食物質素差到嚇死。實在唔明點解會有好評。中環西餐價錢。 質素差過即食意粉 。聲稱法國餐,但除咗等候時間外係法國餐咁耐,唔明有咩係關法國事。fettuccine with octopus and sundried peppers ($145)Fettuccine was super overcooked, very gooey and gummy.  The whole pasta was only cooked with olive oil and wasvery dry and not hot enough. The whole dish was tasteless, and there were only like 3 TASTELESS little pieces of octopus laid in the fettuccine. It just tastes like a plate of plain boiled pasta.Carbonara with seared scallop ($165)how can such an easy dish taste so bad.. It took around 35 mins for the carbonara to come, while we already finished another pasta like 20 minutes ago..Spaghetti overcooked. Carbonara sauce is poorly made, i wonder if they use real cream. Pasta overall very dry.Two scallops in the pasta, both fishy and chewy. I am sure these frozen scallops were not defrosted properly.AND THERE WAS A PIECE OF WOODEN SCRAP (around 4 cm long) IN THE PASTA With such a price tag, people deserve much better food. 繼續閱讀

原本沒打算在平安夜食什麼大餐,只打算和男友開心地食個飯都已經足夠,誰知道男友已訂好了位食飯俾個叻叻佢先~!這是一間在荃灣廣場後方,鄰近荃灣西鐵站的法式餐廳,半開放式,8點半的時間客人已滿了,但空間很開揚,現場還有LIVE BAND 在伴奏,氣氛絕對不錯的。XMAS的SET DINNER 不算大開撒價,而且款式都十分吸引呢~!點餐後會送上一小籃的兩款餐包,左邊香脆的香草包,另一邊是軟熟的牛油面包,味道都不錯。餐湯一點也不HEA,不是平時經常飲的忌廉OR 羅宋湯。呢一碗是栗子忌廉湯加牛蒡,味道充滿栗子的清甜,似飲緊栗子露,比較杰身,好好飲!~加埋牛蒡就更有口感。呢一碗係法式龍蝦濃湯,味道香濃偏甘苦,材料十足飲完湯就到頭盤香煎紅蝦,墨魚以及蒜片辣椒賣相討好, 紅蝦大大隻,煎得香口,蝦肉彈牙,墨魚都好好味。男友好有心機剝蝦殼,所以食得好方便另一碟係精選凍肉拼盤,好有誠意自從食過一次燒焦的西班牙燒乳豬後,一直好想好想食到一間好食的話!!!(怨念)所以我地見到呢間有即刻要試下。雖然要等一陣,但上碟見到真係好興奮!!因為燒得金黃又好睇,食過差的自然會明白見到好的果種感動皮脆肉嫩,啖啖豬肉的香味,唔會過濃,唔使點醬都超好食!伴碟的紫心菜清新正好中和乳豬仔的飽肚感!~十分極之推介再食法式燒春雞釀栗子西班牙飯,將西班牙飯釀在雞胸,無骨方便食,可惜味道淡淡的,而且西班牙飯也沒什麼味道,口感較散。反而酸甜燒卷心菜好好味,又甜又爽口自家意式奶凍,奶味香濃滑溜,食完唔會覺得係用左人工化的奶來整。自家BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE,芝士味再濃D同餅底整得脆D就好~~對於呢個大餐都好滿意,環境唔會嘈到令人講唔到野,而且食物係有心機整,唔會HEA同快趕人走~~謝謝男友搵到間好有心思的餐廳 繼續閱讀

This restaurant in Tsuen Wan gave a pretty good impression. I’ve tried their weekend brunch once and it’s nice.Came here again for dinner. The steak didn’t disappoint me. It was succulent and juicy with buttery tastethe texture was soft so it can be easily cut.The mashed potato on the side was another highlight, it’s pretty smooth and milky, we liked it very much! 繼續閱讀

某日 , 駕車到 荃灣 - 大壩街 的一間車房修理 ,見到這家門面不錯的西餐廳 , 泊好車後便入去吃個晚餐 ~Menu ~麵包的味道樸實 , 沾上黑醋或是塗牛油來吃都不錯 ~63度溫泉蛋、炒雜菌、松露忌廉汁 : 溫泉蛋 + 炒雜菌 + 松露忌廉汁 乃是無懈可擊的組合 , 拌勻一齊來吃 , 就是無得輸 ~ 餐湯是 南瓜忌廉湯 ( 忘了拍照 ) , 湯的質地算不上過稀 , 味道清甜滿有南瓜味 , 還算不錯 ~ 是日精選鮮魚 鰈魚 $ 188 : 廚師把鰈魚煮得滑嫩又富口感 , 配上一個用橄欖油煮成的特色醬汁 , 味道微酸又香口 , 魚肉和醬汁互相輝映 , 頗好吃的 ~最後加錢轉了 士多啤梨沙冰 作為餐飲 , 其賣相精巧 ,沙冰幼細 , 味道也不過甜 ~ 本篇完 ~ 繼續閱讀

《不負責任食評—Stella’s Bar & Restaurant》難得食餐生日飯搵左個網上風評都唔錯既西餐黎食不過好失望🙍🏼————————<Beef Wellington Dinner Set> $388成舊肉都過熟 搞到啲肉好實啲酥皮唔係脆既 調味亦太咸(我諗係塊火腿太咸掛)另外賣相都一般 我阿媽話佢好似月餅😂😂❣️(呢半分係比我第一次食beef wellington)————————下面講多少少 先講野食同行仲有兩個都係叫steak有個仲係慢煮首先 我完全食唔到邊塊係慢煮 因為兩塊都好熟又好柴但柴得黎又好大舊都係肥膏🙃Steak反而係無乜seasoning(另外係用鐵版煎 個人中意grill多啲)龍蝦湯同頭盤都無乜特別係有個加$58另外叫既鵝肝多士唔錯(不過我無諗過塊多士會只係大過手指公咁少少)———服務方面啦 近乎係零好似兩款steak上碟個陣 就咁擺低起碼都講下係邊份 我地拎番自己個份黎食啊第二就係個set包一杯紅酒 但一直都無上到比我地要到我主動問先去睇電腦 話包埋我已經唔係要要求啲咩純粹係想清楚自己食緊咩同埋餐廳知道我個餐包啲咩 上齊比我但咁基本既野都做得唔好 我完全唔明個百幾蚊加一比左去邊🙃———其實呢個價位黎講 係中環都可以搵到唔少質素唔錯既(3個set加埋一1400左右)但呢一餐 不論係服務定食物定地點 都遠低於佢價錢所值🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️———餐廳係自己搵既 我當然無得怨邊個但餐生日飯真係食得唔太開心呢個故事教訓我 以後要去食貴野個陣 要去試左lunch set或者有朋友真實評價先好去🙍🏼講真 如果時光可以倒流 我去食老闆娘仲開心🐒 繼續閱讀
