早前和朋友來食米芝蓮泰菜餐廳,湖水綠的色調,環境超美。藤製家具和精美的壁畫,讓人感受到濃厚的泰國民族風情。美食美味又價格合理,絕對值得一來!蟹肉奄列 $178奄列大件,蛋皮酥香,蛋味濃郁,包住滿滿的鮮甜的蟹肉,配上酸辣的是拉差辣醬酸辣惹味,非常美味。泰北咖哩金麵 $128咖喱汁香料味重,帶有酸辣的風味,拌上醃菜後,味道更加突出。而蛋麵色澤金黃似扁意粉,口感順滑有彈性。旁邊的油炸蛋麵則口感脆卜卜,不過未整碎食的話,會食到成嘴醬汁有點論盡。雞扒肉質軟嫩,入味有炭燒風味。整體都好美味。泰式咖喱蟹汁軟殼蟹 $188蛋花咖喱不辣,帶有椰香,浸住脆口的軟殼蟹,每一口都能品味到蟹肉的鮮美。配上香脆的蒜蓉麵包,鹹香惹味。印度飛餅 $38飛餅大塊,口感煙韌,單吃已經非常美味,再沾點剩餘的咖哩汁,簡直是完美搭配!芒果糯米飯 $78芒果塊砌成的玫瑰花好有美感,就像《小王子》心中那朵唯一的玫瑰,令人個心甜一甜,打卡冧女一流。芒果清甜,糯米飯軟糯,淋上椰漿,甜中帶鹹,非常滋味。薑汁菠蘿沙冰 $58清甜的菠蘿汁與芳香的薑汁搭配,冰凍後口感清爽,非常值得推薦。椰汁沙冰 $58淡淡的椰香,甜度需要可再加。沙冰上的椰子脆脆,增加了口感的層次,提升了整體的椰香味。

朋友話佢上次係大角咀食咗一間米芝蓮泰國菜,性價比好高又好食,叫我有機會要去試下。約朋友食飯個時諗起依間餐廳,於是就決定去試吓!泰式咖哩蟹汁軟殼蟹泰式咖哩香味好濃郁,咖哩入面仲有好多蟹肉,每一啖咖哩都充滿蟹肉香味,軟殼蟹亦炸得好酥脆。蒜蓉包沾上咖哩一齊食就更惹味!印度飛餅飛餅外表金黃,口感外酥內軟,食起上嚟幾飽肚!飛餅同咖哩真係好夾,忍唔住食完一啖又一啖!泰北咖喱金麵 配 燒雞有炸過既金麵非常脆口,炸過更容易吸滿咖哩汁!無炸過既金麵口感順滑,掛滿濃郁咖喱汁。燒雞肉質鮮嫩,有微微焦香,再配上咖喱汁,真係一流!泰式芒果柚子沙律沙律清爽開胃,芒果同柚子每粒都大大粒又好甜!泰式醬汁為沙律帶來酸酸既味道同泰式既風味,令芒果柚子甜得尼帶啲酸味,超級開胃又好食!泰式煎蠔仔餅煎餅好飽滿,一切開入面包著超多蠔仔!蠔仔鮮味十足,唔會覺得腥。搭配特製醬汁,茄汁同泰式醬汁,令蠔仔餅酸酸辣辣,增添泰式風味。飛天炒通菜炒通菜顏色翠綠,充滿蒜香味,當中亦有好多辣椒做調味,所以有少少辣!份量亦好大碟,足夠3至4個人食!菠蘿青檸蜜(熱)依款飲品得熱飲,菠蘿甜味同青檸酸味好夾,飲品甜甜酸酸!
