也是事先看了網上評論,以免中伏,畢竟是新開不久。因為費事煩所以選了6道菜晚餐,價錢也是比較實惠,原本expect係tasting menu,點知也不是每個菜都好吃。1.頭盤是生蠔和焗蠔,生蠔的size小得與一包砂糖的size一樣,焗蠔也差不多,只是稍為在上面加了味噌醬,不是焗到全熟,還留有蠔汁,兩者不過不失。2.周打魚湯,很想裝fine dining的模樣,先放蝦肉和配菜然後斟湯,那些脆脆是小學食的動物脆粒小食🤣然後個湯是沒有魚味,單純的忌廉湯,十分失望3.鴨胸沙律和三文魚沙律,基本上沒有技術,只是三文魚切得太碎,裏面還有一條類似意大利油浸鯖魚的物體,超級鹹腥,最後那條沒有食。鴨胸也是基本野沒什麼好評論。4.黑松露帶子意大利飯,非常迷你,六道菜來說份量是適中的,但是味道強差人意,飯基本上沒什麼味道,吃到底汁醬還有點水的質感,只有帶子比較可取。5.主菜是煎盲曹,羊柳5成熟,蔓草魚皮剪得香脆底層肉還是嫩,羊柳質感也適中,不太酥,旁邊的配菜基本上兩個菜是一樣的,底層有羽衣甘藍,我甘筍,羊柳配有焗薯,這兩個是全晚最好食菜色之一。6.甜品竟然有驚喜,原本以為他是很hea的給你一片蛋糕,點知原來是廚師精選的甜品,威化片配合桃鴛鴦奶凍,上層的忌廉泡沫與下層的鴛鴦拉動非常夾,中間有合桃碎,威化片略為提高甜味,整體甜度適中不太膩,挽回不少分數。以200多元的質素來說算是不過不失了。

A hidden gem in SPK, I tried their 6-course dinner and was satisfied with every respect.The food, the presentation of the dishes are being done by the chef with his heart - good taste and it's pretty layout for dining. Also I feel the good service when I start entering the restaurant - a small yet comfortable place to dine in. After all, it is value for money.

Italian name, Italian “style” menu but nothing is authentic in this restaurant. They pretend to sell pizzas when it’s actually a tortillas with some condiments on the top! I had a group of friends at my place and we decided to order 3 pizza and what we got was not enough for either a person. The person in charge is very aggressive when I complained about their food service and quality. If you are not able to serve decent Italian food you should change your concept to avoid the disappointment of customers!

早排嚟食 想寫返個食評比呢間餐廳 兩個6course dinner 一個8course 6 course有少少似tasting menu 前菜同朋友分別叫咗生蠔and焗蠔之後有三文魚caesar沙律 parma ham melon 之後有青醬意大利飯 帶子好好食 同朋友各叫咗鵝肝同肉眼一齊分嚟食 甜品出色 好有驚喜 唔飽都唔餓岩岩好 非常回味無窮 加配送兩set共六杯酒 非常愉快開心傾計聚餐的晚上~另外讚下個環境 成間餐廳設計好舒服好cosy 間隔合理 服務熱情❤️
