I eat veggie and have discount card. A dinner with my hubby. The food displayed and designed fabulous. Taste and freshness are no doubt. At the end, they always provide me lots of sweets for selection chocolates, macaroon cookies etc. Love to dine there. 繼續閱讀

開胃菜醃海樽魚他他 配樽魚子,牛油果慕思松露鴨肝凍批 配啤梨蓉,貝殼蛋糕北海道香煎帶子 配西蘭花蓉,燴青豆,脆豬腩鬆澳州Stockyard MB 8+ 西冷牛扒配牛胸線,雞油箘,玉米荀瑞士牛奶芝士 配杏桃,杏桃雪皅榛子歌劇院 配 香蕉雪糕小甜點如果以$1000元左右既Fine Dining 來講,Skye嘅可能係最好。 最主要係有無敵景觀,高層,落地玻璃,港島夜景,真係想輸都難。當然Skye 既食物和服務一樣高水準。 總之就好滿意啦 繼續閱讀

sunday afternoon,time for some drinks & snacks,here available with indoor seats /outdoor viewing the harbour side. Waiters are so friendly & cheerful.so here came with;bar snack platter, the group of mini burgers, prawn spring rolls, fried chicken wings & a bucket of fries topped with alittle cheese sauce & shredded seaweeds, tomato sauce on side. those springs rolls are crispy outer & full of prawn meats inside with the length; long enough. burgers with juicy minced beef; tasted of freshness.bar tacos,crunchy corn shell with marinated pulled pork & shredded lettuces, the sauce just right enough that doesn’t make things soggy.iced latte & iced americao,nice tasted of coffee but the amount of them just alittle bit less.then second round came with plantation dark on rock & ipa.great 繼續閱讀

今日男友人話要慶祝一下轉工,帶小妹食好西,食豪d,於是就去左柏寧酒店27/F食weekend brunch. 呢間餐廳是rooftop bar and dining, 環境高級乾淨,佈置唔會太浮誇,可以坐indoor, 又可以去個outdoor area 到chill。直望維港同大球場,淨係個景已經無得輸!當日人不多,可以寧靜地享受用餐及彼此的時間。是日是weekend, menu 係four courses plus dessert bar,仲有free flow Prosecco and fresh juices (平日的話是three courses plus desert bar, 無free flow,價錢就平d, 3百幾就得)。小妹覺得given 咁嘅質素的食物,同份量,環境,兩個menu 收費都十分合理。餐前麵包,有温度,牛油都食得出自家製!Two choices of appetizer per person 小妹選左(1) truffle scallop (2) waygu mac & cheese Scallop 燒得好香,外表少少脆,入面好juicy,賣相好靚!碟是有温度嘅,十分講究!呢個wagyu mac & cheese, 一上碟,小妹覺得份量有d似main dish, 但一試,不得了!個waygu 是一絲絲的,唔係求求其嘅免治牛肉,食得出wagyu 的marbling 獨有嘅香味!個汁十分特別,creamy 嘅,又有肉汁!小妹同男友人一致認為係best appetizer!男友人選左(1) 36-month cured Parma ham (2) iberico chorizo arancini Parma ham 正正常常,綠色個堆質地有d 似雪糕,男友人話味道好像綠箭香口膠呢!Arancini 係stuffed rice ball, 入面有iberico choziro 呢種腸仔肉,第一次食,幾特別!Main course 小妹選左black bream,魚燒得香又唔乾!男友人選左grilled sirloin (medium rare), 小妹本身怕好生,點知效果出奇地好,唔會血淋淋,又有grill 嘅香氣,tender 又juicy, 小妹大推!Dessert bar 有pop corn, strawberries, 同其他cakes,不過不失!總結來說,價錢同質素成正比,適合想fine dining 的朋友,個feel幾浪漫嘅! had a 3-course lunch set in skye with my boyfriend, everything was on point! the atmosphere was amazing, the view was 100/100! the service was really good, and most importantly, great food & great wine! the salmon linguine has a good plating, the skin was crispy, perfectly cooked. I really like the seared scallops appetiser, the carrot puree matches the scallops really well! 繼續閱讀
