每年結婚週年我都會同老婆食西班牙菜, 回味一下我地甜蜜嘅西班牙蜜月之旅, 不過今年結婚週年因為夜晚買左票睇毛記舞台劇, 所以改左食LUNCH慶祝。我地今日揀嘅木星街呢間ROJO, 之前都黎過幾次, 老婆對呢度嘅豬鞍同TAPAS讚不絕口, 今次LUNCH黎希望都食到啦。我地一起身就出發, 12:00到餐廳時剛剛開門, 我地係第一枱客人。餐廳日間同晚上感覺好唔同, 時尚新穎嘅裝修配合燈光效果, 令餐廳夜晚感覺係非常有情調嘅酒吧餐廳, LUNCH時候因為自然光充足, 感覺就比較舒適自然。LUNCH SET由$88起, 已包括餐湯, 1款TAPAS, 主菜, 飲品, 另外可以$15加配甜品, 價錢相當實惠。我地揀左兩款LUNCH SET share食, 再另加左客西班牙蛋餅, 應該好夠食。餐湯, Daily Tapas是日餐湯係甘筍湯, Daily Tapas外層香脆, 中間有薯仔肉, 味道唔錯, 多士塗上芝士再烤脆。西班牙薯仔軟臘肉腸蛋餅西班牙蛋餅餡料豐富, 蛋味香濃, 軟臘肉腸帶有咸香味, 配上微辣醬汁, 非常惹味。黑松露蘑菇芝士, 墨西哥雞肉餡餅 $88(set lunch)墨西哥餡餅外層薄脆, 包滿雞肉同蘑菇, 每啖都食到濃濃黑松露同芝士香味, 兩個人share一人一件, 非常滿足。炭燒穀飼豬鞍配忌廉蘑菇芥末汁 $128(set lunch)老婆最愛嘅豬鞍好厚身, 熟度剛剛好, 肉質軟嫩, 配上忌廉蘑菇芥末汁, 老婆食得好滋味, 而且只需$128仲跟埋餐, 相當抵食。廚師之選甜品 $15今日兩款廚師之選甜品都好吸引, 分別係Churros同cut cake, 味道唔錯之餘, 賣相都好吸引, $15一份, 性價比高。Mocha $5餐飲我加$5轉配Mocha, 唔會太甜, 咖啡味比朱古力味重, 好啱我口味。埋單每位只係$183, 價錢合理。餐牌 繼續閱讀

與好友相約飯聚,其中有提議吃西班牙菜,是很好的建議,因為,西班牙菜的Tapas很有特色,很有個性。選址於炮台山的ROJO,皆因風評不俗。走到木星街,轉角一看,已看到餐廳,因為店面黑底紅字的餐廳名,很易認出來。走進店內,以黑白灰為主調,裝修簡約,卻更顯型格。餐牌有兩組,一組是列出所有食物,如西班牙小吃、大盤及甜品,當中的西班牙小食吃,多達24款。另一組餐牌就自然是飲品類,紅白餐酒、西班牙果酒、啤酒、烈酒、雞尾酒、無酒精雞尾酒、果汁、汽水、啡菜均一應俱全。友人不勝酒量,又不想要一般的果汁汽水,好奇試試Aussi Punch($48)是怎樣。以芒果、薄荷、熱情果及梳打打造出來,樣子好看,而入口味道是酸酸甜甜的,陣陣薄荷清爽。我就選取Ginger Ale($33),是帶微微薑味的梳打,貪其味道不複雜,邊吃西班牙小食,邊暢飲,用作清清味蕾喔。另一位友人喜歡甚麼也試試看,就不妨大膽一點來一杯ROJO Whisky Sour($68),他說初試一口,不是酸的,而是微甜的,再多喝一、兩口,就感受到酒精威力。飲品上枱的同時,各款美食亦陸續登場,這一道ROJO Salad($68)以沙律菜拌入紅菜頭、紫洋蔥、桃片等配料,再塗酸香稠身的黑醋,用料新鮮,所以,吃來很清爽,是讓人很開胃的前菜。續來就是一道帶意大利影子的前菜Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio($88),賣相繽紛。帶子採用北海道刺身級,質素毋庸置疑,帶子柔軟爽口,再以熱情果醬、柚子、橙、三文魚籽作調味,細嚐可領會出味道是整具層次的。一說起「比堅尼」就勿想到泳衣,其實,亦是一道當地的特色西班牙小吃,因為做成小巧的三文治,才有此謔稱。Truffle Jamon Bikini($98),不要少看這只是三文治啊,麵包的厚度比一般薄一半,烘過後更鬆脆,而且,夾有黑松露醬、芝士、風乾火腿,鹹香而味道富層次,的確惹味好吃到不得了。雖然同樣是包類小吃,但Bread Tomato($58)就絕對跟Bikini剛好相反,據解釋在西班牙當地以讓客人以鮮蕃茄來塗麵包,不過,這裡就塗好了給客人。麵包是薄而酥脆的,蕃茄則酸香清爽,吃下反而讓人更開胃。友人說小吃怎可以沒有甘香的油炸之物呢,就提建來一客Fried Cheese($68),其實只是簡簡單單的炸芝士粒,精彩在於伴上小紅莓醬,芝士粒入口甘香不膩,脆口十足,柔軟的芝士可以拉至一絲絲,沾點小紅莓醬,酸味立時令整體感覺變得輕盈,罪惡感全卸。因為小吃的份量較小,再者,來西班牙餐廳不吃西班牙海鮮飯,感覺若有所失似的,所以,來一客Seafood Paella($228)共享。傳統的以小煎鑊盛載,橙紅的飯粒加上蜆肉、魷魚、大蝦、青口,是很吸引的樣子。吃一口,飯粒充滿了鮮味,印證了店長所說海鮮飯不單有多款海鮮食材,更以海鮮湯來把米粒煮成飯,而所有海鮮均食出鮮味來,絕不像雪藏價色,更特別是飯內加入豬腩肉,讓鮮味中,微微滲出鹹香味,很有心思。同枱有甜點的「死粉」,所以,不吃甜點是離不開了餐廳。放下的「天鵝」餐具托,造型別緻,為稍下登場的甜點多添幾分點綴。先來的是傳統甜點Churros($68),這西班牙油炸鬼賣相精緻,伴有一球雲呢嗱雪糕及濃濃榛子朱古力醬,炸得金黃的油條入口熱呼呼,外脆內軟,又滲出陣陣玉桂味,有水準。再來一客Chocolate Mussy Cake($88),擺設得如藝術品般漂亮,單是看看已是伴賞心樂事。正所謂中看不中用,但這慕絲球就中看又中吃,慕絲口感幼滑細緻,朱古力味道香濃,底下還層脆脆底,很出色的甜點。這夜,不論西班牙小吃,抑或大盤,以至甜品,都是高水準的出品,而且,服務稱心,店長對菜式很了解,讓我們有一頓愉快、長見識及美味的體驗。 繼續閱讀

There are not many Spanish restaurants in Tinhau so Rojo is a good option.Had a few drinks before dinner.The mocktails were healthy and delicious especially the pineapple banana and lime which is just juice and no added sugars.Also had the sangria which had a nice cinammon touch to it and it was like mulled wine which gives you that festive feeling. [Scallop Carpaccio]Everything was in harmony when the pomelo and scallop were eaten together because the pomelo made it appetizing and refreshing.[Truffle Bikini]The bikini was to my liking as the butter wasn't too overwhelming and I could taste the cheese, ham and truffle.[Jamon Serrano Toast]Delicious bites of toast that taste good when you have ham on top of tomato.[Suckling Pig]I liked the apple puree that was paired with it because pork and apple always go well together.The skin was crisp and the meat was moist and tender just like chicken.[Seafood Paella]My favourite dish as I need carbs!!!![Friend's dessert]I loved the churros as they were coated in delish sugar and cinammon.They were so good that I didn't really need the chocolate sauce.Will be back soon! 繼續閱讀

朋友今晚揀左呢間比較有格調嘅西班牙餐廳為我慶生, 餐廳位於較寧靜嘅木星街, 店內外佈置都以黑色為主, 門面嘅紅色招牌令人好易就可以搵到。5pm - 8pm 係Happy Hour 時段, 紅白酒、烈酒、啤酒、Cocktail、Mocktail 都有特價, 所以我地一坐低就即刻 Order 左杯飲品。Virgin Mojito屬於 Mocktail 類飲品, Soda 水入面放左大量新鮮薄荷葉, 另加一小顆青檸, 稍為篤一篤, 青檸 & 薄荷葉嘅香氣完全釋放出黎, 味道非常清新。Aussi Punch都係屬於 Mocktail 類飲品, Soda 水入面加左  Mont、芒果 & 熱情果, 味道微酸, 非常開胃。鯷魚蕃茄多士 喺烘到脆卜卜嘅多士上鋪上蕃茄蓉, 再喺最上放左條鯷魚。 鯷魚嘅微微鹹香味道同蕃茄蓉嘅清新味道異常配搭, 作為餐前小食真係冇得彈。西班牙手刨臘肉腸片 屬於西班牙最具代表性嘅肉腸, 外表呈鮮紅色。 本身以為係香料味好重好鹹嘅肉腸, 但食左一口之後, 令我對呢款肉腸完全改觀。 餐廳即叫即刨, 刨到薄薄嘅一片片, 食落去有煙燻過嘅淡鹹香肉味, 質地比較軟, 肉同油脂比例很好, 所以食嘅時候會帶點油香, 非常值得推介嘅小食。西班牙蛋餅 蛋餅上唧上沙律醬同辣醬, 蛋味非常香濃, 唔會煮到過 “鞋”, 餡料加入薯仔 & 芝士, 令整個蛋餅嘅口感變得厚實, 食完之後口腔充滿著蛋香味。黑松露芝士風乾火腿比堅尼 比堅尼係指細件嘅三文治, 三文治烘到金黃色, 熱力令三文治入面嘅黑松露醬氣味揮發出黎, 所以未食就已經嗅到陣陣黑松露香味。 除左黑松露醬外, 入面仲夾左塊風乾火腿 & 芝士。 三文治嘅香脆, 加埋風乾火腿嘅柔軟油香, 夾上濃厚嘅黑松露香味 & 半溶嘅芝士, 配合得非常好。西班牙海鮮飯 食西班牙菜又點可以唔 Order西班牙海鮮飯呢 !?! 飯嘅份量有別於一般大大碟, 而係啱啱好兩人份量。 配料由於特別用左新鮮嘅蝦、蜆、青口 & 魷魚, 所以成個海鮮飯鮮味十足。 飯嘅質地較軟身, 連埋豬腩肉一齊煮, 增加食落去嘅口感, 同時個飯又完全吸收晒新鮮海鮮嘅精華, 再配合微微嘅焦香, 好適合香港人嘅口味。西班牙肉桂油條 屬於西班牙傳統甜品, 炸到香脆嘅小酒條, 表面灑上肉桂粉, 香口得黎又唔會感覺油膩。 可以醮上餐廳自家調製嘅朱古力醬, 朱古力味甘香濃郁, 另外亦可以配埋雪糕一齊食。 呢款係會令人不斷追食嘅甜品。 繼續閱讀

I have never been to Spain. In fact, I have no idea about Spanish foods. However I live in Hong Kong, AKA “Food Paradise”. I can try every cuisines from all around the world. Anyway, let’s check it out.Gazpacho (Spanish Cold Soup)It was light Tomato soup made by Honeydew Melon, Bacon, Buffalo Mozzarella, Arugula...etc. It was a great appetizing food, especially for summer. The balance between all ingredients was fantastic. Refreshing appetizer. Tomato Anchovies ToastTomato puree + whole piece of Anchovy + Toast = Simple + Perfect Truffle Jamón Bikini Black Truffle, Parma Ham, Cheese. The aroma of the Black Truffle was amazing. All ingredients were perfect match. ChorizoIt was Iberian smoked Pork Sausage. You can taste many of spices and little spicy, I think it would be very good to pair with Red Wine. Slice in order. The taste of natural grease was wonderful. The ratio of fat to meat was perfect as well.Tortilla (Spanish Omelette)It was Traditional Spanish food, make by caramelized Onions, Potatoes, Eggs. The egg was cooked with little running inside. Great natural sweet from the caramelized Onions.Seafood Paella I think it was signature dish for Spanish food. I heard that before. Chef used the Shrimp soup and Saffron to cook the Paella Rice. The staff told me that, in order to ensure the highest food quality for customers, they only use fresh Seafood for the dish and never consider the frozen Seafood. So impressive. Anyway, the taste of the dish was absolutely incredible. The cooking time for those Seafood was perfect. The texture of the Paella Rice was fit for local people like me. That would be unexceptionable if they can make the portion little bit bigger……. ^^ChurrosTraditional Spanish Dessert. It was fried-dough pastry with Cinnamon and homemade Dark Chocolate Fudge. Perfect ending for the dessert lover. By the way, the environment of the restaurant is fit for gathering such as birthday party. Especially the back end, there is privacy area, I think. 繼續閱讀
