很榮幸再次獲法國領事館商務署邀請參與一年一度全年盛事「法國五月美食薈」，五月美食薈為法國官方推廣法國美食文化指定項目，亦是香港唯一推廣法國美食節日，今年約有63間知名餐廳參與，法國美食是世上少數獲聯合國教科文組織列入非物質文化遺產的飲食文化之一。
今年法國五月美食薈主題為品嚐南法的滋「MAY」，隆重呈獻來自法國南部歐西坦尼大區的美酒及美食，歐西坦尼大區是法國第一大葡萄酒產區，亦是世界最大葡萄酒產區，產量佔全法的三分之一。
為配合來自歐西坦尼的美酒，廚師團隊設計了特定套餐以帶出充滿法國氣息的精緻菜式。

和朋友相約了到旺角聚會，當然要搵下野食。今次來到了旺角sky 726食西餐。呢度既餐都唔算好貴，仲有set lunch 。今次點了4個餐安格斯牛肉漢堡 $118漢堡很多材料，食入口很豐富香煎大致黑松露扁意粉 $98黑松露煎得非常香口很不錯青口蟹肉意大利飯 $108青口很大隻，但略嫌意大利飯有點過鹹紐西蘭頂級草飼牛肉眼扒 $178肉眼扒普通，太硬身了整體而言這間餐廳性價比也算很高，因為價錢很抵。這個價錢已經包飲品和面包，很抵食。
