今日放工同男友慶祝週年紀念日🥰,特登揀咗荃灣呢間Sol House撐枱腳。餐廳入面燈光偏暗,黃黃地嘅柔和燈光,播住啲輕快嘅音樂🎶,氣氛好寫意。我哋一坐低就叫咗杯Blue Moon同Cosmopolitan,準備開餐!雖然餐廳個名叫Oyster Bar,不過我哋今次就無叫生蠔,直接由前菜開始。首先係芝士火腿拼盤 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻,幾款Parma Ham鹹香各有層次,配埋啲芝士同脆卜卜嘅餅乾一齊食,非常開胃🧀。跟住上嘅 **澳洲藍青口配雲呢拿忌廉汁法式蒜蓉包 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻** 就真係好出色!估唔到雲呢拿同忌廉汁可以咁夾,甜甜地嘅奶香,完全冇蓋過青口本身嘅鮮味,啲青口隻隻都好飽滿。最重要係個法式蒜蓉包,點埋個汁嚟食,簡直係精華所在🥖!主食方面,我哋叫咗個 烤龍蝦配意式香辣蒜片闊條麵 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。龍蝦肉質算係彈牙,烤得幾香🦞,闊條麵索到蒜片嘅香辣味,幾惹味,不過整體味道如果可以再濃郁啲會更好。另一樣主菜 德國豬手拼烤雜腸拼盤配青木瓜沙律 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 就份量十足!主角豬手外皮烤到勁香脆,一切落去啲肉汁仲流緊出嚟🤤,肉質好軟腍。幾款雜腸都各有風味,食到一半覺得膩嘅時候,點啲酸酸甜甜嘅青木瓜沙律就即刻清新返。另外加點嘅 炒雜菌 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 就不過不失啦,用牛油炒得幾香口🍄,做小食都唔錯。最後嘅甜品係 意大利咖啡蛋糕 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。作為成餐飯嘅結尾,呢個Tiramisu做得幾好。Mascarpone cheese夠幼滑,滲滿咖啡酒香嘅手指餅濕潤度啱啱好,食落唔會太甜太膩,為呢餐畫上一個完美句號🍰。呢餐週年紀念飯都食得相當滿足😌。食物水準整體都幾好,尤其係個藍青口,個汁嘅配搭好有心思。主菜份量好慷慨,我同男友兩個人食到捧住個肚走😂。環境同食物質素都對得住個價錢,係一個穩陣嘅西餐選擇。成個過程都好舒服,同另一半慢慢食、傾下偈,過咗個愉快嘅晚上🥂。 繼續閱讀

Okay, so today’s lunch date with my boyfriend at Sol House Oyster Bar And Restaurant in Tsuen Wan was 👌! The place had this cozy, laid-back vibe with warm lighting ✨ and a mix of modern-industrial decor. Perfect for a casual catch-up without feeling too fancy or stuffy.First up, this soup was thick and smooth—like a hug in a bowl 🤗. The sweet corn flavor was rich, and the crab meat added a tiny bit of luxury without overpowering it. Could’ve used a touch more seasoning, but still solid.Grilled Homemade Cheeseburger with Fries 🥰🥰🥰🥰 (4/5)The burger patty was juicy and packed with cheesy goodness 🧀, though the bun could’ve been a bit toastier. 星期六同女朋友拍拖 🥰,諗住去邊度食晏晝好呢... 左諗右諗,最後揀咗荃灣呢間 Sol House Oyster Bar And Restaurant 試下新嘢。入到去,地方唔算超級大,但佈置得幾舒服😌,座位之間有啲空間,唔會太逼。啲燈光柔和得嚟又夠光猛✨,唔會暗矇矇咁。蘑菇湯🍄 7/10首先上嘅係個湯。飲落口都幾濃郁嘅,充滿菇菌嘅香味,唔會好似水咁稀,質地都算幼滑。熱辣辣咁飲落去幾舒服,不過味道就係預期之內,正常發揮啦,做個開頭都OK嘅。香煎魚柳龍蝦海鮮汁🐟  7.5/10跟住主菜嚟喇!呢個龍脷魚柳塊頭都OK喎。外層煎到有少少金黃色🤏,食落邊位有啲些微脆口,入面嘅魚肉保持到嫩滑👍,唔會嚡烚烚。個龍蝦海鮮汁味道都幾鮮甜,唔會太咸,撈埋啲魚肉一齊食幾夾。整體嚟講不過不失,份量都算足夠。烤豬扒菠蘿燒烤汁 🐷 評分: 8/10反而呢個豬扒有啲睇頭😮!豬扒幾厚身,烤得幾香口,切開見到入面仲係帶點肉汁💦,唔會乾柴柴。食落肉質幾鬆軟,有咬口得嚟又唔韌。個菠蘿燒烤汁酸酸甜甜🍍,好開胃,個酸甜味同豬扒嘅油香幾襯。女朋友都話呢個做得唔錯喎。蒜蓉包🥖 6.5/10蒜蓉包就比較普通啲。烘得都算脆身,蒜蓉味都聞到,不過就未算好突出。一人三片點下個湯或者餸汁都OK嘅,不過不失咁啦。炸薯薯條 🍟  7/10呢個甜薯條炸得幾好喎!外層脆卜卜,入面就好軟糯,食到甜薯本身嘅甜味🍠。唔會太油膩,就咁食或者點少少茄汁都幾好味。份量如果可以多少少就好啲喇!如果咁啱喺荃灣想搵個地方坐下食下西餐,呢度都可以考慮吓嘅😊。 繼續閱讀

🌆 Sol House Oyster Bar And Restaurant係一間浪漫而唔會太過火嘅餐廳,燈光柔和而唔刺眼,啱晒下班後搵個地方relax下。餐廳裡面嘅布置簡單而具特色,有種溫馨嘅格調,隔離枱細細聲傾計,背景音樂播住輕柔咖啡店調調。🍽️## 澳洲藍青口配雲呢拿忌廉汁法式蒜蓉包 💋💋💋💋 呢個開胃菜可謂係一個輕盈嘅開始,青口鮮嫩多汁,奶油汁有微微香甜嘅雲呢拿味,非常搭配。法式蒜蓉包脆口濃香,沾上少少汁,每一口都好有層次感。😋估唔到青口同雲呢拿咁啱key,真係好出人意表。## 烤焗法國脆皮黃油雞配煙肉脆薯 💋💋💋💋💋 次序剛剛好,法國黃油雞雞皮烤得脆口完美,焦香四溢,肉質保持多汁鮮嫩。🍗配上煙肉脆薯,鹹香之餘唔會過腻,簡直係口感同味道嘅一次絕佳體驗。雞嘅質素唔錯,亦唔會煮得過乾,啲薯仔搞到我哋粒粒都食曬。## 烤龍蝦配意式香辣蒜片闊條麵 💋💋💋💋 主菜選擇以龍蝦為主角,唔單止龍蝦肉質結實且鮮甜,更有個完美嘅香辣風味。🦞蒜片意粉帶有微微辣感,提升晒整個菜品嘅層次,口感豐富。唯一輕微美中不足係龍蝦蟹鉗有少少難處理,但整體來講非常滿意。今次嘅晚餐真係好滿意,菜式選擇多元化,味道好出色。每一道菜都帶嚟唔同驚喜,令我哋食完之後都好滿足。最緊要係同男朋友一齊,氛圍好靚,令我哋嘅小約會變得更加溫馨。❤️ 繼續閱讀

Sol House Oyster Bar and Restaurant的鵝肝多士到Sol House Oyster Bar and Restaurant沒有先點蠔, 反而點了鵝肝多士, 因為我太喜歡吃鵝肝了, 結果當然是超出預期。鵝肝多士上碟時已經覺得店家很用心, 擺盤很漂亮, 果然是道優雅又豪華的法式開胃菜,聰明地用了煎到微微香脆而金黃的多士搭配滑嫩而表面是脆皮的鵝肝,味道非常獨特, 很惹味, 很滋味, 但不覺得油膩,  這個設計相當成功, 就是因為配料都發揮它們的作用。有黑醋汁﹑沙律菜和麵包等等去解掉鵝肝的油膩, 吃起來雖然有滿滿油脂, 但一點也不膩, 反而香口又酸甜的感覺讓人覺得更開胃, 更期待主菜, 這是相當成功的一道前菜, 奢華又美味。 繼續閱讀
