咁出名既吐司店係日本食過一次, 不過果陣未有機會堂食😂果日心血來潮, 都打定輸數要排下隊先有得食, 點知我早上大約10:30到, 竟然一啲人龍都無, 完美直入堂食😆入到去仲見到有位淨tim🤫Menu 主要有吐司, jam同飲品💁🏻‍♀️首先選擇吐司款式(極美/極生), 再可選擇➊加果jam +$25 (15選3) ➋加牛油+$15 (2選1) or ➌加3款jam同1款牛油 +$35😉🍞ʙʀᴇᴀᴅ·極美吐司with 3款果醬+北海道牛油 $59🍞ʙʀᴇᴀᴅ· 極生吐司with 3款果醬+法國牛油$61﹟極美吐司(無蛋奶,以湯種方法保留水份)➠食落都夠濕潤鬆軟, 帶點小麥香☺️﹟極生吐司(無蛋,以中種及湯種製法再加低溫發酵)➠有加入牛奶、牛油、蜂蜜製作, 所以食落帶點香甜和富奶香, 相對地更加柔軟🥰💁🏻‍♀️兩款厚多士, 表面都烘至香脆, 賣相成九宮格, 一扯可見拉絲, 口感剛柔並重, 鬆柔且有嚼性🤩👍﹟北海道牛油 🇯🇵➠食落較軟滑, 較有牛奶香﹟法國傳統牛油🇫🇷➠鹹味較突出, 比較普通﹟6款果醬➠有心理準備啲果醬甜度都係偏高😳個人較喜歡黑芝麻珍珠同榛果風味, 各帶點芝麻同榛子香之餘仲夾雜左啲黑芝麻粒同nuts🤤而伯爵奶茶, 有少少茶味, 奶味都係較重🤔➠柑橘同檸檬水果jam 質感睇落稀稀地, 味道就正正常常, 會食到有啲果皮口感➠比較期待嘅開心果味最後變咗最伏😐真係唔係好食到開心果味, 就是甜和奶🙈 繼續閱讀

試左來自日本大阪的嵜本Shokupan啦,早上堂食唔洗排隊,新鮮吐司可拎左籌去行下街/食個飯就攞得。唔知大家去咗未呢?大家覺得好唔好食?📍極生🍞($26/片)的確好鬆軟,有彈性,有拉絲,食到有奶香牛油香👍🏻🤣但點講呢🤔,係好普通的好吃吐司🤗📍極美🍞($24/片)小麥香,無奶無蛋,有彈性,好味過普通麵包店好多,但點都只係一片普通厚多士👍🏻🤣📍牛油🧈(+15)分量極度少,同圖片唔一樣本1️⃣法國牛油🇫🇷不明的濃濃生鐵味2️⃣北海道牛油🇯🇵唔錯,好似我平時乜田買嗰隻📍3款果醬🍋🍓(+25)果醬15款口味,一共試咗6款1️⃣電氣石檸檬- 極普通2️⃣石榴石草莓- 極普通3️⃣牛奶煉乳- 死甜4️⃣琥珀黃豆粉- 同牛奶練乳一樣味5️⃣伯爵奶茶- 好吃,偏甜,會回購6️⃣黑芝麻珍珠- 好吃,偏甜📍香桃冰茶($40)📍草莓麥盧卡($40)普通冰冰涼涼清清楚爽的飲品😆👍🏻係一份好純粹的美味,唔錯的🤪就係好吃的普通麵包對麵包有要求的人應該會好喜歡這間🤣我就冇好大要求,不過肯定呢間好味過享x / x穀 繼續閱讀

Shokupan. To one it just looks like a plain square of white bread. But in Japan, there are many bakeries that focus this as the signature baked good. There are ratings on Tabelog listing some of the country's best. And people will find these places and lines can be found with people leaving the bakeries with bags of this fluffy white bread. I came across one such bakery in a small town once. A long line of people. happily clutching their loaves of bread. It was then I found out the tiny bakery in a small town was one of the top 5 shokupan bakeries in Japan. And it was from that moment on I came to appreciate that square piece of whte bread.The last trip before the pandemic hit was in Osaka. I seeked out Sakimoto as I heard good things about it. The one in Osaka was close to my hotel. There was no line and  we decided to try the cafe where we ordered a slice of bread along with pasta and soup and French toast made from their bread. Leaving I bought some jam. One year later, it now has a branch in Hong Kong. Located in Tsim Sha Tsui, I went to take a look and discovered no line! The shop is divided into two sections. The dining area is in the back and it's very small. Unlike the Japanese restaurant with a more extensive menu, you only get a slice of toast along with some jam to spread.  The bakery part is in the front. Everything is labelled in English and Japanese.They have whole loaves of bread for about $40. But you must get a ticket that will let you know when to pick up later in the day. If you don't want a whole loaf or you just want to sample it, they have slices of bread packaged for sale. Much like the one in Japan. They offer two types: regular ($24) and milk butter ($26).They also sell tiny jars of jam from $65 - $70.The complete listing of their products are shown here:I couldn't get a whole loaf so  I got myself two slices of bread: natural and milk butter.  Both were packaged in a resealable plastic foil bag. Both slices were thickly cut.The natural one was whiter in appearance.Where as the milk butter one was a bit more yellow in color.It had a good tear. The natural one tasted quite good. Was light and fluffy. But the milk butter one was just  a bit more fragrant. Both were just as soft.I also bought the milk butter jam as it was my favorite when I got this in Japan. It is just the right amount of sweetnees with some crunchy bits of sugar. It goes perfectly with bread.Did it taste like the one from Japan? It sure did. But it was also quite costly for white bread. The jam was not cheap. As I can't travel, this is the next best thing. Would I be back? If I can travel again .. perhaps. 繼續閱讀

這家日本過江龍到訪的人不絕,不論是外賣或堂食,常常都有人排隊。今日見排隊的人唔算太多,就試試看吧。餐廳的裝修企理整潔,帶一點休閑的曰式風格。座位唔太多,又加上疫情的限制,所以午餐時段要等一會才可入座。麵包有兩款,有「極美」(原味)$24和「極生」$26, 今次選擇了極生,即是麵包有牛奶牛油風味。除了多士以外,就只有果醬和飲品選擇。「極生」多士配三種果醬及牛油$51多士烤至金黃,.切得厚厚的,外脆內軟,又帶一點煉奶和牛油香氣,口感柔軟順滑,不錯。我選擇了三種果醬和北海道牛油,平均的塗在九格多士上,逐一品味歐培拉:有點像mocha 的味道,向少少咖啡味,又有少少朱古力味,唔太甜,味道ok.黑珍珠芝麻: 芝麻味幾香,味道香甜,又有少少牛奶味,有點像芝麻糊的味道。紅寳石玫瑰黑桑子:這果醬沒有文華的玫瑰果醬好吃,但味道唔錯。質地就是比較稀身,黑桑子的味道突出,酸酸甜甜的,甜度唔高,再配上北海道牛油好油香,好吃。Latte$36這latte 口感順滑,咖啡味道比較中性,沒有太酸或太子苦,加上牛奶香滑,泡沫幼細,整體味道不錯。。多士午餐雖然好吃,但果醬份量太少,令人有意猶未盡的感覺。其實這兒的麵包真的不錯,而果酱和我在輕井澤名店的味道差不多。去不到曰本,一嚐曰本風味果醬也不錯。 繼續閱讀

今次係來自大阪嘅生吐司店 SAKImoto Bakery。佢哋由2017年開業,到而家喺日本已經有十幾間分店啦。香港第一間分店選址喺尖沙咀港威商場。其實我之前已經bookmark咗諗住下次去大阪食,諗都冇諗過竟然會喺香港食先😔😔前日趁放假就早啲起身去見識吓(開張後第二日)。我8:55am去到店舖門口(開門時間係9am) 已經見到有三條人龍。▫️ 人龍1: 拎籌號購買一條(一斤) 生吐司 每位手持籌號嘅客人可以喺指定時間內購買「極美」(HKD45) /「極生」(HKD50)(一斤)各一條。價錢比起單片裝係平啲嘅,但我就冇耐性排隊買麵包,仲要係唔知喺邊個時段先買到,所以先考慮堂食。▫️人龍2: 購買手工果醬 + 獨立片裝麵包每日首50名顧客限購3瓶,其後每位顧客限購1瓶😱獨立單片裝麵包每位限購兩片。▫️人龍3: 堂食我到達嘅時候只有一個人喺我前面排隊。所以我只係等咗幾分鐘就被安排入坐。我覺得餐廳呢個安排幾妥善,冇任何混亂嘅情況出現。餐牌有「極美」(HKD24/片)同埋「極生」(HKD26/片)生吐司選擇。其實兩者有咩分別呢?「極美」生吐司係採用無蛋無奶配方,以湯種製法來保留麵包嘅水份。「極生」生吐司雖然係無蛋,但有北海道牛奶,牛油,蜂蜜,製法跟「極美」生吐司亦有分別。我覺得「極生」無論味道同埋香味都比「極美」優勝,配上果醬一齊食更加好味😋揀完吐司就揀口味喇。我就揀咗三款果醬 + 北海道牛油(+HKD35) 🧡Orange💚Pistachio🤍Earl Grey手工果醬味道係幾甜,三隻味道要我揀嘅話我會揀Earl Grey, 比較特別啲有啲食緊Earl Grey蛋糕嘅感覺😝反而我覺得北海道牛油跟烘到好脆嘅生吐司一齊食又唔錯喎,能夠帶出麵包+牛油嘅香味,味道又唔會太甜。另外我叫咗杯 Americano (Iced - HKD35)。食完嘢我揀咗樽Rum & Raisin Pearl Jam (HKD70),兩塊獨立單片裝多士 (極美及極生各一片),仲有一包蜜糖金磚 (HKD30)先行埋手銀機度排隊俾錢。我諗應該會過一段時間先會再去呢度 (或者下次去嘅時候係去大阪店?😏),咪買樽果醬返屋企食囉。 (最尾嗰兩張相就係喺屋企影嘅)我離開餐廳嘅時候堂食人龍已經有十幾個人,我覺得喺唔需要排隊嘅情況下真係值得一試。要我排一個鐘頭隊去食一件多士或買一至兩條麵包就免喇😝 繼續閱讀
