嗜甜的我,最近因寒咳,已停吃甜品好一段時間,見最近已大致痊愈,自不然要嚐一嚐甜;以彌補乾涸的心靈吧!這家法式手工甜撻專門店以外賣為主,但也安放了數張高腳凳予客人於室內享用。店子小小,人氣卻不少;無論網上或報刊雜誌的風評也非常正面!法國撻有10種不同選擇,你又喜歡那一種味道 ?聽說店主喜歡研究不同味道,不時會推出一些新口味,下次到來可能又會有些新選擇。可能來得比較晏,櫃內的存貨已不是太多,老闆兼大廚想保持食材新鮮,每日產量也不會太多,如不是事先預訂,就要看你當日的彩數了。這個是中秋節推出的月餅撻,內有多種不同味道,送禮一流。另一款是九件禮盒裝,可選擇自己喜歡的味道。每人吃一件實在太少,最後還是決定要四件不同味道,店主將其放在一隻硬紙碟上,外型有點似懷舊的「黑膠唱片」,認真別緻。可能店主見我們雞手鴨腳的不知從何入手,便主動幫我們分切,更送我們兩杯熱茶。他細心的見議我們吃的先後順序,說這樣更能清晰品嚐各款撻的滋味!蜜糖核桃撻~Shortbread 撻底, 入口即化的酥脆口感,中間藏了核桃、核桃忌廉及蜜糖慕思,面層的爆谷及核桃增加了一點香脆和立體感,還有一層薄脆的蜜糖啫喱,甜度不會太高,更適合香港人口味。士多啤梨忌廉撻~Crumble 撻底,一整片Vanilla Mousse 非常香滑;內裡藏着Strawberry Jelly, 而面層是新鮮切粒的士多啤梨及嗜喱,與中間部分互相呼應。置於四週的青檸皮碎既可平衡甜度,更添一份怡神芳香!黑加侖子栗子撻~白滑的栗子忌廉球,外圍放上一片薄薄的朱古力片,外型有點似UFO,也有點像土星的光環!酥脆的外殼內放入濃郁的粟子醬,下層是黑加侖子啫喱,再來便是薄薄的一層海綿蛋糕。原來粟子的香加上黑加侖子的酸甜,效果也是幾出色的!莫希托撻~青檸與薄荷的組合,留待最尾才吃,果然如大廚所説;可喚醒複雜的味蕾,清新討喜。鬆脆的Crumble 撻底跟Mojito啫哩和Mousse很夾呢!吃罷美味的甜品,真是非常滿足,期待你的新口味!Tartes & Pop地址: 上環摩利臣街2號地舖電話: 65976667 繼續閱讀

Every time when I take the tram in Sheung Wan, I am attracted by the French pastry shop called Tartes & Pop. This is my first time to see French tarts specialized shop in Hong Kong, so I can't wait to give the beautiful tarts a try!!The tarts look so attractive and they are homemade daily. I ordered three tarts this time.Lemon Gianduja Tarte ($45)The first taste of this tart is so refreshing. Lemon flesh is put on the top of the lemon filling, and the tart at the bottom is crispy as well. What I like the most is the Gianduja at the top, which is sweet chocolate with a little taste of hazelnut. It creates a great balance between sour and sweet.Coffee Creme Brulee Tarte ($45)Before I cut it into half, it looks like a normal Creme Brulee.Once I cut it into half, I can see the flowing coffee syrup. The staff tells me that the creme is cooked with real coffee beans, so the cream brulee is filled with strong coffee flavour. The sponge cake in the middle also enhance the texture of this tart.Sesame Matcha Tart ($45)Last but not the least, this is the best seller of the shop. The combination of matcha and sesame is impressive. The matcha square at the top is made by matcha powder from Kyoto, so the matcha flavour is strong. 知道上環有一間人氣甜品法式撻專門店,一直都想來嘗嘗,因為在上環見完客,終於可以一試!這間小店有不少捧場客,店內張貼了不少傳媒的訪問,也有好多名人的簽名~有外賣,也有bar枱可以在店內享用!這裡的甜點都是全人手製造,每款$45-50每個撻都各有特色,款式都很迎合香港人的口味,有大家都好喜歡的抹茶味!我這次選了3款!Sesame Matcha、Coconut Mango和Mojito MocktailSesame Matcha這個是我的大愛!撻上面撒了一層抹茶粉,抹茶味甘香,慕絲軟滑細膩!中間有一層海綿蛋糕,芝麻香慢慢滲透出來!味道很平衡,配合得天衣無縫!Coconut Mango上層的蛋糕佈滿椰絲,再加上芒果醬!這層口感鬆軟綿密!椰子味好香,椰子和芒果的甜味好夾!椰香在口中久久不散!喜歡椰子味的一定要試!Mojito Mocktail上面有薄荷葉,再加上青檸味,超fresh!起初以為是有酒的,但原來是沒有酒精的!慕絲好creamy和滑溜!味道很清新,不會覺得膩!不會有罪惡感!雖然價錢有點貴,但也是值得,賣相話麼精美,也畢竟是餅廚落足心機炮製! 繼續閱讀

Orange Earl Grey Tarte酸甜開胃,橙味配搭Earl Grey嘅茶味,竟然出奇地夾。有五層,最上面放左一片橙,新鮮鮮甜。下面係柑桔顆粒,混在柑桔醬中,甘甜。下面係Earl Grey布丁,茶味濃得黎香。下面係柑桔碎,與上面不同的是這一層的柑桔沒有醬。底層係餅底,新鮮脆口。橙嘅酸、柑嘅甘同Earl Grey嘅茶香互相牽動,互相帶出對方嘅味道,誰也不會搶去誰的風頭。柑嘅味道留在舌頭上,甘味縈繞口腔,feel到成個口好清新。食完一啲都唔覺得滯,因為橙同柑桔都係令人開胃嘅食物,而茶更係零脂肪,啱曬好似我呢啲鍾意食甜品又怕肥嘅女仔呀!食完呢件撻真係一啲罪疚感都無呀!Sesame Matcha Tarte同樣由五層組成。由兩個正方形加一個圓形拼湊而成。最頂層是一粒小小的正方形朱古力蛋糕。下面是正方形的抹茶布丁。抹茶濃而不苦,茶味幽香。緊接着是芝麻糊,芝麻味好重,粉粉地,好似食緊芝麻糊。下面係白色甜甜地嘅蛋糕。最下層係朱古力餅底,包住芝麻糊同白色蛋糕。朱古力餅底脆口而質地實,用叉食要稍用力才可弄碎來吃。唔食過呢件撻唔知抹茶、芝麻同朱古力嘅味道原來係咁夾架!佢啲抹茶之所以咁好味係有原因架。職員話我知,鍾意抹茶嘅人一定會鍾意食佢呢個撻,因為佢地選用左日本宇治抹茶。唔信?店舖有展示宇治抹茶証明書。唔到你唔信啦。職員重話呢款撻係佢地舖頭其中一款最好賣嘅撻。抹茶控快啲黎試下啦!至於另外一個蛋糕我就拿了和我的朋友慶祝生日,這個朱古力紅莓蛋糕樣子細小,但是包含的口感十分豐富!上面有脆脆的朱古力薄片,配上少許的紅莓醬,下面是鬆軟的蛋糕層。一口咬落去,只一些甘苦的朱古力味和酸酸甜甜的紅莓醬混作一體,口感豐富。而且不會令人覺得太甜和太膩的感覺呢! 繼續閱讀

Wanna grab a light but nice dessert after work and my friend and I found this place for some pop tartes!Clearly the tartes here are popular as not much left when we reached thereThere are many famous celebrities that tried the tartes here before, seemingly the tarts sold out soon for some reason We bought three tartes to share, the staff put it on a cute plate delicately and served to us, sweet First I go with the Match one, as the staff he been explaining how the tartes made of una. really detailed way. There are certificates to proof that they are using Matcha imported from Japan to make this tartProves the tartes are made with quality! The top of the tart is made of a strong taste of Matcha, and stuffed with sesame and mochi, the texture is quite nice, and the combined tastes of Matcha and Green tea just matches so well! Second one go with the chocolate tarte, as explained all the chocolate here is from Paris, seems all the tarts here made with qualities! Inside of the tarte is stuffed with dark chocolate mousse, combining with the raspberry sauce, sour and sweet at the dad time, it's just so refreshing and I liked it! The Coffee  Cream  Brūlée  Tarte is just the best among all! Not even eating it, just sniff the taste of the tarte, there are a really strong taste of coffee already!Traditional Cream  Brūlée is boring while here mixes it with coffee, make the taste perfect! It's a really nice and chill place to get some light dessert from, they serve take away too, will come back for sure for all these delicate tartes! 繼續閱讀
