旺角京都過江龍喫茶店🇯🇵也許是我抱了不少期望去的店家食物質素和想像中有點落差呢🧐🧐蝦肉牛油果醬日式牛角包 $𝟼𝟾牛角包是很巨型的 牛油香還好整體口感並沒有很鬆軟蝦肉就是有𝟻隻蝦仁…真的很小的那種可取之處是沙律菜是蠻新鮮的…糖心蛋沙律吐司 $𝟺𝟾老實說..點這個是因為看見別人照片裏的吐司很美 圖片只供參考當日我吃的又是另一回事🥸麵包切得一岩一巉的 餡料也是一patpat的感覺…吐司偏淋身 並不酥脆整體味道尚可原味鬆餅𝟷件 $𝟻𝟾麵粉感很重!真的!很重!上枱是熱的但吃下去就是吃了一團麵粉的感覺!這個價錢我會寧願吃一份熟食..焦糖吉士布丁 $𝟹𝟾這個賣相這個味道 算是這餐最正常的一道菜了🍮賣相打卡𝚊𝚋𝚕𝚎 蛋香很充足 入口也很滑也很Q彈的感覺!整體沒有太甜 不錯吃~𝙷𝚊𝚣𝚎𝚕𝚗𝚞𝚝 𝚕𝚊𝚝𝚝𝚎 $𝟹𝟾表現合格~整體來說覺得布丁還是可以一戰但正餐也真的沒什麼特別..虹吸咖啡和𝚋𝚊𝚛𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚊的照片看起來更吸睛 繼續閱讀

若不是因為最近那邊開了一間京都的喫茶店,真的很久沒有去過旺角的新世紀廣場呢 (笑)Sonia Coffee - 剛好上個月才營業,還是首間的海外分店 星期六下午12點40左右來排隊,等大約15分鐘就安排到入座話說這間店很細~桌子與桌子之間頗近,坐起來其實還滿有壓迫感的喔食物方面,有提供全日早餐、各式吐司等~每一款都各有特色最後我選了 - 糖心蛋沙律吐司 ($48)這裡的吐司較為特別,是內層酥軟的千層丹麥吐司~不過麵包邊稍微燶了些蛋沙律再加上濃稠且半流心的糖心蛋,整個吃完很有飽足感有點少膩,但旁邊還有清新的黑醋沙律還好。飲品方面,如果我們選虹吸咖啡就可以自選咖啡杯 是以不同的沖煮方式,所以咖啡的味道會比一般的濃厚,喜歡這種口味的不妨一試最後我點了 - Hazelnut Latte ($38) 拉花看起來不錯,口味甜一些~有濃香的榛子味道!朋友點的則是 - 昭和雪糕梳打 ($68) 有三款口味~巨峰葡萄、白桃和甘王草莓甜品的話,絕對不要錯過的當然是 忌廉焦糖吉士布丁 ($38)和朋友各點了一個,有明顯看到兩者的貌相是有差別的~其中一個有點塌掉,但這不影響味道喇淡淡甘苦的焦糖加上蛋香十足的吉士布丁,實在太誘人了!而且口感滑溜溜得來又紮實,價錢也不是預想中會很貴那種! 繼續閱讀

Sonia Coffee is one of those small yet old coffee shops that you find in Japan. Not following the trendy third wave coffee scene. Adhering to traditional syphon method of serving coffee and traditional coffee shop items like the hotcake and ice cream parfait. Maybe you'll find curry rice or omurice. All served in pretty tea cups. This was how Japan used to serve their coffee and you can still find them with a bit of research. Thus when I heard that this place opened in Hong Kong, I went to give it a try.Sonia Coffee is originally from Kyoto and has been in business for over 50 years. The location in Hong Kong is inside Moko Shopping Center. They tried to recreate the same decor as the original shop in a mall setting.They sell the beans that are roasted from the coffee shop in Japan.They also have a cake display.If you wish for syphon coffee, they have a sign for what beans they will be using that day. One cup costs $75.If you order a syphon coffee, you can choose a pretty tea cup to drink in.Menu is in English, Japanese and Chinese. They offer all sorts of hot meals and desserts along with a variety of coffee and other drinks. They do offer a dessert set which includes a drink under $40. Over that price, you just add on to it. We decided to just order dessert.Boyfriend ordered the Purple Sweet Potatoe Latte (add $6). Definitely do not order this as this is a coffee place. He even regretted it. It was just milk with powdered sweet potato.I ordered a Latte (comes with the dessert set). This was very nice. Strong roast that went down smooth. A hint of nuttiness. A good temperature with a right amount of milk to espresso.We chose one Hotcake ($88 for one piece). You can choose two pieces but one was more than enough as it was quite big. It was the traditional Japanese ones before the souffle pancake trend pushed it out of the way. It was nice and fluffy. Soft and eggy.  A simple square of butter and some powdered sugar was all it neede. The honey was flowery and was the perfect addition.We also ordered the Sonia Speciality Pudding ($68). The other pudding doesn't come with cream but we wanted cream! And the cream was fantastic. Slightly sweet and airy like a cloud. The pudding was delicious. A strong eggy taste with a wonderful caramel topping. It was so soft and delicate.The desserts were wonderful and paired well with the good cup of coffee. 一間新得無法在新的日式過江龍,由朋友所介紹才給發現,由於朋友誠意拳拳,所以就決定一行幾個人中午時間去排隊,對於自己要去排隊先可以入座的餐廳近幾年已經絕跡,無他由於以自己嘅經驗來講太新嘅餐廳好有可能水準會比較預期為差,首先預告這個看法是絕對不會失準。。。咖喱肉碎意粉HK$78.拿玻里意粉HK$68.蝦肉牛油果醬日式牛角包HK$68.波子汽水雪糕梳打HK$28.原味鬆餅HK$58.忌廉焦糖吉士布丁Caramel latteFlat white焗芝士蛋糕HK$70抹茶疏乎厘芝士蛋糕首先要講這一碟《咖喱肉碎意粉》,個人覺得味道很薄很淡咖喱味道只是輕輕在味蕾中略過,賣相方面我覺得自己應該做得比他更好另外一碟《拿玻里意粉》,偷偷吃了身旁「蝦子餅」的幾口,個人覺得稍稍勝於自己這一碟,不過賣相真是有待改善~至於熱飲由於可以自己揀杯所以就走出餐桌前挑選一隻自己認為比較漂亮的杯子點選了一杯Flat white ,咖啡豆對於自己來說是整杯咖啡的靈魂,這杯咖啡雖然不似預期的有一般的拉花,可以說自己沖也比他更為好看,但是味道真的不俗~當日最可選的可以算是忌廉焦糖吉士布丁,甜到恰好而且綿綿細滑~一款最失望亦都可以算是自己為何會不揀選剛剛開業的餐廳理由,廚師在大批落單的情形下其實拿捏時間真是要掌握得要好,一碟《原味鬆餅》這麼簡單,亦都可以在上枱給客人的時間切開後仍然看見內餡還是【流心狀態】 ,要速速揮手跟侍應小姐反映,最終這碟簡單的《原味鬆餅》味道一如自己想像,應該話自己煎會更加好食~另外《抹茶疏乎厘芝士蛋糕》,亦是普通之作,抹茶味道不算突出☆至於其他相片是本人並未有試過是同枱朋友的食物相片,不作多評☆★自己而言每間餐廳在【試業期間】其實個人絕對覺得不應去試,相反等待他們穩定了三數個月後,每一件硬、軟體都能夠配合得好,才能看見真正餐廳發揮的表現。★ 繼續閱讀
