Post-6p.m. dinner ban was in force. So we could only buy takeaways if we didn't want to cook. Thank you my dear for getting takeaways all the way from SuperNormal @ Kowloon Bay. We had dined in there once but we had never tried takeaway Western cuisine! So it was our first time. As it was a take-away meal, we carefully tried to pick those food items, the conditions of which should still be good even after a while. So we picked their 柚子麥啤浸脆皮德國鹹豬手, 燒羊架 and 香煎鵝肝露筍牛肝菌意大利飯. There was currently a 20% discount for takeaway!After waiting for around 20 minutes, the food was ready. All the food items were nicely packed in plastic containers. 柚子麥啤浸脆皮德國鹹豬手 Roasted German Pork Knuckle in Pomelo Wheat Beer $188The pork knuckle was quite big with quite a lot of flesh and skin to eat. They were so considerate to have taken out all the flesh and skin from the bone and the bone was separately packed in a box together with some fresh greens and half a cherry tomato. We were glad that we had picked this because the skin was still quite crispy, although some thicker parts had become slightly harder to bite off which could be understood. If eaten immediately in the restaurant, it must have been even better. The flesh, although seemingly dry, was actually quite tender and not dry at all. It was particularly tasty to be eaten with the accompanying mustard sauce served on the side which was so smooth. They also served some pickles on the side. It was really appreciated that the pork knuckle was unlike those average ones out there which were just too salty. There were quite some crushed pomelo on top. Although it was actually quite free of pomelo or beer flavour, I found them quite well seasoned.燒羊架 Grilled Lamb $76 for 2The box was still slightly warm when we started to eat them and the lamb was slightly above room temperature. It was recommended that the lamb be grilled to about medium rare and by the time they had reached home they had turned about medium. That said, the flesh was still pretty tender and it was totally free of the nasty flavour of lamb. They were also well seasoned. As takeaway grilled lamb, they were pretty good indeed.香煎鵝肝露筍牛肝菌意大利飯 Pan-fried Foie Gras, Porcini Mushroom & Asparagus with Risotto $136The box of risotto was so heavy. We were glad that we had made the right choice because the risotto remained pretty much the same although it was takeaway. It was still reasonably al dente and not overly soft or hard. There was sufficient sauce which was very creamy. Together with the risotto, there were quite some porcini mushrooms and thin asparagus to add texture to the rice. Last but not the least, the pan-fried foie gras, although no longer hot, was still pretty good with a thin crust and super soft interior. It was simply creamy and smooth. Yummy! The presentation of the foie gras was just killing as it was in such a beautiful heart shape. It was our first experience of takeaway Western cuisine and the quality had really impressed us. With 20% discount and no service charge for dining in, it was really quite good value for money. 繼續閱讀

在九龍灣考完韓文試,要好好放鬆一下。選擇了OP最多好評的Supernormal位置對於唔熟路的我有點難找幸好不用等位(星期日中午)餐廳播放著輕快的英文歌裝修是remixed的有一些邊是日本風另一邊則像是美國country風掛著一些溫暖人心的句子以環境而言是挺令人放鬆的午餐餐牌選項挺多而且不貴初嘗試所以選了個中價位的澳洲肉眼份量不少女孩子吃完會挺飽不過我叫的是5成熟這塊明顯是overcooked好靭😓😓😓😓比較難咬得開食完胃會有點辛苦不過配菜很好吃椰菜花有很香的奶油味附帶一個很特別的奶油薯餅外脆內軟前菜的薯條也很大份而且很香脆有薯味👍🏻食物方面:我見其他枱的漢堡意粉之類其實不錯不過澳洲肉眼我不推薦服務方面麻麻地叫檸檬茶送了咖啡想要暖水也得提了兩次🤔整體來講午餐性價比不錯(如果叫其他食物)下次再來試試🤔🤔🤔🤔 繼續閱讀

假日都有set lunch選擇都多餐湯上枱時係微暖偏咸 有啲西蘭花味嘅湯冇咩香味 好稀 唔creamy唔喜歡西班牙牛肉漢堡上枱睇落都大個 個外型都幾靚仔溫度都係唔夠熱少少暖咁樣個包有少少脆冇咩芝士味肉亦都冇咩肉味咁你睇到啦,係欠缺肉汁唔算出眾👌🏻不過不失啦跟餐個薯條熱辣辣、脆卜卜呢啲咁簡單嘅嘢其實新鮮就已經贏咗一大半飲品揀咗凍檸茶 ,冇茶味又冇檸檬味好特別意粉等咗好耐先上菜好彩等得來係值得嘅意粉煮到啱啱好唔會太軟太淋個汁唔多唔少夠掛晒喺啲意粉上面夠濃嘅新鮮茄味有微微嘅辣味、有香料味又有啲芝士味非常好食😋啲蝦夠新鮮,會彈牙蜆都唔會有腥味呢個比好高分餐廳嘅服務態度都算幾好但係可能人手不足啦,所以冇乜人會收碟而且啲座位同枱都好迫好窄但係食物黎講係唔錯嘅完全對得著呢個價錢!絕對係合格嘅😎 繼續閱讀

放工唔想煮,又因為6點後無得堂食,唯有靠外賣醫肚,經過super normal俾佢充滿聖誕節🎄氣氛既佈置吸引,就一於買佢返去食!一入到去就俾佢播既linkin park歌曲感染到,好熱血好似返去讀書時期咁,亦好岩西餐既環境~香煎露荀鵝肝牛肝菌意大利飯 $137估唔到佢俾既份量咁多,拎返去後有特登拎自己餐具🍴同碗碟去擺佢,再輕輕加熱佢,成個廳即刻充斥住鵝肝既香味😋 油脂香,配住意大利飯一齊食係絕配,露荀又脆口解膩,太大碟女仔一個人食唔曬🤪,估唔到一個飯都食唔完,好彩無另叫小食~等疫情好返,去幫襯堂食一定仲好食,享受埋個氣氛🥳 繼續閱讀

今晚收工收夜咗,咁就係九龍灣呢附近度揾嘢食, 咁見到呢間Supernormal, 其實之前同朋友都試過 咁今次就再試下。野菌蘑菇湯: 呢個蘑菇湯最特別嘅地方 就係野菌味濃沃, 都有好多mushroom嘅碎碎粒, 就唔算太creamy,如果creamy啲就好啲。不過呢D都係個人喜好。香煎蘆筍鵝肝牛肝菌意大利飯: 其實呢個意大利飯都整得幾有風味,咁佢就唔算係太乾身嘅,就比較油性少少,另外咁佢個鵝肝我覺得就整到恰到好處 ,鵝肝味都幾濃, 亦都有好香嘅鵝肝味令到成個飯都好香,不過我覺得就比較水咗少少,如果再整乾身啲會好少少,Anyway,呢啲都係personal preference 。柚子德國咸豬手: 呢個德國咸豬手我覺得係主角因為佢都有好香嘅柚子味, 不過就係好輕微嘅柚子味,唔會搶咗鹹豬手嗰啲鹹豬手味,應該就有八成嘅鹹豬手味兩成嘅柚子味所以我自己都好鍾意。 另一個賣點就當然係佢豬手個皮,豬手個皮都幾香同幾脆,啱曬送啤酒。 不過始終都係嗰句, 堂食一定會畀外賣好, 因為皮會更加脆 。不過冇辦法啦 ,呢個疫情咁嚴重唯有食住外賣先囉。 始終都要食得安心啲。 繼續閱讀
