I recently visited this Subway restaurant and was disappointed with the service I received. While the sandwich itself was decent, the staff were dishonest about the amount of sauce I could choose plus salt and pepperWhen I asked for the 3 sauces (which max is 3) with salt and pepper, the staff member informed me that I was only allowed to have the 3 amount, including salt and pepper. I found this to be strange, as I had never encountered this policy before. When I asked for clarification, the staff member became defensive and insisted that it was the policy all along (when in fact it's not), she then called her supervisor to ask whether or not she's allow to give me an exception (which in fact no exception were need, because the policy were not what she said), after the phone call she suddenly said to me from now on we can allow salt and pepper to be separated from the 3 amount limitation. I was disappointed to find out that the staff had lied to me about the amount of sauce with the salt and pepper I could have.Overall, while the sandwich itself was decent, the dishonesty of the staff left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that Subway takes steps to ensure that their staff are honest and transparent with customers in the future.

之前去的Subway都無位坐，E間有 驚喜！👍👍👍位置就係 麥當勞隔離，好易揾到我今日食 Chili chicken 配白包…外層 趣卜卜…裡面配 千島醬 好juicy 又yummy , 太好味了.

本身好鍾意食Subway的我，一直都好想試佢個早餐，感覺好抵食，今日終於試到啦早餐供應時間至早上11時前所有潛艇堡於加入配料後均以焗爐加熱==========🔹雞柳蛋芝士潛艇堡6" $24加蛋黃醬第一次食類似豬柳的雞柳，味道不差油份不太重，但個人偏向喜歡豬柳芝士及碎蛋份量適中，芝士味道偏淡，碎蛋調味恰好潛艇堡微暖，外層帶點脆感，包體鬆軟有彈性，喜歡！推介指數：7.5/10==========🔹火腿蛋芝士潛艇堡6" $22加焙煎芝麻醬火腿有不錯的鹹香；芝士、碎蛋及潛艇堡描述同上焙煎芝麻醬味道剛好，不搶去食物的原味道推介指數：8/10==========🔹草莓白朱古力曲奇餅 (套餐加配價 $6)限時上新產品印象中係第一次食Subway的軟曲奇就咁睇佢外表感覺好甜，食落甜度又未算太高淡淡的草莓味道，配合白朱古力味道正常，軟曲奇質感似較實的蛋糕推介指數：7.5/10==========🔹美式咖啡 (凍) (套餐加配價 $10)咖啡味道未算香濃醇厚，只屬一般推介指數：6/10==========整體用餐體驗不錯，食物質素符合預期，定價不高，會回訪

想食包又想食得健康又低脂🫠選擇真係比較小Subway 一直係我既首選平時做完gym都會買個 雞胸蜜糖包走醬好食得嚟又有protein又有carb🍯仲要唔算貴😋雖然話係雞胸但都多汁唔乾

有天早上行過安定邨覺得有點肚餓，看見subway居然有堂食咁神奇所以便入去試試。店員居然不是一貫的英文人士，而是香港姐姐，令人感覺比較親切，可能是因為開在屋邨的關係吧。那個早餐十分抵食，一個包只需20蚊。 我叫了一個煙肉蛋芝士包， 煙肉十分香，而且芝士也非常充足，再加上蛋沙律三者混合一齊，三者非常配合，令人覺得很滿足。另外，店內居然有在餐廳比較少見的百事無糖可樂，我當然買了一個來配包食座位也十分寬敞，在店內食完後要自己清理枱面，但店內也十分整潔，感覺不錯。
