Seldom posted bar recommendations here but was impressed by Socio's concept and wanted to support them! 👀 Socio is a community-driven bar that uses surplus ingredients sourced from other restaurants. Their menu looks really cute too - its like a giant postcard. 📮 The only thing is they wouldn't let you sit for long, so expect for approximately an hour of seating time (would have liked to stay longer :<).1️⃣ Oyster Shell (from Hooked) $138Oyster shells upcycled to add salinity and acidity, accentuated by vinegar. Refreshing with the sparkling wine and passionfruit, but couldn't really taste the yuzu creme brulee it said it has. I guess oyster shell didn't give a particular taste as well (which is a little disappointing) but still appreciated their concept.🦪2️⃣ Sourdough (from Bakehouse) $138Ooh as a bakery fan I had to try this! Again, the upcycled ingredients are not expected to give a particular taste. The salted coconut foam on top was really thick and special.🍞

上次在GOSSiP被推荐了Socio,这就马不停蹄地来打卡了,位置很好找,环境也很chill,适合Happy Friday和朋友小聚🍹没想到居然偶遇了上次GOSSiP巨巨巨巨热情的bartender,八卦小哥问我,is that your bf? 🤫好啦好啦 知道你来自GOSSiP啦!🤐这次点了四杯🍸Bee's Kneestop 1! 据说用了香港本土蜂场的蜂蜜🍯,顶层的奶茶泡沫也很清爽,但你不许再玩谐音梗!🍸Sourdough跟爆火的蛋挞店bakehouse 联名!以酸种包🍞为灵感,加了杏子浸泡威士忌,果香、木质调平衡很棒🍸Banana Peel非常清爽,很好入口,还有一点清新的香蕉🍌味!🍸Stout感觉爱威士忌的人会很爱,烟熏,巧克力,木质📍Socio

超級喜歡Socio的環保概念愛地球和喝酒是可以並存的!!!他們家一直很注重可持續發展的概念與社區內的餐廳合作將食材物盡其用令調酒過程更環保上一期是以環遊世界為主題採用各地特產及烈酒製作出別具特色的雞尾酒這一期的以各地可食用回收食材為主題例如:生蠔殼、香蕉皮、牛油果子等等個人超喜愛oyster shell 生蠔殼 有淡淡的鹹海水味另外他們也保留了上期熱門款如以朋友最愛的印度氈酒為基底的 Cumin我很愛點的香港主題Sesame

及晚八點半未肚餓決定飲番杯先食飯,所以就決定黎呢間好多人推介嘅酒吧。一開始行入去個waiter都貌似好好服務態度,非常好笑容咁講笑,加上酒吧未開始多人可以靜靜地傾吓偈,氣氛都相當唔錯。我地order左banana peel同另一杯有mezcal mix既cocktail。味道認真麻麻,mescal cocktail上面個foam同杯野味道唔夾,有少少多舊魚;而banana peel可以直程話難飲,味道似好淡好淡既蔗渣水。但飲品都要$130一杯,我哋唯有勉為其難咁飲落去。戲肉嚟啦,我哋大概坐咗20分鐘,酒吧開始多人,懶有笑容嘅waiter同我地講介唔介意喺10分鐘之內還枱,我都立即黑人問號,乜原來飲酒都有限時既咩?事情都發展到呢個地步,我哋唯有急急腳咁離開啦。我建議呢間酒吧索性整手搖飲酒,咁啲人咪唔使坐枱直接嗌外賣攞走咪得囉。

佢哋店內氣氛真係幾時到咁正!!無論平日假日去都咁熱鬧~今次新menu 同咗中環的8間餐廳crossover 每杯Cocktail 分別用咗不同餐廳的原材料製成好有諗頭又環保!! 🌳✨𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵材料係Bakehouse嘅酸種麵包!!🍞面頭有一層foam令口感更豐富~𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗹呢杯用咗Butter蛋糕店嘅香蕉皮🍌個人最鍾意嘅一杯!! ♡⸝⸝容易入口 又清爽𝗦𝗼𝘆 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 Bartender 大推呢一杯!!用咗對面韓國餐廳Busan Night嘅豉油🤣飲落反而唔會有豉油嘅味 而係有甜甜嘅果味𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀用咗墨西哥餐廳Uncle Miguel’s 嘅牛油果籽和皮🥑會喺你面前噴上黑胡椒perfume酒味比較濃~可以飲一啖再配一口cheese
