Out of all the 4, I preferred the sake the most, being the most smooth.Due to the pandemic, the restaurant's menu is in digital formula by scanning their QR code.
Initially the champagne was my least favorite as it was a bit too strong. However, upon the first course, after tasting it again with the Hamachi in vinegar, the flavors totally changed and became much better. Without the champagne, the vinegar in this dish would have been a bit strong too but the pairing with the champagne(despite this isn't a wine pairing dinner) totally solved this issue.

The duck confit was rich without being oily and the raspberry and foie gras complemented it well.

The Bouillabaisse acted almost like a sauce for the Itoyori. It was perfect light main course for the summer.

My friend tried the pork belly. The dish was so fragrant that even I can smell it. Despite the pork belly was seasoned well, my friend felt that the cabbage was the star, being sweet and juicy.

Desserts finally came and the sweetness of the Mirabelle Sorbet was just right. However, my friend and I were totally looking forward to the souflle.

The chocolate souffle finally came and it was amazing. It was airy like a souffle should be yet dense with its chocolate flavors. What sets it apart is the molten chocolate inside where so far I haven't seen any other restaurant being able to execute. Just this dessert alone will be the reason that I will come again.

主菜方面 推薦Line-caught itoyori🐟 野生金綫魚煎得表皮酥脆 但內裡不失juicy&嫩滑 搭上南瓜 香蒜泡沫 同馬賽魚湯 味道香甜且鮮味十足!💓
如果係重口味人士 就一定要試試佢地既Japanese pork belly🐷 沖繩豬腩肉熬得非常軟稔入味 蘸上自家製燒汁超級惹味 不過估唔到伴碟既椰菜更有驚喜!清甜多汁 解膩一流!

去到甜品環節點可以錯過佢地招牌既Albinao 85% chocolate souffle⁉️😻 梳乎厘口感極為輕盈濕潤 面層係薄薄既chocolate ganache 入面同樣藏住朱古力醬 所以朱古力味非常香濃 夾一口旁邊既朱古力sorbet一齊食 香濃程度更係更上一層樓!而且甜度不會太高 所以感覺唔都會好甜膩👍🏼 稱之為全港第一朱古力梳乎厘絕對不為過!

如果另外仲想試a la carte menu 小編們大推Kadaifi fried cage 🍳!口感酥脆既炸麵條裡面其實藏住一隻流心蛋!連同面層既煙燻梭魚籽 同底層既sour cream 真係好食到不得了!

The 3-course lunch set, which costs HKD$788, comes with two alcoholic drinks. The restaurant is also offering a similar 3-course lunch set with 90-minute free flow for HKD$788, if you feel like drinking more, you can opt for that one. Unlimited sparking water was provided with the lunch set.

For starter, I chose this Grass Fed Polmard Heritage Beef Tartare with Shishito Pepper, Shiso & Sourdough Shavings. The portion of beef tartare was much more than expected, and it was very delicious. What’s special about this beef tartare was the sourdough shavings, they were so crunchy and yummy to eat with the beef tartare, making the tartare less stuffing to finish. A surprisingly filling starter.

Main was this Japanese Pork Belly with BBQ Sauce and Hakata Cabbage. The Hakata cabbage definitely stole the fame. It was so nicely grilled and seasoned that it’s very juicy to eat! Super enjoyable, and perfect to balance off any greasiness from the pork belly. The pork belly itself was fair, the fatty part almost felt like melting on my tongue, and the tender pork meat was tasty.

I picked Apricot & Lemon Verbena Mille-Feuille for dessert. The mille-feuille was a bit disappointing as it was too flakey and loosely held, so it fell apart when I put a fork onto it. The citrus was a bit too sour for my like.

I expected something more and better than this, so I was slightly disappointed when I left.

我選擇咗一杯白酒伴豬腩肉,杯白酒嘅味道真係比較清淡,比起香檳,我覺得香檳好飲好多!

朋友也是同樣點豬腩肉,但揀咗配紅酒,是有比白酒好飲喔。

先講個士多啤梨撻,切得又薄又長的一件撻 (怎樣可以切到咁🙀,面頭全是加了糖霜的士多啤梨,底層是餅皮撻底,味道不錯。
.雲呢拿雪糕伴野莓果醬,我沒有食,不過我朋友怕酸,所以佢話個野莓果醬好酸,一定要與甜嘅雲呢拿雪糕一齊食。

原本入座時,店員話我哋1.5小時後要交枱,但可能因為店內也沒有坐滿食客,所以就有得我哋慢慢食、慢慢嘆酒、慢慢傾偈,食咗3小時左右先離開餐廳😁

今日揀咗SOMM晚餐.先講環境,坐得舒服,氣氛好好👍🏻服務態度,難得高質素,的確好好👍🏻食品方便,唔差.但係驚喜不是太大.整體來講,比較欣賞樓面服務態度.絕對會回頭

又返嚟再試其他的餸菜,未見到有人試過Aka Uni “French toast”, 所以就膽粗粗試吓。 Waitress 已經提點這個portion係很小的。Uni 只有20g. 賣相好靚,但係食落冇乜特別,我本人就不太喜歡,好似唔係好夾。跟住點了beef tartare with Shishito Pepper,當然上次好吃一些,因為上次有truffles在上面。今次是pepper only,自然價值都低了,由於唔係太肚餓所以亦冇點主菜,只點了potato gratin dauphinois (v). 不是太欣賞因為味道好一般,只吃了一半便不想食,好淡味。朋友點了主菜signature dish: Japanese Pork Belly with BBQ sauce. 好有韓國的味道,portion都算大。由於時間關係,並沒有點甜品。下次再試。

新開的飲嘢嘅地方,但食物就係French Bistro style. 這間餐廳都是由Amber的主廚主理的。他每道菜都好有賣相, 見到都好想食, 十分吸引。食材亦很講究及好新鮮。我選擇了他們的signature starter, hamachi, so refreshing! 好喜歡, 我們再share一個beef tartare with truffles 的starter, 好新鮮及好好味。主菜我點了sea bass. 魚的quality好高質,但係因為食得太飽,所以沒有嘗試甜品。下次一定會試甜品。好開心又吃了一次十分回味無窮的午餐。一定會再來。
