cocktail preparation and was eager for a chit chat ! Lovely ! 繼續閱讀
